My wife and I were looking for a new member to add to our family. We checked out other sites but when we saw Dustin we knew he was the one for us. We reached out to Pawrade and what a great experience we had in bringing Dustin to our home. The staff was very easy to communicate with. We were able to have a zoom meeting to meet Dustin and his family before making the transaction. The staff at Pawrade kept my wife and I updated every day until his arrival. When we took him to the vet he was in great health. I have recommended Pawrade to several members of my family and my wife is looking to get a second pup in the future. Pawrade thanks so much..

Enjoyed most of my interactions with Pawrade. The delivery transport team were professional and knowledgeable. Our initial vet appointment discovered issues with Violets teeth requiring a visit to a veterinary dentist.

One day I randomly google "Toy Poodle Puppies for Sale." First thing that popped up was Pawrade. The first puppy I saw I instantly fell in love with her knew she had to be mine! I was a little nervous in what I was getting mine into but I made sure to do my research before submitting my big purchase. Let me tell you the Pawrade staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Before submitting I was contacted by a puppy concierge she was absolutely the greatest. Made my decision easier to purchase my new fur baby. Throughout the entire process after I purchased my new fur baby, the travel concierge kept in contact with me always there to answer my questions, and my customer service liaison was there to make sure I was prepared for my new puppy. I decided to have my puppy ground transported to me, she was delivered right to my doorstep. The Puppy Wagon Staff were so sweet! They would call/text me with updates with my puppy. THANK YOU PAWRADE FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! :)

I have nothing but gratitude and praise for all that Pawrade did for my spouse and I to find, purchase, and ship our new member of our family to us. We named her "Kalia" which means "Beloved" in Hawaiian. Our bundle of joy and love arrived in perfect condition via American Airlines Cargo. We are exceptionally satisfied. Also we appreciated all that MetLife Pet did for us, and we decided to forgo the 30-day free insurance and simply purchase regular monthly insurance which began at midnight that day, and protected our Kalia, and us. Kudos all around!

Jazmine arrived yesterday evening with lots of energy and no apparent ill effects, though stressed and a bit dehydrated after spending 5 days in a kennel carrier. She has become progressively relaxed today and we went on a nice walk where she had lots of playtime with our other lab. She is very sweet and affectionate, has had a good appetite, and has been right by my side most of the day. She looks to be in very good overall health though perhaps a tad underweight. The transporters arrived several hours earlier than their original ETA, but texted updates, and the tracking app for my iPhone was terrific because it allowed me to see exactly where they were on a map at all times during the transport. We met them at a pre-arranged meeting location after waiting only about 5 minutes and picked up our puppy without a hitch. The transporters seemed to be very professional and the paperwork and photographs took only about 10 minutes, after which we were happily off with our new little friend.

I was thrilled in the beginning with the level of communication but once the puppy was paid for everything went downhill. I was unable to reach anyone for days. The puppy arrived a week ahead of schedule. My contact person Lois was out of the office more than in. I received several calls at 6 am then when calls were returned never heard back. Puppy arrived at 5am smelly and had Giardia. We love our puppy, and believe she will be a great addition to the family, but I was beyond disappointed and annoyed with the way the transaction went down
