Your prompt response, professional communication and kind assistance in guiding me through the process of acquiring our new friend, was all well done and much appreciated. The transfer between the departments for reservation, payment and transportation was efficient and effective. All the documentation was most helpful to receive and remind me along the journey. The puppy arrived rather quickly once the criterion had been met. He was healthy, happy, eager, well adjusted, robust, fearless and beautiful! We all loved him immediately and feel blessed to have him entrusted to our family. He’s smart, funny, loving and calmly adjusting to his new environment. She is so darn cute. Love her so much. The night she arrived she stared at my pictures on the wall. I changed her name to Annie. She is full of energy. She already knows how to use the Doggie steps to the bed. Annie does not like to be in a crate. When she naps she wants to be next to you and touching you. She makes me laugh. Thank you again for her. Vet said she had a good check up.

We got Isabella at 5 o'clock this e morning. She was so excited to be here. She gave us a lot of kisses. She's all excited running around the house checking out her toys and doing her bunny hops. She's such a good little girl and she is doing fine. We are having lots of fun with her. We're so happy that we got her.
