I was so happy to see what Pawrade had to offer when I read up on them. I found exactly who I wanted for my puppy. I had seen lots and lots of dogs but when I saw the Havenese from Pawrade, and I saw Biscuit (new name is Stevie) I knew immediately I had found the puppy of my dreams. I was a little surprised it took so long for him to get here but pleased with all the steps that were taken to insure his health and transfer. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone!

I have already been singing the praises of Pawrade to friends and even strangers who ask where I got my cute Frenchy puppy. From the very begining and all the way through this first week of having BooBoo at home, the people, process, experience, have been professional and enjoyable. With all the pet scammers, I was cautious and deliberately looked for a service that was reputable and had a track record of great reviews. I absolutely chose the right service. Consistent regular emails and texts kept me informed and on task. So pleased!

It was well organized down to transportation; it was repetitive and nagging, even though thorough. Some steps were repeated or completed thro other contacts. I love my puppy and transport were two caring people. All in all one to one contacts were with terrific people doing their jobs and the best puppy ever. Thank you for my last family member! I love her.

I thought Pawrade was great until you actually purchase the puppy. After that I had to ask 2 or 3 times to get any answers to questions and important information about the dog. Then I hired their ground transportation which was a huge mistake. They were transporting 30 puppies in that trip, it took 2 1/2 days to get my dog who was in the road the entire time and she arrived quite traumatized. I would stay away from this company.

I had an easy transaction with getting my new family member. Everyone kept me informed with the details of my puppy before she left and when I expected to receive the puppy. They even changed the date on my request, due to a travel conflict. And I received her a week after, when I returned home. The drivers were very friendly and engaged me in their delivery process too. DeeDee, now named Mia, is doing well and had a great vet check visit. She was very socialized and got to play with her brother and sisters. She was definitely handled in a home friendly manner and had plenty of energy throughout the day.

We absolutely love our new puppy! We were hesitant to buy a puppy online due to hearing how frequent puppy scams occur, but we are so happy we took the chance because our Lyla (previously Nicole) is everything we were hoping for. Only reason for 4 stars was due to communication. It was very difficult to get quick response times and felt like it was never the same person to respond, we also never got contact information from the breeder or talked to them directly. Due to us reserving her at 5 weeks old, we asked for an updated photo of her at 8 weeks which took about 2 weeks and asking 3 times. On a positive note, they really do have a "puppy first" approach which we appreciate!

From start to finish this was easy, full of good and timely communication, and pretty seamless. Cost wise it was on par of not slightly less than a local experience including travel. Our puppy is precious and seems to be in great shape. The breeder made a brilliant hand off which made us feel even more confident in the process. Would absolutely recommend.
