Bought two dogs from you guys. First one was a very nice experience. This one was not. While I appreciate the $100.00 off because I asked for it as a second time buyer, a week later you come out with a holiday special for 250.00 off for everyone . Not once was this offered to me. You are all about charging late fees if you don't pay on time however asking for a video of my pup (after I paid for the puppy and travel in full) was a super challenge. Asked 3 times and never did get the video. One would suggest based on the words above that your all about the money and after that customer be damned. I would hesitate to suggest this service to others. Seems like it's all about the money with you guys.

Found Pawrade to be helpful and friendly. Found it difficult to get information from the breeder. My dog arrived with Giardia and coccidia which I am now treating.

purchased our first puppy from Pawrade and had an AMAZING experience and just putchased our second puppy. The concierge that helped us buy our first pup actually reached out to us during this process, so it was so sweet and thoughtful to have a familiar person follow up with us during this time. We actually flew from Denver to Indiana to pick her up and it was such a seamless process, between the constant communication and the efficiency of how everything panned out, I could not be any happier with our new pup. Not only is she gorgeous, but she is semi potty trained, and so very loving!!! I recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy but is unsure of where to buy from or if a website is trustworthy or not. I will not buy my dogs from anywhere besides pawrade. You guys have really gone above and beyond as far as customer service and customer satisfaction. Thank you for continuing to help us grow our family!!!

The whole process was amazing. I was scammed before this so I was really scared. I drove down to pick up my puppy and my heart is so full. The breader was a sweetheart and Nick is a doll and loved so much already. Thank you so much for a great experience and a wonderful puppy.

First; Completing this sale has been far more complicated than necessary. Between Pawrade and Petpay there has been way over 50 e-mails generated many of them in triplicate. Second; you require e-signing of documents which arrive pre-filled in with incorrect information. Trying to correct that led to multiple payments needing reversals and triggering a fraud alert which needed multiple phone conversations to un-lock my card. Even though you are aware that I have already acquired a dog I continue to receive e-mail advertisements trying to sell my another despite having attempted to unsubscribe three times. I continue to recive requests from an individual claiming to be from Petpay and requesting me to sign a transfer of ownership document. I suspect this is a phishing expedition so I have not clicked on it. If it is, you guys have been hacked. If it isn't then I have payed the money and have the dog so I consider the ownership already transferred.

Overall I think our transaction with Becky was very good.The Concierges overall were helpful,particularly Tara,and the transportation of our pup was handled well,not only by Pawrade but also the airline (American) that flew her to us.

We purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy from Pawrades. She is a sweet loving little girl. However, a number of things that were not perfect or even good. We did not find out that the breeder for this puppy was in eastern Ohio which is a very long way from northern Idaho. This caused an extremely long transport for our puppy to reach us. It was stated that the puppy had been de-wormed before travel. However she arrived with giardia and flea worms. She did not react well to the meds and we had to take her to an emergency vet. We have not yet found out if that is covered under the 30 pet insurance. Lastly, the day after our purchase we see on our facebook page that there is now a coupon for $250 off. When I called to see if that would apply, they said no as that coupon was if we wanted and additional puppy.

What a great experience we had using Pawrade! I am telling all my friends and family. From start to finish, they have helped with all our questions for our new puppies, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The team is very responsive over text and will also personally answer your calls. It is hard to find customer service like this these days. Pawrade's health requirements before getting your puppy put us at ease. They also have fantastic coverage for up to 3 years (or ten if you want) for your pet. We got fantastic insurance the next day, without a vet appointment, because of the work Pawrade did in the beginning. We opted to pick up our pets (two brothers and mini dachshunds), and I would recommend that. We got to meet the breeder, who was super friendly and helpful, and now we have her contact should we have any questions. I'm so thrilled with our experience. Thank you so much, Pawrade!

Looked online for a puppy. Got absolutely nowhere. Prices were way out of our limit. One call to pawrade where I told representative what I was looking for and price limit. Explained entire procedure then found us several puppies. Sent us information on each one. By the end of the day we placed a deposit on the Sweetser little girl. One week later, we had our new fur baby safely tucked into our car! Couldn't ask for a sweeter puppy! Thank you so much for the respectful and helpful service! The service reps were all supportive all the way! Enjoying every day with our baby!

The communication for the travel was not effective I had to fly 6 hours away only to find out the day before pickup that I was told the wrong location so I had to drive a extra 3 hours to meet the breeder super inconvenient and I had to reach out to get the information for the travel the day before because no information had been given

FYI - we changed his name to Gibbs. Upon his arrival my sister and I just knew this was our dog. I cannot express how much love and joy he has brought to our house. We had a pug before, but she passed over a year ago. Our house was just a sad place until I saw Gibbs face. It was love at first sight. And you service was just outstanding. I was so worry about the puppy having to fly, until I read that you provided a nanny to fly with him. I realize I should have spoken out sooner, but we were having so my fun with our Gibbs, I got way behind in even responding to any emails. I want to thank you so very much; I know I got the right dog.
