This was the first time we purchased a puppy without actually seeing the puppy. From the very beginning Pawrade made the purchase very easy. They explained every part of process, they answered every question within a reasonable time. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Even the transport of our puppy Grace was a very easy process. I would highly recommend Pawrade to friends and family. They are very professional at what they do. We would like to thank everyone involved in our purchase of Grace she is the love of our life.

I chose and purchased a FEMALE -as posted described in your site. The description said “Female. She prances like the little princess that she is.” The dog I received is the dog I chose, but “she” is a MALE. All communication with the concierge and the transport company was excellent. Purchasing a dog that’s described as a female online and then finding out that the dog in person is really a male is not acceptable.

Everything went fairly smoothly. I had a few glitches. I wish I could’ve had more information from the breeder after my puppy was delivered. The puppy was delivered with no instructions or information from the breeder, which I thought was rather tacky.

We are completely happy with Nimbus! He's a wonderful, sweet and loving puppy. His health checks were all great and we are full of love for him! There were some hiccups along the way - a weather delay with his flight and a missed phone call that could have got him here sooner; A few misunderstandings, but Pawrade always worked with me to make sure that the most important thing - the safety and health of our puppy - was first and foremost! I can highly recommend Pawrade without reservation based on my experience!

I'm extremely happy with my beautiful puppy. From the very beginning when I chose my puppy, Pawrade has made it a flawless experience. My representative answered all of my questions and let me know exactly how to get my puppy home. She set up a video that I met my puppy and was able to ask the breeder questions. Thank you for making it possible to have Vulcan(Rocky) as our new member of our family. Do not get me wrong your associates are great. Some can be a little some are very welcoming. Just a heads up, please make sure when you pick your new fur babies that you are definitely decided to get it. I asked them what is the policy if i have to cancel after i reserve my Vulcan and i was told that i will be charge $600 to cancel! Meaning when you reserve there is no way you can cancel. Either you are stuck on the pet that you decided not to get. Or pay the $600 penalty! I think that is way over the board. I will not name names but come on $600 is a lot of money! I am thankful and greatful i picked Vulcan and i have no regrets. He is the sweetest and cutest thing. I did at some point almost cancelled because i was frustrated for some reasons. Things that was discussed and later on has changed. Just be mindful that make sure you are decided otherwise you will pay the price

The process was caring, professional and thorough. The Pug is a wonderful creature. Energetic, fun and loving. Partialy paper trained. She does #1 great. #2 Is still a challenge but really no problem. What a treat. I would recommend this process to everyone.

Very hard to get someone to answer your calls. Breeder NEVER returned calls. Still hasn’t returned my calls. Area of pickup changed 3 times and ended up being an additional 2 hrs than the original for drive time. My puppy has a hernia, needs repaired and the breeder agreed to pay for the surgery BUT WON’T ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN CALLS. I called and reported the breeder to pawrade and was to have a call back with my concerns and NO ONE FROM PAWRADE CALLED ME BACK! Was told to take my puppy to the vet within 72 hrs of new home which I did and was told it would be covered and reimbursed to me THAT WAS A LIE! I found a vet that is not my original vet to see my puppy the first 72 hrs. Has a hernia that needs repaired. Cost me $93.00 out of pocket. NOT COVERED OR REIMBURSED, was told to file paperwork to MetLife insurance for the 72 hr check up and MetLife said we don’t cover that only sick visits. LIES LIES!! Basically I rescued my puppy from a Backyard Amish breeder puppy mill for $$$!

Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and we had great communication with them. The time from choosing our new puppy to receiving him was terrific. We chose him at about seven weeks old, and received him at the airport one day before he turned ten weeks old. We believe the flight Puppy Nanny was a great benefit as it seemed to reduce his stress level upon arrival. He was running and playing on our floor at home within an hour, and did not seem upset about anything at all. Also, we immediately layed out a puppy pad, and he went potty on it without any direction from us. Again, all in all it has been a great experience working with Pawrade.

My first time to purchase a pup and Pawrade made the process great. Was a bit concerned since Leopold arrived around 10 pm. Could not bathe him until morning but that gave him time to calm down. Thanks Pawrade. Leopold is a special gift.

I was a bit reluctant, BELIEVE ME! It's scary, you don't know who to trust, if its a scam or a puppy mill situation, etc., Pawrade did not disappoint. Excellent communication, every one of my texts and calls was returned and addressed very quickly. The drop-off process was seamless. Very happy when my puppy finally made it home! My only concern was the late evening/early morning arrival. I would definitely recommend this company when looking for a forever puppy!
