Pawrade opened up a lot of choices for me from choosing a breed through the sale and delivery of my puppy. I was dissappointed that she arrived very dirty and unbrushed. All of her entire legs were stained from urine and she smelled of urine. I was told her nails were clipped but they were not. I was very, very dissappointed and was concerned about conditions and care of the breeder. I spent a day cleaning her up with a Double shampoos bath, cleaned her dirty smelly ears, clipped her nails and then brushed her thoroughly. I do hope someone will check up on the breeder.

Used Pawrade for the first time to buy our Pomeranian pup. I was nervous about shipping but the service was reliable and I was kept informed every step of the way. Our little guy arrived healthy and happy. He even ate and drank right away. Nice experience.

Puppy was advertised as a corgi/Aussie but grew long legs. We thought we were buying a short legged dog. She's family now and wouldn't think of returning her, but are the parents verified breeds at all? Because of how our girl is growing, we suspect her corgi father is actually a corgi/Aussie mix, rather than purebred corgi. It's apparently extremely unusual for 50/50 corgi mix offspring to have long legs. For the amount of non refundable money we paid, we expected to get exactly the dog we wanted. I recommend future buyers insist on verifying the parent dog's breeds, just in case they get a dog with an unexpected look. Or even better, buy local where you can see the parents and puppies for yourself.

Overall I've had an excellent experience with Pawrade Team, very organized and responsive. You've done a great job with air travel for puppy. The only thing - I would have liked to know about umbilical hernia earlier, just to be prepared. Otherwise 10 out of 10. Thank you All and have a wonderful Holiday Season! I am more than pleased with my experience with Pawrade. Easy communication the entire process. I reached out about Pauly and received an immediate response. I did my research within the site and I felt secure making a payment of this size through a website. Everyone involved from the breeders to the puppy travel to the managers with Pawrade seem to really care about the health and we'll-being of our puppy. With all the advice I felt completely prepared for Pauly when he arrived. His transition was great. The puppy travel was worth every penny. You get gps to watch them travel to you and he was here within 24 hours. The guys with the puppy travel service seemed to genuinely care about Pauly as well. Pauly is absolutely perfect and such a sweet well tempered puppy. And he was already being trained on a puppy pad! Overall I would recommend Pawrade to any and everyone I know. We're so thankful to have Pauly as the newest member of our family.

I love my minim= Bernadoodle puppy but my experience was not at all what I was led to expect. I was told that once the puppy was scheduled it would take 2 - 4 days for me to receive her. I had let everyone know that it was going to be a tight schedule because I was going to be leaving for a family visit in Charlotte, NC, on 11/22 - supposed to leave on 11/14 so breeder could have groomed the week before. - Puppy left on 11/15 one day after I called to check and did not arrive until 2AM on 11/21 -Puppy was not groomed nor did she arrive with food - I was able to get her groomed and vet checked before putting her on a flight at 7am to travel to Charlotte. - I asked to delay the trip until after the Charlotte trip and was told I would be charged $350 for boarding. - I was told 2-4 days and it took six. - I was told the 20 week old puppy would be groomed but she was not. - I was told she would come with a couple of days of the food she had been on but was given none.
