This was a great experience. The staff at Pawrade communicated with me on a regular basis. The person who transported our puppy also communicated with us throughout the day and gave us a specific time of arrival. They have ensured that there are checks and balances in place to follow-up that the puppy arrived at the correct location as well as providing caring directions to make sure there was a smooth transition to our home. I would definitely use Pawrade's services again!

I adore this puppy. He is smart, funny and beautiful. Unfortunately, his first vet visit determined he has a tape worm and parasites. Trying to connect with petmed for reimbursement. I also was not happy with the late hour of his delivery.

I am extremely impressed with Pawrade. They kept me up to date on every step of the way. I learned how to take care of my puppy. She arrived at our home happy & healthy.

Great experience! From my first contact, we were given daily updates on when we could bring our new fur baby home. She was transported by car and we were given a life 360 link to follow her ride home. She's more beautiful then picture gave her credit. We love our brindle boxer puppy and so happy for Pawrade for connecting us.
This entire process of adopting my new fur baby was fantastic. It couldn't have gone better. Pawrade made this easy and we're there every step of the way. The concierge were wonderful with their prompt responses and always provided detailed information. The breeder clearly was very experienced, as this wonderful little ball of fur is amazing. She has shown no signs of separation anxiety. She is very social and friendly, and extremely loving as well as loveable. She's so perfect! The transportation company organized through Pawrade was such a positive experience. To be able to track her journey on the Life360 app was so fun. Their text message updates were appreciated and funny at the same time. When I received my little fur baby she was so clean and fresh, which I was not expecting with her journey. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience and bringing this beautiful fur baby into my life. Your service is seamless and that's unusual and invaluable in todays world.
she is learning her new name and words in and out. She loves the back yard and all our neighbors who are coming to meet her. She is fast moving and I have to be careful when the door opens.

Slightly aggressive sales staff, very unclear about what to do after the pup arrived to finish all the paperwork, was deeply saddened to get an email about the same breeder/mill having another litter just 3 weeks younger than my pup. BUT we got the type and age of dog we wanted.
I received my puppy Sunday morning. She was in good health and good spites. I took her to my vet and received a good bill of health. She's already becoming comfortable with her surroundings. Thank you very much.

Emerson is doing great! He is such a chill pup and already knows to go potty outside which is a BIG bonus. Buying through Pawrade was fairly easy. They walked us through the process from start to delivery. My only complaint is that for "hand delivery" the pups are delivered whenever the driver gets to your area which for us was 2am. While we love "Em" like a baby we figured for the fee you pay to have him hand delivered we might have had delivery at a more appropriate time.....lol.

Liam arrived safe and sound... The transport team was kind with Liam and very friendly and well informed... It's been a happy day for all of us!
The entire process was amazing. My puppy is healthy and happy and exactly what I expected. I used the road transport service and it was easy to track on my cell phone so I knew exactly when she would arrive. I would use this service again in the future. Many thanks!
