The amount of information, paperwork, insurance information/paperwork is a bit overwhelming but thorough. Response time to questions regarding purchase, health and delivery of Ruby was satisfactory. Responses regarding insurance questions needs improvement. Links you provided regarding toys, chew toys, etc. listed in your paperwork do not work. Gentleman that delivered Ruby were professional, courteous and exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience with Pawrade as highly satisfactory but not exceptional.

Poor puppy was crated and transported in the baggage compartment from somewhere in Indiana to Rapid City. He had to have been in that crate for around 10 hours. He smelled like the monkey exhibit in the zoo and even a first bath couldn't get that smell out of him. He was obviously traumatized. I expected some trauma but not this. He is a good boy though. I'm very happy with him.

Perfect service until the New Year Holiday disrupted our travel plans to pick up our pup. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, text, or email and did no know the results of the health certificate visit so delayed our 8 hour trip for hours. Otherwise I would give your team an A+ rating. Our pup, though much bigger than we anticipated, is a wonderful addition to our family. She had a lot of firsts yesterday: collar, lead, elevator, curbs, parking lot surface, snow, etc. she travels beautifully.

The dog arrived to me extremely skiddish. After her taking to multiple vets and trainers they all concluded that the dog was severely abused before coming to me. I am very disappointed with this company and that lack of response when I reached out to confront them.

From beginning to end it was amazing. I was kept well informed of the process and it happened so fast. We now have our amazing puppy who is already after half a day become so special to us. She is healthy and so happy. We could not be more pleased with this company and the care they take in making sure your experience is the best it can be. We highly recommended.

We just reached out to the breeder this week to receive the rabies certificate since the original papers that we received stated that our puppy had received a rabies vaccination. The breeder admitted that the puppy did not receive a rabies vaccination and that they had made a mistake marking that on the paper. Our puppy has already had two veterinary appointments for other checks and now we have to take her again for a vaccination that we were told and she had received. For the money we paid this is totally unacceptable! We cannot recommend Pawrade or the breeder unless you and the breeder can make this right. This is clear deception that put us at risk and will Cost us additional money.

Pawrade handled everything. The only disappointment was not getting ahold of breeder till we received puppy. Wanted to contact the breeder to find out about potty training, toys or blanket to help make the transition easier. Now, the dog is fantastic my concerns were that of a nervous dad, because everything ended up fine. Thus 5 stars

The puppy I received was beautiful and in great health. I would like to say Alyssa with Pawrade did an outstanding job. Everyone I spoke with was very nice but when people from departments were not answering I was able to always contact Alyssa and she was able to either help me out or get in touch with the others and have them reach out to me.

Communication, payment as well as courtesy of everyone involved in the process was wonderful. Coordination between individuals was highly effective. The sad side of my experience was that Victoria, on my vet's examination, was found to have a consistent tilt of her head to the left. My vet would not give his approval regarding Victoria's health because this tilt of the head is a neurological problem that eventually may lead to more serious issues such as seizures. He recommended taking Victoria to a neurologist for determination of exactly what issues she has. I have Victoria scheduled for an appointment with a neurologist this coming Thursday. Obviously, at this point, I have no pet health clearance and won't know anything until Victoria sees the specialist. Diane Shipp

We are over the moon!!! After pulling the trigger to some scammers I finally found a site I felt safe with. We took the risk waited 2weeks and 5:30 am this most beautiful tiny yorkie was at my door. We will get pics asap. God Bless you all! And please thank the breeder on a fine job getting home ready. He is LOVED 😍

He was not properly vaccinated. He didn't receive his distember/parvo in December. His last shot was November 11. He has been sick since the second day after I got him. He tested positive for canine Coronavirus .I am very disappointed with the way the vaccine issue was handled. Destiny was no help. The breeder won't return my calls. I want to file a complaint about the vaccine issue.
