Pros: Carli Rivera was a great concierge! She was helpful and answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. The start of the show was/is Dolly (aka Alisa). She is sweet and doing well in her new home. The MetLife insurance plan that is offered is excellent. It is by far the best pet insurance out there as the plan covers preventive care as well as emergency care. Kyle was very helpful! Cons: Breeder...... Blue Buffalo is the food they are feeding the puppy but they sent Hills dog food with her. Microchip = NO but our vet scanned and found a chip with an id that can't be found in any microchip system. Prompt disclosure of pre-existing conditions were not disclosed until the day before the puppy was delivered. Pawrade..... Dozens of emails from the time you reserve a puppy until delivery of the puppy. Health coordinator did not seem very empathetic with the late disclosure of the pre-existing conditions and my concerns regarding them.

WHEN I SAW HER FOR THE 1st TIME, I ALREADY FELL IN LOVE. I CHANGED WHIMSEYS NAME TO BUTTERCUP. I ALSO GOT HER BROTHER WHO I NAMED NUGGET. TODAY IS THEIR BIRTHDAY, 10-23-23'. I HAD THEM BOTH FOR 3 DAYS, BUTTERCUP HAD TO GO TO THE ER. RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS LIKE ALL IN UP IN THE AIR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH PAWRADE AND BREEDER. BREEDERS PHONE DISCONNECTED. SHE IS NEEDING ALL KING OF TEST, AND DR. SAYS MAYBE I MIGHT THINK ABOUT EUTHANIZING HER, WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO. TOLD TEST MAY RUN INTO $20,000.00 (LIVER). NOT SURE, BUT THINKS IT MIGHT BE. I GAVE A 5 STARS, BECAUSE PICKING THEM OUT, FLIGH TRANSACTION AND ALL WENT SMOOTHLY. ONLY HICCUP IS HER LIVER PROBLEM. I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD HER FOR A WEEK. THEN WHATS WORSE OF ALL IS THAT BEING CHRISTMAS EVRYODY OS CLOSED. CAN'T GET HOLD OF PAWRADE, OR BREEDER. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. SOMEBODY HELP ME.

First let me say that when all is said and done, the puppy and end result was worth the trouble but it was a lot of trouble. There seemed to be additional charges not initially agreed, trouble getting answers to basic questions, the texting to my e mail was difficult to read and then understand as I almost never could talk with someone directly. But as I said, the puppy is perfect and we love her immensely.

Our first puppy concierge Kelly did a great job explaining things and getting us a zoom meeting with the breeder. Then we were a little surprised when you wanted 100% of the funds for a reservation since in your contract you would keep 50% of anything if we were to pull out. It made it seem like a puppy mill scam to pay everything upfront. That was a worry for us. We are glad it worked out. We would've preferred half upfront and half on receipt. You would do well to tweak your procedures after the money changes his hands, we were led to believe we were on quite the fast track and made arrangements to travel on Monday. Having received an email on Sunday. This turned out to be very much too quick. it would be better if you gave an accurate timeline of what needs to be done between the payment and the pick up. All things considered, we would recommend you to someone who was looking for a pedigree puppy.

I would never in my future adopt a puppy from Pawrade ever again she is sick and has been since the day I got her and brought her home. My vet bills are astronomical and now they say that she will need surgery in the future. No refund policy 30 day wellness guarantee baloney.
