Drue arrived Thursday evening. We are happy with her. She has a broken tail and has had it a very long time. She was vet checked on Saturday morning. She was again vet checked with a FULL exam with our regular vet on Monday. Pawrade was helpful in choosing our precious pet. She is a happy puppy

You no the old saying Too many cooks spoil the broth. One person should follow the puppy throughout the whole transaction. Health guarantee should be made simple what is covered and what is not covered. More contact with breeder after purchase. Delivery options should be made easier to understand. Airplane or drive at time of purchase. More contacts with delivery driver. Overall rating three stars.

From beginning to end, it was so important to me is they treated new owners, just like they care fore there puppies. I was happy day bye day they kept up with us keeping us in formed the both of us, about puppy and myself. I as so thrilled to get my puppy. Simon

Love our puppy. Great temperament and personality. The reason for the 3 stars is the level of secrecy between the breeder and buyer. I was never able to speak to the breeder. I wanted to know is it a family home with kids. Potty training at all, etc. I want to know what I'm getting. Also wanted to ship some toys and blanket so she would feel at home in her new home. 99% was a canned response in a chat box. Driver showed up at 5am and was professional, but very fast drop & sign here take a pic with your dog and gone. Love the puppy, the process wasn't the most enjoyable or make you feel confident in your triple the price as a local breeder, but overall we are happy with the quality of the puppy and purchase

Had great support from the Pawrade team who kept me updated re where Patrick was at in the process. They responded to my questions quickly, and provided good info about preparing for a new puppy. Patrick arrived a little tired on Friday night, but was otherwise happy and healthy after a 4 day cross country road trip. Would highly recommend pawrade!

My Puppy Concierge, Tara and the entire Puppy Support Team, Aaron, Carli, Shannon, and the Drivers Larry and Lee (please forgive me if I didn't mention everyone) stayed in contact with me throughout the purchase, informative nutrition needs, travel and the all important Veterinary appointment w/I 72 hours of arrival! I was very impressed and thankful of all of their efforts!

Pawrade did a good job of handling the purchase and shipment of my puppy. Lots of information! The one glitch we had was that I didn't understand that I had to go to a facility other than the airport terminal baggage claim to pick up my precious package. We figured it out, and I may have been told, but just missed it. Other comment was that it has been 2 months since my puppy had any vaccinations. His last vaccination was in August, and he didn't get anything in September or October! So we are going to need to catch him up on his protective vaccines. This was a disappointment. He also arrived with an eye infection that is now being treated. The food that came with him was different than what I bought.. I bought puppy food for small breed. He came with food for toy breed. Small item, but thought I'd mention it. Again, overall, the process was handled well and I ADORE my new little man!

Judge arrived safe and sound. He is perfect and we have all fallen in love with him. We changed his name to Sammy. He is settling in nicely, and having fun with his siblings - a 5yo female Saint Bernard named Chloe and 2 shih zhu's, Stryker ( 6) and Todd (12). Thank you so much for bringing so much happiness to us. We love him so much and promise to give him the best life possible.

Every one at Pawrade was so professional with a big bowl of love. My husband and I are in love with our little bundle of joy. I must admit I was very nervous about getting a puppy on line, but Pawrade was remarkable. I was reassured and felt like they were old friends. When the puppy we wanted had already found a forever home, we were heart broken. If not for Pawrade's help, we would never had found our sweet little girl. We had a nanny bring her to us and Amber kept us up to date with such lovely texts. Right up to the time she landed. This was the best experience all around. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give them 10+++++++. I recommend Pawrade and the whole staff to everyone. They took all the stress out of what I thought could have been a very stressful on line experience. Oh by the way, we named our little toy poodle, Jolene. Our home is complete. Thank you all so very much at Pawrade. John and Karen Cook.
