“They made it so easy! Peter, Megan and Shannon was the team I worked with and they were amazing! The delivery team was equally amazing, sending updates and taking such good care of my fur baby. I have nothing but high praise for my experience and I was very skeptical since I had never bought a pet online before. I will say trusting the process is the key...find them, then buy them, then wait for the transport setup, then wait for delivery. It was a little nerve wracking but I found out my worry was for nothing. It went just as they said it would and I have the greatest dog ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
“Pawrade is way over priced, I picked up a dog that would have sold for 2500 and I ended up paying over 4000. They will not give you the breeders info till they have the money because that is truly all they care about. If you decide it's just too much you lose your deposit. It's a very lengthly project, not happy”

“Not Happy At All. The puppy (Gage) PJ is adorable. BUT Hearri d very dirty and his hair is matted down to his body. Ou guys advertise that the puppy is being potty trained, loves to go on walks,etc. BUT HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT a leash is or a pee pad . He lees EVERYWHERE And is Afraid of a leash. He scratches constantly on his ears and body. The ears were very dirty and I found 2 fleas. WHAT IS THE DEAL. YOU ARE SO STRICT WITH YOUR RULES. UT FOLLOW THRU ON YOUR END! When I bought him I felt like I was buying a house with all the rules and requirements. I expected a clean dog that was brushed at least once in his life, a little tiny bit pee pad familiar with clean ears and NOFLEAS. It is amazing to me that you have the nerve to make people pay so much for and animal but do not take care of it yourself. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and all of my friends and family will know about has and is happening here ”
Response from PawradeLinda, we are sorry to hear you weren't happy with Gage's condition upon arrival. Please keep in mind, we do recommend a bath when you first receive your puppy as the stress from travel can cause them to get a little messy. Your puppy is still a puppy, so while the breeder was working on potty training, that is something you must continue especially since he is now in a new environment. After your initial vet visit, please send us the paperwork so we can ensure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee.

“I love my new puppy-she's lovely! I also appreciate the "no puppy mill" pledge. The process of getting the puppy included a number of mix-ups by the company, but the owner got involved and straightened things out. The one concern I have is that the delivery service assigned to my puppy committed only to a six day schedule, with the day count not beginning until 5 pm on the day of pick-up. The min time was 3 days, but the guaranty was to only the full 6. I believe such long travel could be dangerous to a puppy. I would up picking up my puppy myself. ”
“Please note the courier that Fruit's breeder uses does not deliver directly to the house. I had to drive 10 miles (20 mins) at 6:30 am to get her. The miles and the drive time was not a big deal, but I was under the assumption the $699 I paid for delivery would be directly to my home. Fruity is happy and enjoying her new forever home with her 4 cat sisters and 1 bunny sister. ”
“Thank God for Pawrade!!!!! I was scammed out of money for a puppy and then I found Pawrade. Peter worked with me daily to find and get my wonderful Yorkie, Roxie. “Pawrade did a great job giving us a list of everything we would need to be prepared. That said, we went out and bought the specified food for our pups only to have them delivered with a different type of food. Also we were told the puppies would come with a blanket and toy that smelt like mom; didn't happen. Pups are awesome though and I'm glad we were able to get what we wanted.”
“Seth is a great puppy. He is pretty much house broken already I have to leave him in a kennel when I work and since my roommates are out of town this week he has to stay in there 13 hours …..
