Reliable service, quick response, good communication, clear instructions, healthy adorable puppy. Photos of the puppies on the website are limited, often staged, we were not able to have a Zoom meeting with the breeder, but appreciated additional photos and videos that were sent to us upon request. Puppy delivery service is professional and on time, the puppy arrived in a great shape, not stressed, stared playing right away, has been doing very well. Would recommend!

This was a good experience, but there is still alot of anxiety with it. Prior to sales via the internet, I could meet breeders and talk directly to them during the entire process, from picking out the puppy until delivery. Your process has more fear in it for the buyer, since contact with the breeder is not included regularly in the process. I cannot believe people buy puppies online without ever talking to the breeder! As a customer, this is a scary process: to pay a company thousands of dollars, and not be able to see the puppies "live" (facetime video or zoom calls), or talking with the breeder. Even getting updated pictures seemed like a big ask. I feel that requiring full payment a couple of weeks in advance of pickup and withholding the phone number of the breeder are 2 things I did not like about this process. There are so many scammers online today selling puppies with stolen pictures, and requiring large deposits without knowing you really have reserved a puppy.

Cooper was our first purchase less than 12 hours before buying his brother, Corbin. We received both at the same time. He’s the frisky one. Sleepy in the mornings but keeps going strong in the evenings. You can see his loving nature in his eyes when he looks at us humans. He loves to play tug of war with his brother and wins all the time. He finds every toy and enjoys all of them. We are blessed to have him and his brother!

We are so glad we purchased Corbin the day after we purchased Cooper, his brother. It’s such a joy watching them play together! It would have been horrible for Corbin to be left alone without his sibling. He is such a love. Cuddly and a kisser! He’s a morning person and loves to relax in the evening. Every morning he’s ready to start his day! Jumping in excitement to see his humans!

I was blown away by how easy the process was from choosing my girl to delivery. Pawrade is the middleman between the Breeder and the customer, and they do an amazing job. they educate, arrange transport and are there for you every step of the way. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

You say you don’t have puppy mills and I strongly disagree. The puppy we picked up was filthy and smelled of urine and some god awful perfume spray to cover up the odor we could hardly stand the 3 hour ride home. The amount of money we paid and the fact that breeder has multiple breeds is certainly different from the home raised puppy image you portrayed. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone other than saving these dogs and getting them out of that environment.

The overall experience was a good one. While I did find the steps a little overwhelming the Pawrade team was there each step of the way to answer questions and smooth out the bumps, while supplying straightforward explanations when I needed to know the whys and wherefores of each step. The delivery experience was also very good. First of all they offered the options of air and car delivery and I was very happy with that end of the experience as the drivers made a timely pick-up and delivery right to my door. My only complaint is that they removed the dew claws on the pup which is their and the breeders standard despite my specific request that this not be done.

I have been following Pawrade since about November. We hadn't made the final decision about getting a new Cavalier King Charles puppy until early February when we saw Benjamin's (now Winston) profile come on their website. We were very impressed with Pawrades communication from our initial enquiry, too next placing the reserve and deposit and finally having Winston now in our home. He was driven to us in South Florida via Furry Trails delivery all the way from Ohio. He arrived in the arms of Jason one of our delivery drivers. A true dog lover and very kind to the little pups. Winston was happy and alert, not messy at all. All final instructions were easy and I would definitely use Pawrade again. Very happy new puppy owners - Winston is cuter than his pictures we love him already Thank you Joanne
