I reviewed Boston's paperwork, and we researched the breeder. I'm sure you are aware that the breeder is a puppy mill that was cited for several serious violations, including substandard living facilities that caused a fire killing several animals. I find this appalling that your site would even consider doing business with a breeder of such terrible repute in his state. Also, there is no paperwork regarding his parents breeding, along with their health records.

Our overall experience with Pawrade was good. It allowed us to choose from a large selection of dachshunds. Once we choose Skeeter the process for reserving him was simple and stress free. Since we had not heard of Pawrade before, having Tara call and explain the process was helpful and reassuring. She seemed to be concerned that we understood how it all worked and allowing us to ask questions. After we paid for Skeeter, we were passed off to Christie. Although she passed on information, there was no personal connection except the emails. She never called to see if we understood all the steps in the process. It felt very impersonal and like all we were doing was completing a transaction. To be fair to Christie, we were able to decipher most of what we needed to complete our pickup and follow up with Skeeter. Although we would not consider this a perfect transaction, we were satisfied enough with Pawrade that we would recommend them to others. We thank everyone involved.

This was an extremely easy process to find the perfect addition to our family. Everyone we had a chance to deal with were wonderful. Knowing this was a very important decision for us to make, everyone was patient and thoroughly explained each step in the process. The concierge service that delivered Kobe to us was very friendly and we were able to track them the entire way to our door. The delivery time left us scrambling a bit to keep the puppy a surprise for our son but the advanced notice allowed us to get everything done. Overall, I would definitely recommend finding your next puppy with the help of pawrade.

Very disgusted with the manner inwhich the business end of this transaction took place!! Puppy and breeder were exceptional!! I will NEVER recommend Pawrade to anyone looking at obtaining a puppy! Instead look for direct purchase from a non-puppy mill breeder!

This has been a roller coaster of emotions with this dog. We picked her up on Saturday 10/7/23 around 11AM. Sweet little girl but smelled like a barn. You could tell she missed her family and its the sad part about adopting. On Sunday around 3PM, she got spooked by my son on bicycle and she ran and ran for over two days. We finally caught her about 5 PM yesterday evening. A few things I learned along the way. One, your team member Carli Rivera doesn't return text (sent one to her before pick up) and she doesn't return phone calls (left a voice mail after she went missing as Kenny was on his day off and only handle things before sales). I bought a dog that was chipped only to find out from the breeder that she forgot to chip her. We are happy to have our puppy back and we will deal with the running issues even though the breeder claims she wasn't a runner when we talked with her before the purchase. Breeder claims she will send us the chip and cover the cost of the install.

Working with all parties involved was a great experience, the travel team was wonderful as well! We felt confident that the puppy was taken care of the whole way through. The breeder even called to make sure all was well. Our puppy is healthy, sweet and has a terrific personality! I highly recommend the experience!!

I drove to Miami flew into Chicago right into a rental car and drove hours into Indiana and picked up our female Frenchy, drove back to Chicago and flew back to Miami and drove back to Key West. This little girl had no issue with the carrier to go under the seat and never made a sound. The moment she got in the car with me in Indiana she never left my lap same for the entire trip. Incredible dog and incredible breeder. The first night home she was place in her crate and she quietly whimpered for less than 30 seconds and then slept all night. Pawrade was there every step in the process seven days a week and was truly amazing to work with. If you have any question on using Pawrade don't hold back. Great job Pawrade!

We couldn't be more pleased with Pawrade. We found an adorable puppy (and his brother) while traveling in New Zealand. I received a phone call from Tara while in the National Museum of New Zealand. She walked us through the entire process all while we were flying home to Maine. Lois,as well, was very helpful. Our "boys" arrived Friday evening 6 October. Everything we were told about the puppies, travel trauma, diarrhea, etc. all happened but we knew what to do.

We have renamed Kendra to Roxy! She is spectacular! She was cuddly and in love with us from the very first second and she immediately stole our hearts! She had a bath (she wasn't thrilled) and got a perfectly healthy assessment at her wellness check at the vet today! Michael and Martin clearly took great care of her while driving her to us, and they were great about corresponding each day to let us know of their progress. We cn't believe she is so tiny! What a sweetie! Thank you all for a great experience!

The drivers who transported sissy were great and very informative. As for carli I wish there was more communication after we purchased our puppy. We did not hear from her until after we received the dog. I had to speak to another person from customer service after trying to get in contact with her several times.
