Malti Poo - Maltipoo Puppy

After getting my first malti-poo in 2020, I thought the process would be just as wonderful. First off, having a puppy travel for 4 days in a cage in a truck, I feel, is inhumane. Then she was dropped off in Massachusetts, by mistake, to a woman who bought a shitzu. The woman signed that she got the right puppy, but 5 hours later, she realized she had the wrong one. The truck had to turn around & drive back to exchange puppies. Then my puppy was put back in a cage in the truck & had to travel to South Carolina to be delivered to me. The puppy was traumatized! I called Pawrade when the arrival time was past & the person I spoke with was unsympathetic. She said she had no way to reach the driver & she couldn't help me. She said that the puppy would need to wait until the next day to be delivered. I told her I had already taken time off of work & the next day was not convenient as I had a medical appt 1 hour away from my home at 11 am. To which she said that was my problem. No more roo…

Was going great until delivery wasn't made because of hurricane. Then the communication seemed to fail. Kelly Hall was away and others wouldn't respond about new delivery date. When WaggnTail and Shana took over saying she had picked Teddy up, was the first communication I had when he might be delivered. She stayed in contact everyday until delivery.

I was frustrated/ disappointed that no one phoned me after I requested the same. Also very frustrated with numerous texts/ emails from multiple people. Would have preferred one person coordinating all arrangements. On the plus side, all agents were knowledgeable and friendly. And the breeder was very nice when we finally met. My puppy is everything I hoped for and more!

My puppy is very sweet and healthy. However, I was a bit disappointed when he arrived, as I thought he had a different conformation. He has a long snout, which was not visible from the photos on the website. Also, I was very disappointed with the ground transportation. Our puppy traveled in a cage on a van for three days, which is inhumane. Also he was delivered to us at 3am, which was very disruptive for me and my husband. The driver told me that he had already delivered 9 dogs and they had a few more in the van. Pawrade shouldn't allow so many dogs on the same transportation. Delivery consolidation is good, but the well-being of the dogs is more important.

T o be honest, We did not understand that she may have to ride in the truck that long (4 days). We may have made arrangements to come get her, but then that would violate the three days to get her to the vet. All in all it was great. The delivery guys were super nice and everything went smooth. Best of all we got the exact pup we wanted and she is perfect.

I would have to give it an honest 5 stars. In my experience, there were some funny setbacks However, the team at Pawrade made sure to correct those setbacks. If I had any comment, it would be correct the issue of auto charging on the invoice even if you uncheck the health insurance policy. Other than that, my concierge, Tara Mir, was an amazing communicator and representative to your company. My highest regards go out to her for the care she took in getting my puppy to me!

From beginning to end, this transaction was unpleasant and stressful. Since takin possession of my puppy last week, I have spent over $700 on nursing this very sick puppy back to health. She came to me with a serious skin infection, giardia, another type of infection in her paws. I immediately called your customer service line moments after taking possession with all of my concerns and was told that someone would be reaching out to speak with me after the Labor Day holiday. No one has reached out to me at all other than the automated system requesting a review. I now am an owner of a puppy with a breathing condition as well as a serious underbite which none of her photos indicated that. Purchasing a puppy should be a joyous time. All of my experiences buying my family pets has been amazing. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. There is so much more to the entire transaction, however I choose not to spend anymore angst. I will be submitting my vet bills.

Our puppy arrived safe and sound, and is a fire ball of energy and cuddles. The customer service was wonderful an supportive. My only complaint is the delivery, wasn't up to me. It was during first week of the month and added vet expenses that would have better off at original delivery date. However, she is an absolute doll. Sweeet as pie.

I am glad that I was finally connected with a beautiful puppy. However, this whole process was fraught with challenges and anxiety. Several different people reached out to me. My initial puppy concierge handed me off to a customer service liason. Then I was contacted by a different transport person. Then a veterinary liaison reached out to me. Finally a contact person from the breeder texted me. He was in contact with the breeder, but I couldn't get breeder info until the last minute. The whole problem centers around the fact that that none of these people seem to communicate with each other. There was an issue with the puppy failing his first vet exam. But when he passed his second exam, no one informed me. So pick up dates were not coordinated in a timely manner. It was confusing & heart-breaking, esp since I was traveling from 2 states away to pick up the pup. Don't get me wrong, I totally love my puppy. But I would never recommend PawRade to anyone that I know.
