From the moment I filled out the form for Dudley, aka Royal, we received nothing but kindness and support. Questions and or concerns were answered promptly. I was concerned at first due to little communication. But I was Very pleased when puppy arrived. She is healthy, happy and acclimated well to her new surroundings.

I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. From my very first call to inquire about puppies, the customer service woman Dianne was so wonderful... and fun! Christie the customer service liaison was great also. If you couldn't get her by phone, she did always respond to e-mails. The travel Concierge Morgan was also very professional and attentive to all my questions and requests. I could not get to the only airport that was an option, so the puppy was delivered to my door. I got updates the entire way. Pawrade is a 5 out of 5 stars no doubt about it! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member.

First time user and Pawrade was fabulous! Great experience from start to finish with lots of communications and updates along the way. Our Mini Dachshund is beautiful, and arrived via ground transportation with no issues. Thank you to the MO breeders that gave us such an amazing pup and Pawrade for all the in between to get her to her new home. We will definitely recommend.
Luca (Emilio) is a great pup! We love him! He's smart and a quick learner. I think he has now settled into a routine with us and seems very content. He's learning commands, doing fairly well with potty training, and has taken his first couple of walks on leash. He loves to play outside and craves fresh air. Thank you so much for taking care of the process to bring Luca to his new home.

The puppy is so wonderful and I couldn't be more in love with her. She has just blossomed over the past week or so. Workin with the many staff members at Pawrade was a pleasure; you folks are great! Every single person i worked with were amazing at their job. It's easy to tell that they love what they do as well as well as the puppies. The only issue i had had nothing to do with Pawrade, rather the shipping company. I was alarmed when Hope arrived, she was inexcusably dehydrated. I think they should have monitored the puppies better. That said, I would recommend you guys in a heartbeat! Thank you again. The whole experience was a bit nerve wracking considering we had been scammed before but the people we spoke with were amazing and helped relieve all our stress and were there throughout the whole process! We are thrilled to have Brooke, now Luna, as a party of our family! She is perfect!

Sometimes I was overwhelmed by all the various aspects of the adoption. But Holly and Kelly got us through it. And overall I was very happy that so much effort on your part made it work. Our precious little girl is doing very well. She was virtually housebroken the day she arrived which was this past Sunday. She is very loving and bright. And even more beautiful than her online photo if that is possible. She has her first vet appointment tomorrow. Some documents are confusing for us older folks. But our son helped us with those. The two young men from Wags on Wheels were outstanding. I would highly recommend Pawrade to everyone seeking a puppy.

The process worked out very well for us. The breeder was very accommodating. Found the exact puppy I was looking for. Would definitely use them in the future!

I was looking at puppies, not 100% on the breed I wanted when I stumbled across the Yorki-Poo. I fell in love with Italia the second I saw her - the video was helpful too. I wouldn't normally buy a puppy I hadn't first interacted with but the video was very helpful....and also helped me as I was impatiently awaiting her arrival. The entire process was seamless! There was constant communication ,, which I appreciated, and I was not disappointed....Italia (Talli) arrived at 2am on Thursday and, while I've not gotten much sleep since then I'm still riding it out on cloud 9. Thank you for bringing us together!!

I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a particular dog breed. I had continuous support from start to finish. My puppy is healthy and happy. We are having fun getting to know each other.
Took some time to get everything done but happy with puppy. Typical puppy, energetic and full of mischief. So far so good. Loved by all.
