“There were multiple delays in getting Lola to me. Some could not be avoided, but others could have. Communication was very poor. No one kept me advised as to what was going on and I could not reach people on the phone. There's also not enough communication between the adoption crew and the transport Lola did arrive finally and appears to be in good health. She Is not the calm pup I was told she is. She is not trained as all. She won't sit, stay or walk on a leash. You should not promise things you cannot deliver. She is a sweet pup and seems to be socialized. I will give her a good home and lots of love. ”
