I had Shadow (Allyson) yesterday afternoon. The guy was very nice. Shadow is still getting acclimated to her new surroundings. But will be ok in few days.

Libby, now named Valhalla is enjoying her new environment. Shes getting to know her older grumpy kitty sister very well. Im in absolute love! Pawrade is amazing! Responding within 24hrs and always there to answer any and all questions. Amazing service and reliable way to support professional breeders!
She was pretty wild eyed when I got her in the morning but she immediately made herself at home. She was running, playing with her toys getting all kinds of love. Today she knows her new name, is galloping through the house. She gets lots of love from myself and my grandson but seems to realize I am her main caregiver. Thank you, Pawrade for my sweet girl!

I was so worried ,is this a scam ? some people told me ! I needed have worried my puppy arrived as promised bathed fresh active adorable ,so thrilled I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone wanting a quality pup! I would however ask pedigree papers coming with puppy . I would give them a ten out of ten! The wags on wheels mode of delivery excellent !

Would love to be provided the breeder's contact info once I've paid for the pet... Or perhaps, if you're hesitant to provide that direct info, then allow the breeder to respond to messages on the platform. Having that direct connection to the breeder would have gone a huge way towards reducing my stress vs having to go through Pawrade customer support.

The entire staff of Pawrade was absolutely amazing! We were a little reluctant and nervous to get a puppy online and have him fly to us because we have heard some horror stories. However, everyone from our initial contact with Emma, to our travel agent Morgan and customer service Donna were beyond amazing. They all answered my questions quickly and kept me at ease thru the whole process. From reservation date to the day we picked up Teemu at the airport was 7 days. His kennel was large enough that he had plenty of room to move. He was clean and all his documentation was attached to his kennel. We highly recommend Pawrade! 🐾

The whole process from start to end was amazing! All the liaisons I spoke to were amazing and answered my questions. The process of signing the contract and paying for my puppy was super easy and quick. The hardest part was actually waiting for her to come from the breeder. I would totally use Pawrade again for another dog in years to come.

We got new puppy in 10days since when we first saw my puppy on the website! Before we found this website, we encountered a nasty scam, because of bad experience worry until the puppy arrived. I'm sure many others have had the same experience. If I were to suggest advice for getting another star, it would be that people get nervous every time there is a change in the number of people in charge from the beginning. If possible, the person in charge should take responsibility and maintain contact from beginning to end. When the puppy was delivered, I was very anxious because several people contacted me and their names were involved. If possible, I would be happy if there were videos and photos of tracking and getting on the wagon. But so far we are happy! Thank you for all!

We got Scammed the first try to buy a puppy in a Facebook group unfortunately. Beware on Facebook! I was hesitant to look at anything online. After finding Pawrade and reading all the reviews we started the process. Kenny was our first contact. Without doubt he made me feel the process was legit. The service and follow through was a great experience. The hand off to Shannon to coordinate the shipping and to Lois to help me understand paperwork and next steps was excellent. The transportation arranged... the couple drove from Indiana to Seattle. They had many other puppy deliveries on their way to us. BUT it only took 3 days and they have a gps tracking so you can see their journey. We constantly looked to see where they were, to the point we were standing outside because we knew when they would hit our street! Thank you very much to the team at Pawrade. At first, the customer service was excellent. After we had paid, the customer service was almost non existent. We travelled two states away to pick up our puppy, but were not given any contact information until late morning on day of pickup and were only provided a phone number. Then, we were not able to reach the breeder for hours. Finally, Pawrade gave us a different phone number and we were able to reach someone. The breeder was unaware that Pawrade didn't give customers their address. They are Amish and hard to reach by phone. All of this was very frustrating. We were stuck in a different state trying to pick up our new pup while at the same time getting phone calls about a loved one who was passing away unexpectedly. Luckily we were able to get home and be with them before they passed.

Very easy process they keep you informed throughout the entire process. The puppy was just as expected perfect. Yes I would recommend them. I will also use them again in the future.
It was a wonderful experience! Everyone kept in contact and kept me updated throughout the process which made it easy and less stressful.
From the moment I filled out the form for Dudley, aka Royal, we received nothing but kindness and support. Questions and or concerns were answered promptly. Dudley was handled with love and care during his transport. We are so thrilled with the whole process. Now we have our sweet puppy. Thanks so much!
