I would not use pawrade again or refer this service to anyone. They are overpriced, poor commucators, and sold me a puppy with health issues that were not disclosed.

We could not be more satisfied with our puppy, Bentley. He is everything you described and more, loving, affectionate and very bright. His first Vet visit went well and he is very healthy. We fell in love at first sight and know that feeling will grow even stronger as time goes by. Thank you for sending us our beautiful little furry child.

Two stars because we love our puppy but the process was painful. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky, maybe it was the time of year, but the communication during this process was bad. It started with my concierge disappearing and I wasn't getting any responses. Finally I called in twice and found out my concierge had an emergency, but no one picked up my case while they were gone going into a holiday when communication would already be delayed. When my concierge did finally come back and resumed assisting me the following week, responses were short and I had to ask specific questions to receive full information regarding what was happening. They never acknowledged my request to ask the breeder for more photos of our puppy. The sky nanny service asked for a tip ON TOP of the exorbitant fee. Since delivery I've asked for the transfer of ownership document multiple times and still have not received it or any further communication. I would not recommend Pawrade to my friends or family.

Me and Wrigley (new name), are having the best time. The information and preparation from Pawrade was great and helped me as a first dog parent be as prepared as possible
I have no complaints. My questions were answered quickly. The drivers were nice and friendly. I will use you again for my next puppy and will highly recommend to my friends. Thank you
The process went well with one exception. When the specialist assigned to our case was either off or on vacation the response to questions, concerns, etc. were extremely delayed. Our assigned specialist was very prompt on responding to us but not the case when she was not available. Other than this the process flowed smoothly.
We had a good experience and have fallen in love with our pup. Everyone at Pawrade was responsive and efficient.
Pawrade is very thorough on their follow-through with information on the whole puppy process. It's not cheap...but I love my new fur baby!

I highly recommend Pawrade. Extremely convenient process for getting a puppy. They take care of all the details and are available to answer questions during all business hours. Elena (now Ella Grace) arrived as advised however her first bowel movement she had a bloody stool. She was taken to the Vet the vary next morning. Prato was ruled out but she had to be put on medication. Once again 1/8 cup of food was provided which was. It enough to transition her to a new food

I give you guys three stars and Il tell you why. Overall not a bad experience but nerve racking. For the price I payed for the pup I would have liked a little more communication as to exactly when the pup was picked up and day by day updates on the puppy's arrival. I have read some reviews of people getting a life 360 app tracker of the pups location which should be standard for all deliveries when your paying thousands of dollars. I didn't get notified about the puppy being picked up until after the pickup date. When I called to ask about this, the pawrade employees had no visibility as to when or if he was even picked up at all. They were just going off what my pick up date was. This was nerve racking. Also very unprofessional to deliver a dog at 3 am. Other than that my dog was healthy and it was apparent that he was crate trained like the website said and we received all of his paperwork. Overall not bad. Please use this as constructive criticism.

I love my new puppy! I only have one thing I think can be improved . When she arrived her white fur was gray. They told me it was from the newspaper they used in the crate. Maybe if they had used puppy pads in place of newspaper, she would have arrived the beautiful pup that she is. I still rate Pawrade with 5 stars!!! Thank you for bringing this beautiful to me!!

We are extremely pleased with Pawrade and the way they took care of us and our Tater (Now Tim, Timmy). They were concerned and caring from start to finish! The two men who delivered Tim to us were kind, gentle, and caring also. Tim arrived in excellent condition and is just so much fun! He feels right at home and we feel that from the start he is a family member. We appreciate Dan and Carli of Pawrade so much. They put the well being of the puppy first in their concern, which we liked very much. We highly recommend Pawrade to those who want to bring a healthy, happy puppy into their homes. We cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. They are the best!!

My pup was delivered yesterday ! The transportation team was wonderful and updated me every step of the way. In fact, the process from start to finish was almost flawless . . . My little puppy is a delight and very happy in her new home. I can't thank the breeder and the Pawrade team enough !

Donna provided excellent communication throughout. Puppy came in evening and felt a bit late, also made my vet appt slightly late as I never expected to get the puppy so soon. Was told plan on 3-4 days and came same day. Pup also had some fleas but otherwise arrived safe and sound. Drivers did a great job of communicating as well.

Excellent from my first contact with Pawrade.com until we received our new baby Chihuahua. Everyone followed thru doing their jobs and answering all questions. He arrived in perfect health and full of love !

Our puppy arrived with numerous infections and parasites. He was malnourished and covered in feces and urine. You lied and said you arranged for air transportation. Three days later he arrived via "wags on wheels." He was coming from Arkansas - our vet said he was most definitely from a puppy mill. You and whomever WHELPED him should be ashamed of yourselves. You lied about everything. The fees you charged are criminal. I would never, EVER recommend your service to anyone. I am so happy our sweet boy is doing okay. Thank goodness we provided proper medical treatment ASAP. Do better.

I'm very happy with my puppy; however, I wasn't happy that I could not speak directly with the breeder or get a video prior to receiving my puppy. Also, the puppy arrived with yeast infection in his ears even after being certified by a vet that he was good to travel with no issues. Additionally, my puppy has a congenital knee defect. When I brought this up to Customer Service, that my vet diagnosed him, I was simply told that particular breed tends to have that. Considering what I paid for this puppy I found that response less than stellar. I had no heads up for this condition. Perhaps if I'd actually spoken to the breeder directly, I could've been informed of this. Usually, when dealing with a breeder, you're able to video chat, or at least receive videos of your puppy I could only go by Photos, considering the responsibility and high value of this transaction, I think it's very important for people to be able to have some sort of interaction prior to receiving their puppy.

Pawrade was wonderful !! Communication from the start was very clear on next steps everyone was kind, helpful , and supportive through the entire process. We had such a wonderful Breeder who really cares about her puppies we stay in contact about how Stetson is doing. We adore our new Puppy!! He's adapting to his new home extremely well it's as if he's always lived with us!
I was skeptical at first but the process worked exactly as they said. They provided great info about getting ready for puppy and kept in touch while he was in transit. I would recommend!
