Howard said you offered a phone call to talk about our experience. That would be great! Please identify a date so we can be sure the time works with other appointments. The delivery team did a great job during the delivery and this is so key to an effective experience. QUESTIONS: Is Iker/now MAX an English or American Cocker Spaniel? There is an aggressive side to Max that makes us wonder about possible injury or abuse. We and the vet found a healing wound in the neck area. Kathi found another in the back leg hip area. I was nervous initially about the process, having never bought a puppy online. From start to finish, Pawrade was timely and informative in their communication. Once I reserved a pup, I had 3 different people supporting getting her home to me. I received additional photos and tons of support to get started. We love our sweet girl and are so thrilled we found her through Pawrade!

If you're considering buying a puppy, please use this platform! It was the smoothest process ever. I'm not really sure what the other reviewers were talking about. They would call me to keep me up to date with the process and I am 10/10 happy with how the process went and how by puppy arrived. He's perfect I am already in love with him!

It was a very nice experience buying my puppy from Pawrade , every one that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful . The 2 men that delivered Imani to me sent me An app so I could track their location at all times. It was a great experience. Imani and I were meant for each other . I love her very much! Her new name is Bailey, she weighed 1 lb and 14 oz when she arrived and now weighs 2 lbs 7 oz. She is a bundle of joy. I would recommend Pawrade to every one!

This method of purchasing a puppy was very thorough. There are quite a few steps to take, but overall things went smoothly. I felt a bit apprehensive at first, because ideally you like to physically check the puppy out as well as the parents. This process, you are totally trusting breeder and pawrade to deliver. Both parties did deliver and we are very pleased with our new fur baby!!

Everyone should think twice before start having deals with this company! We bought Labrador Puppy in MO. Until we pay final amount $2,470 We had so much attention from them! When we have got puppy at home, We found out Puppy is absolutely wild. She started biting and scratching our kids. When we called them to asking help, they said that amount is not refundable and on top of that we were supposed to pay again almost $800 for them to take puppy back to previous breader. All those conversations was 2 days ago and since August 27 and they not even call us to ask how we are doing. No any attention at all!!! They are only concentrate about MONEY! This is most horrible experience that we have had ever! Because the way how present themselves. We thought they were one of the best company but they end at up one of the worse company!

The process of selecting and purchasing the puppy was perfect. The little guy is perfect and precious. The process fell apart at the delivery stage. Morgan Elliot failed to deliver by air in her first two attempts. She then advised that I could go to ground delivery and receive a refund in the difference in cost. I have not received that refund in more than a week and have not received an acknowledgement that it would be forthcoming. Wags on Wheels ground delivery was excellent. Pawrade was overall a good experience. I believe that avoiding Morgan would be prudent.

Easy process, payday reminders could be a bit better. Didn't know I was missing a payment til it was due or past due
Overall a very good experience. Would have liked more information about the breeder and sire/dame.

I am so grateful that I was able to locate a company that vet's breeders and only works with those that are humane and put the animals health and happiness first. The purchase process was simple, organized and made the arrival of our little boy seamless. Thank you for everything…especially Max!

Our Boxer puppy arrived within the ETA we were given. He was clean, even though I expected my white pup to be messy after traveling from Ohio. We are having fun getting to know Casper, who is now renamed Zander. He is full of playfulness, mischief and is making lots of progress in potty training. Christie with Pawrade support has been most helpful and a great communicator, as was Ashlie. However, I requested an itemized receipt for the purchase of my puppy, as the total came to $373 more than the price posted for the puppy. I now understand that there is a state sales tax charge, as well as a fee by Pawrade, though I was not made aware before purchase. I wanted to see what each charged item was. I requested the itemized receipt over 21 days ago, and have not yet received it. I also want to thank Bobbi and Josh for their great job of getting my puppy to me. He arrived in great condition. Just beware though, there are about 12 pages of "rules" that you must sign and agree to.

Our transaction went smoothly. The breeder was very nice and gave us some tips. The first night was tough. She had diarrhea and vomiting, I assume from all the excitement. She had her first vet appointment 2 days later and all is well. We are teaching her what rewards are given when obeying commands, and crate training is going well. We love her, but hope she "gets it" soon on potty training.

Her well check yesterday revealed a teeth issue that should have been noted by the breeders vet inspection. I have scheduled her for that to be dealt with Wednesday. It will cost $600-770 Not happy about it.
