this delivery was a bit tricky as i live on an island so we had to arrange a "hand off" on the mainland side of the ferry. the drivers stayed in touch so we could keep times in line. pick up was arranged and on time. pup was handed over with care and all went well. she's tired, but so far, these early hours suggest she is happy to be with us.

You send a 7 month old puppy in heat for a 2 day van ride across the country? And didn’t tell me she is in heat! I asked 3 times to speak with her breeder beforehand - never happened. Maybe he would have mentioned it. Room for improvement for sure.

A very organized agency who loves puppies and placing them in forever homes. I have read that the puppies lived in a puppy mill in Missouri (where my puppy was from) before being obtained by Pawrade. I pray this is not true, but the internet is filled with these reports. Better communication is sorely needed after the sale. I never spoke on the phone with anyone ( although I repeatedly requested it ) after I paid over$4,000. I have many issues with how the puppies were herded into the van and there was no one to care for them. I don’t think we would do it again - working with Pawrade. Carol

However, I would caution others to carefully consider their options and weigh the pros and cons before working with a third-party service like Pawrade. If you're looking for a more personal experience and direct communication with the breeder, you might want to explore other options. Overall, our experience was neither entirely positive nor negative, but I would recommend prioritizing direct communication with breeders and doing thorough research before making a decision.

Everything was perfect with one exception. The puppy arrived at 10:15 at night. It gave us no time to acclimate the puppy with our existing dogs. Not good.

Transaction was good, the driver that brought the Puppies were wonderful. Instead of more food of which I had already purchased some based on requirements, it would have been bice to have a collar or harness that fit. The first two I bought after receiving the puppy didn't fit because she was so small. And she was 6 months old.
