We loved our entire experience of getting our puppy with Pawrade. Everyone is wonderful and we loved having various people throughout the journey. From the puppy concierge to the travel concierge to the guys who actually drove the puppy to us — all were amazing, thorough and truly kind. We can tell all those who work with Pawrade are so caring and really enjoy their "job". Thank you again for a smooth and enjoyable experience of bringing our new family member home to us! We absolutely adore him!

Communication could be better. I think it should have been easier to get more details on diet especially. There was some sort of mix-up with transport but the breeder ultimately straightened it out. The pup was delivered on time and healthy and I am happy with Pawrade.

Communication was really good at first. Then it went to the travel person and went downhill. I almost was going to have the breeder reschedule their flight because they didn't send me the bill. Pawrade had said the breeder was potty training the dog but that wasn't the truth. The breeder had 19 puppies and of course didn't have time to train.I wish I started out with the first person the whole time. Handing it off made it a terrible experience at the end.

Received our puppy with a bacterial rash and scabs all over her body. There was dark blood in her stool, and we've spent the last month visiting the vet to get her healthy. She was CLEARLY not sent to us in a healthy state, and we were given no forewarning of her conditions. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. We love our little puppy, and will do everything we can to make sure she's 100%, but BE BETTER. This whole situation has been a boarder line scam.

We are delighted in our experience with Pawrade in finding a new puppy! We loved being able to see photos of the available puppies while looking for that special one that we just knew would be the perfect one for us! Pawrade was always available by email or telephone to answer our questions and to keep us informed along the way. The option of having a flight nanny to deliver our puppy ensured us that she was well taken care of on her journey to her furever home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service and extremely happy and in love with our adorable puppy! Thank You Pawrade!!

I appreciated the process of purchasing my new furbaby. From the initial chat with a representative that provided information about Monroe, to the detailed questions I had regarding the process and the updates as we moved along toward his arrival date, I was kept well informed. I appreciated the ease of use and then quality of customer service I received. When my fur baby arrived, he was handled with care, paperwork was processed and he was given over into my eager arms. He seemed healthy and happy, though a bit tired of course from the trip! The delivery person was very friendly and personable as well. Overall a very good experience. Thank you

This was the most stress=free experience. We selected the dog we wanted. The representative called me right away and went over the whole process, answered all my questions. We needed to breeder to hold the dog for an additional week due to an already planned vacation. Don't spend your money here. This company charges you for services they can not supply and refuse to refund you money for serivices they did not actually provide. Transportion scheduing is a nightmare and very unpredictable.

A special thanks to Tara for all of her hard work. They offered financing and assistance with that process if that was the direction I had chosen to take. They also assured he was delivered happy and safely. Sean and Luis cared for him as he traveled 1400 miles and diligently kept me updated throughout his journey to his new forever home. The transport team was great and so was Christie. The dog is all we expected, beautiful, playful and very smart. Our only issue was that the vaccine records were not deliver with the transport team. I had to request from Christie and she got them for us. I will recommend you to my friends.

The process was super easy, everybody was super helpful with any questions that I had, my new family member was here on time. This is my second dog, the first on my own and he's going to be a service animal and he's healthy. looks amazing. Awesome temperament, I could've gotten luckier. This is not only been an amazing experience. I will definitely recommend this to other people that are looking for a furry friend.
