We got our baby boy “Hunter” from pawrade. I’ve got to say it was an over-joyous experience by customer service, and ESPECIALLY the breeder! They were all absolutely wonderful, answered every question or concern, and kept us up to date on everything. We have beloved renamed our boy to Maverick, and we will definitely be back for another French Bulldog- because Maverick needs his Goose! 😋 Maverick is BEAUTIFUL, so smart, so loving, and we can’t wait to grow old with him!

Service was great, very helpful. Only complaint is in multiple places it said my pup was on hills science puppy, so I bought an abundance and then as he was delivered he came with a different food, one I don’t have. But service and pup are 11/10.

There's a lot of emails that want money right away and a lot of signitures are required but you will not receive updates how your chosen puppy is growing prior to delivery. I have an awesome breeder that sent photos every Friday to show progress and the breeders interest about their pup going to a good town. Pawrade gets more than 50% of the cost of your puppy and other than super nice employees, you don't get a whole lot more from this broker. I'd asked for my final payment to be split over a two day period and all I received in return was a single payment bill for the pup. Although this is a nice service that provides healthy and sweet pups, you don't get anything else from them but emails needing something from you. I'm not ragging on Pawrade but I personally believe that breeders should get at least 60% of the purchase price similar to non-profit orginazatioins putting 60% of donations to the people that have the real need.

It was nice to have a middle person but Pawrade made a couple of mistakes. 1st mistake they tell me my puppy had an umbilical hernia. That he had an operation to fix it & was ready to come home. I asked for a photo of where and what the results of the surgery looked like. They sent me the before photo not the after photo that I had requested telling me this was his after photo surgery photo. It really concerned me because the puppy had a big protrusion. Later I find out it was the before photo. 2nd problem the transportation company delivered my puppy at 3:17 AM IN THE MORNING!!! Delivering a puppy at that hour was outrageous!!! This is a live puppy not some package. 3rd they sent me several emails asking me to sign the transfer of ownership which I did at 3:17 A.M. & a photo was taken of me & my puppy. Overall they need to improve their communication skills & find a transportation company that can delivery your puppy at a reasonable hour. On a positive note my puppy is wonderful.

The entire process from start to finish was first class. During the selection process the team responded immediately and helped me decide. I’ve adopted from breeders before but this was the best overall experience with Pawrade. What I appreciate the most is the care they took to ship the puppy across several states as well as the golden retriever puppy not being too small or young so that it was traumatized by the experience. I have a healthy, happy, confident golden puppy to go along with my 5 year old golden. Also the vaccines were done and made it a quick inexpensive intro to the vet. I’m very happy with Pawrade and have already recommended this to several people. I can’t thank them enough.

While the customer support during the process was good and my messages were answered, the overall experience was very poor and the high cost does not match the level of service. My puppy arrived with a parasite and has been quite ill for over a week while I have also spent close to $1,000 for treatment. The guarantee only covered $60. Additionally the microchip is not ISO certified so I will need to get a new one, and the 1 month insurance is void in New York. A lot of mis-advertised information. The pup itself is adorable though.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. I was a little concerned at first, wanting to be sure I wasn't dealing with a puppy mill, but after meeting the breeder all of my anxieties were put to rest. Great process end to end.

Love the dog, the communication wasn’t good. I was told the dog was in one place but was 2:30 hours away. And then the price mark up is wild. I should have done more research.

We bought a chihuahua from Pawrade and could not be more pleased with how easy the entire process was from beginning to end. Pawrade kept us continuously in the loop from the initial online purchase till our baby arrived at our front door happy and healthy. This breeder was fabulous to work with from beginning to end sending us updated photo's of our baby as she grew and was old enough to come home to us. I will never stop telling my friends and family about you when the time come's for them to purchase a pet at how completely and utterly amazing you guys are! You can not put a price tag on peace of mind when purchasing a fur baby knowing they have been given the best start at life before coming home to you and Pawrade exceeds that expectation! Thank you ALL so very much we are beyond ecstatic!
