“So happy with my Alfi. I was given the wrong delivery schedule so I cancelled a Dr. Visit and Thanksgiving Dinner with my 100 yr old Mom in the Nursing Home. Then found out about the schedule error. I think it would be nice if there was more status reports given during transporting that I didn't have to beg for. However, after all is said and done, Alfi is precious and I am happy at this point. Nanny was generous with information and instruction and cordial even after that exhausting trip with all it's problems. Happy Thanksgiving to all!”

“The dog is wonderful. The service might be fine for you, but it was very problematic for me. Basically, they will deliver the dog whenever they feel like, with little or no warning. Think appliance repair, except they won't let you pick a day and they miss their deliverly window by 30 hours, and never call to say they are missing the window, and think it is very rude of you to want to be updated. Plus, they have a ruthless "must be seen by a vet in 3 calendar days" requirement, despite refusing to predict delivery, and making no allowance for weekends. I would not use them again. ”
“We love our bich poo, Daisy (Ashley). She's full of energy and brings us so much joy! Working with Pawrade was very helpful. They kept us updated on her progress. The couple who transported her to us were so friendly and we could tell that they loved and cared for the puppies they transported. A couple of negatives would be that duplicate information was often emailed. It got confusing. The second would be getting the puppy to a vet for a wellness check within 72 hours of delivery. It is difficult to get an appointment when one doesn't have a confirmed date of delivery. Also, our puppy was delivered to us late on Friday night. It was very stressful trying to find a vet who could fit our puppy in.”
