The entire process with Pawrade was perfect. I couldn't be happier with them, their staff and the process from start to finish. On the other hand, I am not pleased with the fact that my new puppy arrived to me flea infested. This is totally unacceptable. I have other animals in my home that are ALWAYS flea free and now I have had to spend money on treating them all as well. Shame on the breeder and/or the transport company that caused this issue. My puppy was so infested it is a week and a 1/2 later and I am still taking measures to get rid of the fleas brought into my house.

Terrible and costly mistake. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE. Dog was infested with Fleas and constantly whined whether it was in the crate at night or had free range throughout the house during the day. Every potty walk this nightmare of a dog tried his best Houdini escape act from the collar and leash. Further dog either had difficulty with bowel movements outside as he did his business more inside. The BREEDER should be ashamed STEALING MONEY like this. I'm on S.S.D.I. Fixed income and the cost of $2800 between purchase, fees and transportation. Is five mortgage payments. This should be a crime. I will devote my time now to discredit Pawrade and that SHAM of a BREEDER. Thanks for your part in allowing me to trust online purchasing

Our original contact with Dan was great. However we did experience some frustration regarding receiving a final invoice in early August stating that if full payment was not received by the due date of the invoice, there would be a late charge assessed. We did not pick up Primrose from the Breeder until September 2nd, our final payment was submitted on September 1st. With regards to picking up Primrose from the Breeder, we had to remind Pawrade multiple times that we were picking her up and not to have her shipped to us. Furthermore, once notified that we were picking Primrose up ourselves, it took multiple requests to Pawrade for the address and confirmation that the puppy would be available on the requested pick up date. The address and confirmation was not supplied to us until the morning before we were to pick up the dog.

I cannot tell you guys how grateful I am to have found you and to get the playmate and puppy son of my dreams. He is quite a joy, and he is very loving and companion. The customer service was brilliant guys were very passionate and everything was done in a professional manner, now the only thing I would say is the time that you have to cram things in order to get the puppy seen at the vet and sometimes that could be a little overwhelming in between work schedules and things of that nature but overall this is a great place to obtain any puppy son or puppy daughter to put in addition to your family it's even great because you're able to finance the puppies there also give you a 30 day pet guarantee. I just love the way that everyone stayed in touch. I just love the way the documents were sent over by email to send them back . Everyone was just great and when my puppy arrived at 4 AM in the morning with Steven. They were very loving and very caring with my pup. Thank you.

I am very happy with my new puppy Drax… He is definetly a bundle of Joy! This was my first time ever using a service like this for a puppy… I have to be honest and say there were breaks in communication and unclear times when Drax was available and then pressure to have one day to put do6 rest of payment… I was thinking this was a total scam company the way it was handled. Luckily it wasn't and everything worked out eventually but as a new buyer I would have appreciated a more streamlined way or better communication on how things were unfolding…. Other than that I am going to give Drax the best life I can! We have already gone on walks every day and visited a lake where he waded in and played with my sons dogs… We are going to have a great life together.

I am not happy with Pawrade , the way puppy was handled during tha travel was pathetic ! I see that the puppy's is not used to sunlight and if we take him out for a walk , he is always tired ! He is scared of veichles and especially red color ! Really not happy with the services
