I will be coming back to answer and post publicly after I see how my situation is handled. I will say that Kelli has been great to work with and I sense she understands my frustrations. If I had a rate this experience it would be a complete fairure. I need to know how you handle breeders that lie. Again, I will post publicly when I see how you resolve my issues.

Excellent service. Excellent dog (renamed Mahal). Made the vet visit within the required 3 days, and the vet doctor was agitated that she had to wait 10 days before giving vaccinations, and the vet did not understand the reason. Mahal is healthy as determined by the vet. Although not important, would like to know the state of origin of Mahal. We are potty training Mahal. He is as wild as a tornado. We can see he was well cared for in your possession, and you must have been sad to see him go. Mahal loves people. The delivery service was excellent. Thank you.

In the process of all steps required and speaking with different individuals they were professional and courteous. They made me feel comfortable. I love my new puppy. It was not great getting the dog in the middle of the night Breeder did not provide food for the dog Paperwork from the vet of the breeder was incorrect identifying the dog as female Other than the incorrect rabies certificate nothing was provide I had to follow up to obtain it The dog is great but under weight and skittish, more so than average Pawrade staff were helpful when following up Drivers did communicate I am waiting for an explanation on missing documents and food

While we adore our new puppy; the process was rigorous and chaotic. Multiple different parties reaching out and sending the same documents repeatedly (after first set was signed) The puppy while wonderful was not at all as advertised on her profile. I was given contradictory information three times. I don't regret her; I do regret this path. I should've just stuck with rescues as I always have.

Highly recommend pawrade puppies. I got my puppy and she's precious. My only thing is had the puppy delivered by drivers since I'm in another state, and though the guys busted their bums to get her here they texted me at 11pm after I was asleep and showed up at 2am. They were delivering like 12 other puppies all over but I wish I had more of a heads up. I was told 2-4 business days from when they pick her up to when she gets dropped off so I wasn't expecting then late at night. None the less I'm still happy. And am so thankful for the hard working people involved

we are so happy to get Sadie, and everything went smoothly. sadie is so precious but such a fire cracker and in to everything, she is going to keep us busy watching her every second, but keeps us laughing and enjoying every minute of her. We got our puppy Zuko, (William), and he started showing symptoms for parvo. It happened very quickly and with the time frame he did not get it while he was with us. So we contacted pawrade and told them and they got us in touch with someone who can compensate, however they would not give us compensation because we did not get a certain parvo test done. The vets would not let us retest him and the place he was originally tested did not use that test. We had to take him in multiple times to vet and to an emergency animal hospital. Zuko is the sweetest baby ever and he didn't deserve this.
