Our experience was exceptional starting with my 1st phone call when I spoke to Puppy Concierge, Michelle. After that our Customer Concierge, Christie was phenomenal. She responded to every question and concern (& I had lots) in a timely manner, connected me with our breeder and reassured us at every turn. When the day finally arrived to meet our precious puppy (which we renamed Cali) the transporters were equally gracious and very helpful with the handoff. She came to us happy, calm, clean and Oh! So sweet!! We could not be happier with our experience and want to thank the the staff who helped us navigate this overwhelming process.

Working with Pawrade was a great experience. Devin and Carlie always followed up to all my questions and concerns. Devin even set up a ZOOM session with the breeder to see my puppy. My only issue is with Pawrades's policy of a mandatory vet exam within 72 hours of receiving Chloe. My vet could not see her within that time frame. I called all the vets in my area and they were booked through the next few months. As a result, I will forfeit the first 14 days of my Health Guarantee, through no fault of my own. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff were awesome and we love our new puppy. She's so sweet!

Process of purchasing and receiving my puppy was very easy. Puppy was delivered as scheduled. It's been a complete joy having a new puppy around the house.

The communication was choppy and disorganized. The questions we asked about travel/location were not answered accurately. Ultimately we did receive our pup but it took several scheduled attempts and not with a nanny as we paid for.

I can't be happier with Jayceon (now Jimbo), and the entire process of getting him. He is the absolute sweetest little guy! Pawrade is definitely a broker I will recommend to EVERYONE!!! I always felt like I was in the loop during the entire adoption, and if a phone was needed, the Pawrade team was available. Keep up the great work!!!!

The liaison, Emma, for me and the breeder was awesome. She was compationate, understanding, and really helped calm my fears and concerns. Unlike a supervisor who I spoke with that just enhanced my concerns. For the most part, the Pawrade staff has helped me with the process at each step.

Everyone at Pawrade was great to work with. From the sales team, to the concierge, to the delivery team. It felt like everyone was truly interested in making our experience pleasant, while making the puppy's health and care their #1 priority. The only note, is that the laws and standards for care (vaccines, etc.) may be different in your state than what Pawrade is recommending. The two Vets we spoke with here in Florida, were adamant about doing the DA2PP vaccination; which was not done prior. Pawrade had also recommended that we buy the food that the breeder was using and gave us the name of it. Unfortunately, it was NOT the food the breeder was using. The breeder sent us a sample bag of what they recommended and it was the same as what our vet wanted. So we're stuck with a bag of food they we may be able to use as she grows. Other than a few minor things, we are extremely happy with Pawrade and their willingness to answer any questions and they were very accommodating.

Very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable staff. My only criticism is regarding your e-mail process. It would be helpful if telephone numbers and information that I need to respond to was sent in such a manner that it can be responded to by a link rather than having to enter the information manually. Some information did include a link but some did not. Also, I often received duplicate or even triplicate notifications that I had a new message to read but, when I checked, only the prior message I received was present. I don't know whether this is at your end or mine but I wanted to make you aware that I was having a problem with repeating notifications in case it is a programming issue.

Everything went well. Had a few challenges with my transportation communication but that was partly because I somehow gave my old work number. Called and talked to them and gave my actual number to them but they forgot to update it. Anyway it all worked out and they managed to wake me in the middle of the night 😀. We love the new little addition to our family.

The process was great! Everyone was very helpful throught the process. The only thing I was disappointed about was when I took my puppy for her first wellness check up with my veterinarian they found she had Giardia, a tape worm and a ear yeast infection. I am very happy I took the year of medical insurance before I picked her up. I don't blame anyone from Pawrade or the Breeder I know those things happen, but unfortunately I had to take my older dog to the vet to get treatment for the Giardia. Other than that we were happy with the service and the flight nanny was wonderful to our little pup. We love our new little family member and we would recommend Pawrade to others.
