Overall the process went well. Sometimes big delays in response so I called instead to ask my questions. So far all is good with my new dog Nutmeg (aka Jersey).
My puppy is the cutest little girl and so sweet!! She got to me healthy and happy and I have no complaints on the process of getting her.
I am very pleased with Pawrade. They did an outstanding job coordinating my obtaining my puppy Toby (I renamed him from Travis). All of my concerns were addressed in a professional and timely manner. His transport team was the best. They kept me informed every day and ensured my puppy was in good hands. When he arrived at my door he was clean and fed. When I took Toby for his Wellness check my vet was please with his previous care. He was up to date on all shots. Thanks everyone involved in this process and for bringing such joy into my life.

Carl, now Freddie, arrived yesterday about 3 PM. He is very active and cute. I am impressed by how through your process's are. It really seems like over kill but i guess it works. It was nice to see the "extras" taped to the crate, leash, food, chew toy, and he had a collar on. That collar is impossible to open, we had to make it larger and slip over his head. Once off we still can't open it. We will be using a harness anyway. I am giving 4 our of 5 because i found the correspondence excessive and annoying. Please remove me from the email notifications of new pups as we now have our Freddie.

From day one (looking over your website) to choosing my sweet mini dachshund, the experience was easy, fun & heart touching. When little Ali arrived, after flying across the country for 8 hrs., the excitement & love was off the charts! She knew she was home and our hearts are forever changed! Communication was very terrible when delivering the puppy I was advised that I will get updates and tracking. I didn't get none of that and I felt like a nuisance just to get an update on a puppy I purchased.

You did great. He is beautiful and healthy. His vet gave him a shot and deworm medication. I think as a precaution. He is more than I expected. His energy is draining me because I a, 78 years old but I a, getting things under control. He slept in his carrier for 6 days but he wanted to play after a few hours. Last night I put him on the floor next to my bed and he slept a lot longer. Little but little one step at a time. Potty training is taking a lot longer. But he will learn. I believe that once I can take him outdoors the process will accelerate. So thank yup very much- you've done a great job. Thank you very much. I'm sure he will be my best friend for a long long time. Puppy arrived with large tick on leg and a few other bites in same area. Negotiated a price and still haven't received response to when I will receive funds. Foolishly paid advertized price because no one would respond and didn't want to lose Puppy after telling daughter.

Love our Cavapoo Marianna (new name is Maxine) and communications were great-however, at the vet appointment I was told he has Kennel cough and Giardia. I know it is common but was hoping that she was taken care of well enough to not have either illness. She was more expensive than many others also-so I had high expectations.

I had a concern about my puppy's size and how big she would be. She was advertised as a teacup and I was concerned with her current weight she would be bigger then a teacup. I expressed my concern and was told my the associate that I spoke with that she wasn't advertised as a teacup. I had to send in a picture that said teacup on it to prove I wasn't making it up. The associate I dealt with was extremely rude to me and basically called me a liar. On the other hand the process of buying the puppy and getting her transported to me was very easy. The communication other then the rude lady was very good. Due to the rude associate I will not be a returning customer.

The best experience ever. From the time I selected the puppy, up until the time they delivered him it was an amazing experience. They were very thorough with everything from making sure the puppy was properly weaned and vaccinated. The communication was absolutely the best. I will definitely tell friends about Pawrade. Thanks, I just love him and you can tell he was raised with lots of love!

All went as indicated! Transport individual very prompt and took time to get puppy set up in it's forever home though on a rather tight schedule! That was appreciated. Now I need to contact Pawrade to finish all requirements other than veterinary related. Thank you from now Teddy and his mom Donna. He already started to know his new family and loves his large dog friendly back yard!

Juliette arrived on time, very happy and well adjusted. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We used the pampered ground delivery and what a great team. After her arrival, she played hard for about 2.5 hours, got a bath and is now napping in her new crate with her snuggle puggle. We have our vet check tomorrow morning and don't anticipate any issues. We are very pleased with our purchase of Juliette.

Carli Rivera is the best. she was so good at answering questions and follow up. my dog came all the way from Missouri to Orlando and the transportation company was kind and i got to track entire thing. It was smooth process and dog is happy and healthy. talked to breeder too who is lovely and said call anytime w questions. Highly Recommend. Would request Express Puppies for transport. Owner soooo nice and drivers.
