The puppies, new name is Cosmo. He is adorable. There were problems with the nanny, not showing up so a new nanny was found for the following day. This was very disappointing. The puppy had red and dirty ears inside, and the vet put medication in. The soft spot on the top of his head also has not closed and he is almost 13 weeks old.

Reliable and Valid service. My puppies were sold as advertised. I opted for delivery service, which was professional. They keep the pups up-to-date with vaccines and medical information. One thing that I forgot to ask was if there was a way for my pup to visit Mom and Dad puppies and / or siblings. Would have been interested in the option. But the company was a good fit, professional and reliable.

The communication wasn't great all in all but in the end we got a healthy puppy which we love. We were told her few claws were removed but somehow they missed one. Not sure why. Unclear if we sent everything needed as far as paperwork and not a clear way of finding out.

The delivery when smoothly, and I would like to commend the drivers Chris and Dustin for taking such good care of my baby on her long journey. They were outstanding!
