Hello, Overall, Donna and Cindy were great at providing information. However, there were long periods of time my questions went unanswered. As far as the Breeder goes, I was surprised to find out my puppies name was not Elle as listed on Pawrade. The breeder informed me her name was actually "Lo". I was like what??? In addition, I didn't have any information until I actually landed in Atlanta on how or where I was going to connect with the breeder at the airport. I felt after being charged the additional $100 fee, the breeder would have been a bit more accommodating instead on a curbside pickup where my puppy was handed over to me through the passenger side window.

I was very pleased with my experience. I am especially happy with my puppy's breeder. Luke did a wonderful job raising and caring for my puppy Rita while she waited to be adopted. She is very happy and healthy. Everyone at Pawrade was friendly and helpful. I felt confident purchasing my puppy through Pawrade.

WHEN I FIRST SO WALTER (NUGGETS) I INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM. HE IS SO FRISKY, AND LOVABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE GIVING HIM LOTS OF LOVE AND ATTENTION. AKEMI P.S. It took awhile, but I got a high quality 5 1/2 month old chihuahua. He was totally pee pad trained and bonded to me in less than an hour. Older dogs are better positioned to leave their mom and the transition has been easy. Pawrade is the real deal! No puppy mills here.
I was nervous about getting a puppy via the internet from a company I had no experience with or verified referrals about, especially with the price of an AKC registered, pure-bred dog. Pawrade did as much as they could to reassure me of their legitimacy and condemnation or puppy mills, and how easy it was to get the puppy I wanted. I did not look over their entire offering of puppies available, just the Bichon Frisé breed that my wife had often watched videos of and cooed over. To my good luck there was an entire new litter freshly listed, with pictures of each puppy. I picked out the cutest (to me) little female, made my deposit through PetPay, and immediately was notified via email that she was mine. I went through the remaining purchase and payment process over the next few days (you can get details of this from Pawrade), and eagerly awaited my new baby furgurl. She arrived in time to be my wife's Chrismas present, with full medical, ancestry, and care documentation. A++++!
Oh my gosh, it's all been worth it! The waiting was the most difficult part of the whole process! On a freezing cold, snowy night up here in the high desert, the Wags on Wheels courier crew came through. My little girl arrived in perfect condition, and was transported into a warm, firelit home that was all furnished with beds, blankies, and toy babies. The long wait was over.

The ppl I worked with were great. Friendly and helpful. My only complaint is my fiance bought the dog for me, he is NOT the owner. This was conveyed multiple times and Pawrade continues to send all correspondence to him. It's annoying and disrespectful especially since this was shared from the beginning of the process.

Such an easy and great process, had constant communication regarding each step of the process. Any question I asked including updated pictures was always answered promptly. Has never done this before but was pleasantly surprised oh how well it went . Our puppies are the sweetest

Exceptional experience. The customer service was outstanding every step of the way. My puppy was flown to the nearest airport which was concerning, but the puppy was 100% ok. First time ever buying a puppy I usually get rescues and wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

Communication through Pawrade was excellent… any questions I had were answered… Chris from Down Home transport was excellent also… my shiba girl arrived very clean, happy and healthy… would highly recommend Pawrade!!!

We are so pleased with the process and our new puppy! We had zero issues with anything throughout the entire process of adopting our new puppy and everyone is over the moon to have him as part of our family. Our puppy concierge was so attentive and responsive and the follow up was exceptional. I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to find their perfect forever friend.

I received a healthy beautiful pup via travel nanny-who was a star! The one thing that needs improvement is communication prior to delivery from Pawrade staff. It was difficult to get photos and updates on pup while waiting for delivery arrangements.

I managed to pick Poppy, ( now Nala) in Kansas and returned to Las Vegas. I was not happy with the fact that none of the information along the way was forthcoming until I was using strong comments to find out the next steps were each time left without forwarding to me. Your reps were friendly once I contacted them, just not a smooth service.
