I was thrilled in the beginning with the level of communication but once the puppy was paid for everything went downhill. I was unable to reach anyone for days. The puppy arrived a week ahead of schedule. My contact person Lois was out of the office more than in. I received several calls at 6 am then when calls were returned never heard back. Puppy arrived at 5am smelly and had Giardia. We love our puppy, and believe she will be a great addition to the family, but I was beyond disappointed and annoyed with the way the transaction went down

My puppy came this morning. Little chepi. Chihuahua. Oh what a cutie he he is. I am so in love. A little sweetheart. I would totally recommend Pawrade. They work directly with the breaded. The staff on pawrade were excellent. Believe me I had so many questions. They always called me back in less than 15 Minutes and were there for me. My hat also goes off to the transportation department and to Down Home Transport. Thank you all.

Our new puppy arrived on time, healthy and very playful. We used the ground transport that they suggested, they kept in contact with us the whole way , 4 days of travel, sending pictures of Lily when requested. They also included a blanket that had the sent of her siblings and mom. We had a great experience with Pawrade and would definitely use them again.

I'm very upset when I got Fergie upstairs and I felt his ribs through his skin you can look and see them like he was in fed properly my friend Lisa was with me and she said oh my God this poor puppy is malnutrition the poor thing look like he hasn't eaten in days so I got his food out the kind that Kathy said he likes he didn't even want to eat it so I've had bought this other food it's pure chicken vegetables for dogs I did a survey for Fergus for puppies his weight and everything else he ate like it was no tomorrow he ate like he was haven't eaten in days weeks this poor puppy was so hungry I'm going to be taking him to the vet and I hate to see what he's going to say that you could see his ribs right through his skin I'm so upset I'm an animal lover I understand that you don't need an overweight dog but he is so much underweight to see his bones in his neck his shoulder blades and to pick him up and just feel his ribs made me feel so awful that I cried you better tell Kathy about 🥹

Everything is wonderful with my new puppy. But from a business point of view, I received much better service 6 months ago when I bought my first puppy from you. I had more contact and information given to me then in the form of direct contact through email and phone calls. If I hadn't recently went through this process, I think I wouldn't have known e everything I needed to known.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. The sales girls were excellent, caring and very efficient. All my questions prior to receiving my puppy, travel for her and care for her were answered in a very timely manner. My puppy is healthy and happy, she is perfect!! People on the phone were excellent and response time to emails was quick. My one problem was the puppy arrived unwell and not hydrated. I had to get her to an emergency vet for hydration.

Everything was great! The two gentlemen transporters were excellent and very friendly and professional! They were very caring with our pup! We named her Coco she is perfect and went to our vet Saturday hand he said she is great! Thank you all for so much you are a great company! Do you know if the microchip is in our name? Once you buy the dog the could care less about the customer. I paid 719 the dog spent 8 hours on the plane but assure he will have excellent care. The puppy had no water or had not been feed his food according to the instructions. I day after buy his sister they dropped the price by $1k. YES 1K go to your shelter. My pup was 16 weeeks no training at all especially POTTY. They talk the talk but lie about everything
