Pawrade did a great job communicating with me. The only negative comment I have is that the people who delivered the puppy forgot all of the paperwork and said that they had it put in the mail. However, I don't have it yet and it has been a week.

We have our new fur baby. All went well until be got her home. Not bad but I have been emailing and adding stuff the chat we are in and asking if we have completing everything that was asked from us and have not heard anything back for a while. It just seems like as soon as they gave me the breeders info, they were done with us. This is why we only gave 4 stars but other than that it all went smoothly.

Absolutely amazed at this process. From inception of my 'order' for a puppy, to his timely delivery to our home; each person in the process is genuinely concerned for the welfare of the puppy. Patience, kindness and professionalism are the first words that come to my mind. Pawrade made the process of buying a puppy so easy! You can tell they really care about the wellbeing of the puppies, they provide you with tons of info and support in the days leading up to and after bringing a new fur baby home. Kelly especially was very kind and helpful!

Dog arrived very ill. Staff really did not/does not care. It is just a lot of cya going on with no real focus on the puppy. I find it disgusting.

We wanted say Thank you to Pawrade team for our new puppy Sammie..From the day one we got very quick connection with Lillian, who helped us with the Zoom and with all paperwork as well. She always responded to my email or my text message very quick. I also wanted say thanks to Cindy who set up our puppy transition as fast as possible and this wonderful Aaron and Karen who brought our fury babyto her new home with very professional way , they made this day very special . We also thanks the breeder Grace for our sweet and happy puppy. It was absolutely amazing experience I highly recommend to everyone who looking for a puppy.

This has been the most awesome experience! I have received the best new buddy ever! The hardest part was deciding on which adorable puppy to request. I believe I made the right choice. The whole process was easy and my questions were always answered quickly by someone at Pawrade! I love my Tatum! Thank you so much! The only other issue was waiting for Tatum to be delivered!

We had a great experience. There was some hold up with picking up the puppy. However, this was due to circumstances out of Pawrades control. They did respond quickly when I called. They did a good job of keeping me updated with what was happening. And when I spoke to the various representatives on the phone they were all very helpful and professional. We love our new family member. Thank you.

Pretty sloppy overall, communication was tough, response time slow, but you better be ready to pay ASAP. Argued with me when I proposed an issue, and had to reverse their attitude when the client was correct. Overall a pretty frustrating organization to deal with. Everyone knows everything at Pawrade, enjoy and make sure you ask any and all questions before moving forward, I mean all... They will be ready to try and prove you wrong, even when they are wrong... There was a ton of pressure to pay immediately and then communication was broken and very frustrating. I would not use this service again.

Can't say enough good things about the job the breeder did in all areas, but especially socialization. He showed no signs of distress or upset despite leaving his four siblings (plus mom and dad) and having to endure a seven-hour car ride. He playfully explored his new "forever home" and yard when we finally arrived for four hours -- until two a.m. -- yet woke me with a wagging tail just a few hours later to let me know he had to go potty. A great first week!
