We love our new puppy and he is a very happy boy. We took him to the vet within the 72 hour instructions and were informed he has 3 types of worms which will take several separate doses of medication over the next 3 months. This is not Pawrade's fault but that of the breeders that are apparently not keep as good clean conditions that they portray. More vetting may need to be done on the part of Pawrade to insure we are getting healthy new family members.

Oh my gosh, I am so pleased with my whole experience with Pawrade! From their website when viewing the puppies available to my phone conversation with Chip in customer service, financial services, Emily in transportation and Alyssa in healthcare to the transport company, it was all so smooth! All of this transpired over the holiday season and the monumental winter weather event that traversed the country, nothing stopped the arrival of our new fur baby. Trixi, formally known as Emily, has been a delight. You can tell that she came from a good place and was very happy and well socialized. We are looking forward to many happy years with Trixi, thank you all! 💗🐶

I very happy with my puppy however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service Pawrade provided. I called to ask about the different modes of transportation and was recommended the ground transportation. In my conversation with the concierge person never was it explained that my puppy would be traveling with over a half dozen dogs, would travel all the way up the Northeast coast and then back down to Miami, FL. My puppy was traveling for five days and was one of the last stops. Had I known this, I would have opted for different travel. Secondly, I am getting the run around to receive my puppy's health guarantee, which only required proof of a vet visit, which I provided the invoice on letterhead for and then as a courtesy provided my puppy's vet's doctor's notes. To my surprise, I am now being asked to go back to my puppy's vet and ask for the doctor's notes in PDF format, which was not even a required document. This is absolutely ridiculous, I'm very dissatisfied customer.

Thank you! We got an amazing addition to our family! Khione (formerly Avery) is very intelligent and loving. The process went smoothly, and everyone was incredibly helpful whenever we had questions. The most difficult part was waiting for her to be delivered! She passed her vet check with flying colors. I also want to thank the breeder. It is obvious the puppies were handled often and exposed to a variety of sights and sounds. We would definitely recommend Pawrade!

Aylan says hello from Alaska. I just wanna thank all the people who helped me get to my forever family in Alaska. You were amazing and you have helped my new mom through a very difficult time.. I love my new home I have two brothers and one sister. They're all pretty cool for sure! My brother Charlie he's the baby. He's not too sure yet. I am a good little dog. I sleep all night. He is very happy with me! You guys were so amazing from birth to when I went to see my forever mom, you took very good care of me and I just wanna thank you very much for that, I traveled really well with Matthew, he was very sweet and took such good care of me. I slept the whole way. I love to sleep because I play very very hard with my siblings. We run in the house back-and-forth and back-and-forth till we are all exhausted. That might be why I sleep all night lol I miss you but I'm so happy in my forever home! xoxo

My puppy is awesome. However, the lack of transparency in the process, including picking up the pup , is very frustrating and makes for great anxiety. I cannot recommend this to others. I would be happy to discuss it further if you'd be interested.

Gruff arrived to our home on Thursday. The home delivery was perfect. He arrived safe, happy, and clean. When he arrived he had tons of kisses to share with us. Gruff has settled in and has adapted to his new home and his puppy schedule. Great applauds to the Breeder of Gruff. It is very obvious Gruff was loved. Crate training and potty training was started which made it very helpful. We took him to the vet and he received a clean health report. Gruff now called Jasper is like he always lived here with us. We cannot imagine life without him. Thank you Pawrade!

All in all we had a good experience with Pawrade. The people with whom we spoke during the entire process were very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our two main concerns were that when we received the picture of the travel-ready Mickey, he didn't look like the picture of the Mickey we'd chosen. His ears were different both in color and shape. We were assured this was the same dog, however. Our second concern was the delivery of the dog. The travel route made no sense at all and twice we tried to communicate with the drivers by text with no response from them. Nevertheless, our puppy arrived on the date and at the time indicated, and was given a healthy stamp of approval when examined by our own vet yesterday.

Pawrade was great every step of the way. The communication was so amazing. Another thing I loved was the Puppy Guide. They recommended products for puppies that are helpful so I knew what to buy. That was great. The two men who delivered our puppy were also responsible and kind. Everyone says what a beautiful puppy. She had her vet check up and she is a healthy pup. Thank-you to Pawrade, the responsible breeder and the transport guys!

We got the cutest bundle of joy thru Pawrade. He's is a Morkie/ Yorktese and his name is Wyatt🐾🐶 My only complaint is getting a hold of the actual Breeder is a little trying but I insisted to talk to them and they made it happen! Very though with puppy shots and safety getting him here. The nanny was great that we met at the airport.

The puppy is great, she is a true bundle of joy. Pawrade could have been more helpful. I let you know more than a week in advance that I would drive to Missouri to pick up our pup. I arrived, as planned, on Friday evening. We wanted to pick up Tilly the next morning and head back to Texas in the morning. Pawrade would not advise the breeders info until after we departed. I later found out that she works till 6pm on Saturdays. Luckily she was able to deliver Tilly Friday night. If I do recommend you to others, I will tell them my story and advise them to pressure you for the breeders phone number before they finalize anything. As I said earlier, Tilly is great. Jim Tyson

I moved quickly and emotionally with my decision to get a puppy, and early in my research I ended up on Pawrade. I never heard of the website and service before. My messages and inquiries were responded too with an amazing sense of urgency. From requesting off-site pictures, a zoom-call with the breeder, and pictures of my puppies of parents, all of my requests were met within 24 hours. I worked with Janell and she was, from beginning to end, passionate, connected and unconditionally accommodating. The entire process took just over two weeks from payment to delivery. The ground transportation service was great, trackable by GPS, and my expectations have been farrr exceeded. I have a beautiful mini aussie shepherd, healthy, happy, and eager to live life every day. Thank you so much to the team and service providers of Pawrade.

I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a puppy from Paw Parade ! During the time I was making payments everything was fine , but when time came to deliver the puppy by flight ( which was paid for ) there were problems. I was told there were no Animal Friendly flights available and that a drive from Upper Michigan to Las vegas was the only option . Driving cross country durning winter did not appeal to me I left numerous messages with the customer service phone number and never once got a call back Thanks to my Puppy Concierge Tony , who did make arraignments to have to puppy flown out I did recieve my purchase Not thanks to Paw Parade If you want to improve your review , fire the Customer Service staff that does not do customer service. Also fire the transportation staff as at the 8 week mark they began to search for transport . That should have been doen weeks earlier No , I am VERY disappointed with Paw Parade and will tell everyone NOT to purchase from you !
