Everything went very smooth, we had paperwork from the kennel with shot and health assessments upon arrival. Also, health insurance papers were emailed prior to the puppy's arrival. The delivery agent was very helpful to provide all the information we needed. Pawrade did a great job of keeping us informed through the entire process. Thank You!
My wife and I could not be more satisfied with OUR choice of puppies ( Min. Schnauzer) and the entire process from purchase to air delivery to follow up by Pawrade to insure that our puppy is being cared for properly by folks they don't know. It was all very structured and executed professionally. I am extremely impressed by the breeder to produce high quality puppies. She arrived by air and when we took her out of her crate she was so mellow and calm we were surprised. She took right to us and has never displayed anything other than a well raised and adjusted puppy. We could not ask for a better all around experience. I was especially grateful when I spoke to a young man at a pet store who lost all his money to a disreputable out of state breeder. I recommend Pawrade unequivocally.
My transaction with Pawrade was great. They kept me informed all the way through the transaction and it was easy. Also, the guys that delivered the puppy were great.

We got the puppy we paid for, but the communication throughout the process wasn't great. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. All comms is done through a weird online chat app, where you have multiple people that don't seem to be aware of what the others are doing and it just mostly sends automated messages. Main point of contact / concierge went on PTO a few days after we purchased and there was no handoff of process to anybody else.

Absolutely adore our puppy and was very impressed with the breeder. My initial interactions with Puppyrade were great and Holly was wonderful to work with. After the puppy was paid for was not so great. I was supposed to get the breeder info, vet report, etc. 3 days before pickup but didn't get it and texted and called multiple times with no response at all for over 48 hours. That is terrible customer service. Destiny was my concierge and I was very unimpressed. I never did get the vet report, I just received it from the breeder. I will go directly to a breeder net time.

We have gotten the cutest lil guy EVER thanks to PAWRADE!!! He is AMAZING!! It was a flawless experience from start to finish. I received my puppy all the way from Ohio!! He looked like he was treated like a king!! Im so happy with every aspect of my puppy purchase. THANKS TO ALL THE MOVING PARTS THAT MADE THIS HAPPEN SO SMOOTHLY!!!!

Kenny our Puppy Consierge was great! Tom, Carlyle's breeder very helpful as well. I'm not sure if it was the ride in the crate, or what, but Carlyle did not smell good upon pick up. He really needed a bath when we got home! My only negative comment would be: Way too long before receiving contact information with the breeder. We drive from TN to Oklahoma and then Missouri to pick up 2 Pups. Did not know where we were going till day before. Not a big deal really it just seemed odd. Other than that? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Kenny our Puppy Consierge was awesome. Chelsea Omar's breeder really webt the extra mile. Doggie toys, treats cleaning supplies all in a nice title bag. Plus Omar was really clean and smelled good at pick up. 5 Stars for Chelsea! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Everything was made easy along the way. I could call with questions, and they kept me up to date with all the information I needed. My baby arrived right on time, and she is everything they promised. Very happy.

We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade. The communication was top notch. All my concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner, and my pup came to me healthy, happy, and even with a few tricks already learned! I would definitely recommend Pawrade to any future pet parents.
All i all we feel that everything went Great ....Rainey is everything we wanted, she is our 6th Golden puppy and we are learning all over again (sleep, sleep, my kingdom for some sleep). Maggie, our 10 year old Golden, is still trying to warmup to her, but that will come in time...we just love her and thank you for all you have done in making this happen...George

Everything is fine except that there is an issue with the extended medical insurance with Met Life. I paid $250 for the insurance, but Met Life has no record of it. Raya is a delight and adapted to her new home seamlessly.
