Our puppy had parvo and died within a few days of arriving at our home. He had np contact with any other dogs or even people under our care. As it was past your 72 hour window, no one, including Pawrade, the breeder, or the transport company will take responsibility for delivering a sick dog to us. It was very tragic for us. There was no chance to get any of the money we paid for the puppy or to the vet. A very negative experience all the way around.

was happy with the availability of help while in the process pf adoption was frustrated however to find that the puppy nanny who accompanied my puppy home to me did not know the name of your organization although I think he did a wonderful job, it made me feel insecure as to how safe the process was if he had never heard of Pawrade

We purchased a six-month-old puppy. Much of the information provided by Pawrade is only applicable to much younger dogs and therefore not much help to us. We did not qualify for the free month of insurance as our permanent address is in NY. I had to determine this. We had some initial issues with payment and addresses. I asked about the $100 promo and never did receive any info. So, kind of feel you offer a lot but most of it just the standard stuff and not very personalized. The transport was good, and Tyler was very efficient. And we are happy with our dog but I think there ought to be somewhat individualized information for older dogs, especially regarding training, feeding (not just the name of the food but how much, how often), house and crate training etc. Would make transitioning much easier.

They were trustworthy, responsive, caring, and patient with our questions (and there were many). The paperwork and instructions sent to use were clear and there was constant contact until the second our baby arrived. Highly recommended

Unlike my experience with local breeders, communication with Parade has been very clear and the whole process was very transparent. After we've got our puppy, we could check his breeding company and confirm it was humane and good practice, in our case.

Georgia is doing great. happy and eating well. She has 2 playmates about her age. has 1 tear duct in her right eye that drains, but Vet said it was normal for a puppy.

The entire process was amazing. The support since the first moment, all the details and information and the way you take care about the puppy was amazing. My only comment, reall a comment is that the puppy was deliver 4AM so it was a bit challenging and strange that 4AM I should be ready to receive my furbaby. For the rest everything went well.
