I have had a great experience with Pawrade! We found the perfect puppy for us and Pawrade made the buying of the pup fast and easy! Our pup was delivered right to our door. She was in perfect health and was glad to see Her New Ma & Pa. If we ever decide to buy another pup, we will do so through Pawrade!

Very pleased and he is adorable and perfect very healthy I could tell he was raised very well by people who loved him cause he's very clingy and attached to me. This time around it was much easier than the first time With the purchase process. I just wish that there was a little more backgrounds and checking into the buyers for the puppies Safety.

The positives - I would say there was very good communication. The negatives - the puppy had giardia leading to several rescheduled trips while the condition was treated (no one's fault). However, when the time finally came, we flew out to picked up puppy. She was cute but very smelly. (VERY smelly). When we took her to the vet the next day, she still had Giardia (with a side of round worms). We have been treating her for this since that time and it now seems to have cleared up. It was costly to reschedule the plane trip for two people, and if the puppy was going to have Giardia anyway, it would have been better if we had been able to retrieve her as originally scheduled.

The puppy Nanny was great. Travel arrangements could be better. When a pup flies, stand by , this could be a long day or night for the pupl. My pup's traveling time was around 16 hours. Not acceptable. In the future, direct flights should be offered with no standbys. Other than this big flaw PAWRADE did a good job and the Nanny was super.

Got pup with a genetic defect and didn't get the $100 credit promised due to delays transporting the pup. Not a good experience this time around.

The transportation of your puppies from one city to another is very poor. In order to save money dog nanny's are taking standby flights. In Oder to save money puppies are not put on direct flights but rather layover flights are used. Totally unacceptable. My Puppies showed up very dramatized due to unnecessary length of flights. I am very unhappy. Somebody needs to stand up for these beautiful little cuties. I am doing so here. I hope somebody from PAWRADE is listening.

This process was very confusing and overwhelming with all of the information and different contacts to respond to. Delivery updates were not precise and my puppy was delivered with parasites and not healthy. My other dog contracted the parasites and cost me a lot of extra time and money to treat them both.

The transporters were extremely nice. More than willing to ask any question we might have. Took photos of both of us with Shiloh And Shiloh, he is beautiful. He is cute, he is a bundle of energy. Lots of kisses along with nibbles. He's a joy. Thank you, all of you. Shiloh is definitely loved.
