Overall, the process was great and Pawrade was great about walking me through the process and giving me a ton of information about a new puppy. I do not think they have enough employees to manage the people the bought the puppies, so it was hard to get some of my questions answered and the responses to a while to get back to me.

Our precious little baby arrived in perfect condition and is so well behaved. She has clearly been raised in a caring environment. Crate and potty training are going much faster than we expected. We take her to the yard and she knows exactly what to do! In just three days, she has absolutely stolen our hearts! The process with Pawrade was smooth from beginning to end. Communications were prompt and detailed, and the extra care put into ensuring the puppy's health and safety was excellent. Thank you, Pawrade! We love our little Junebug (formerly Mika)!

Scooter is everything I thought he would be. He arrived in great health, and was actually clean. C.J. the driver answered all my questions. The whole process is a little stressful because of all the scams, however when I would call with questions everyone was patient and informative. Looking back I would give 4 and 1/2 stars easily!!!!!!!!! Thank you very much Scooter!!!!!!!!!!

The entire experience with Pawrade was outstanding. Everything was very well organized and easy to follow from picking the puppy , payment, transportation, and delivery to or home. Of course, our puppy was the best thing about the process. She is healthy, vibrant, and more than we hoped for. I would highly recommend using Pawrade to anyone. If we should ever have the need to get a new pup, it will be through Pawrade. I just can't overemphasize how easy and seamless this whole experience was. They know how to do this, and their focus is on the customer and your puppy.

We couldn't be happier with our new puppy! Although it's only been less than 24 hrs she is adjusting great and Pawrade made the process easy and made sure our puppy got to us safe. Highly recommend A+++

Overall it was a great experience. Pawrade very helpful throughout the process. I had a little anxiety about purchasing puppies online but the staff managed to put my mind at ease. We received our Titus, although it was in the wee hours of the morning, and we are enjoying every moment with him. Thanks for making this process less painful.

Once o got Tonka formally Romeo home he was nothing less than perfect. Pawrade did a wonderful job making sure he was healthy and informing me of a preexisting condition, a missing toenail. Which will be one less toenail I have to cut. Would recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy. Job well done.

I was very ambivalent about purchasing a puppy from a website. I will have to say, the whole process was very easy & all people involved from the start to the finish, Including the wonderful drivers who brought her home to me were absolutely amazing. In fact, I'm still in touch with the staff at Pawrade because she just went to her first veterinary visit & she was proclaimed perfect. Thanks so much to everyone involved you truly are the best. Absolutely in love with my new baby! It took a few weeks after I bought him to actually get him but well worth the wait. Only thing is I got two different paperwork's in the folder the delivery service dropped off. I responded in the same chat I had been talking to the people in. Nobody has responded yet.

We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new family addition. Keiko (Savanna) easily settled into our family and is just a bundle of joy. I would highly recommend Pawrade. I felt that they were very receptive to any questions and concerns that came up during the process. A special thanks to Keiko's (Savanna) breeder who was willing to hold on to her a little longer until we returned from a scheduled vacation. Overall I would rate Pawrade with a five star review.

Pawrade has a no puppy mill promise so we expected a puppy from a quality breeder. They would not give us any info about the breeder until the puppy was delivered. When our puppy arrived, he was dirty, very smelly, with overgrown toe nails and obviously not brushed in a very long time with multiple mats in his fur that had to be cut out. He was picked up from breeder the day prior & delivered in one day so his condition could not be blamed on the transport company. Upon his first vet visit, within the 72 hour time frame, our vet expressed concern at the large amount of tarter on his teeth for his very young age and the metal staining on his teeth caused from chewing on metal for long periods of time. Our vet assumes our pup was chewing on his kennel. He expressed concern for the type of breeder that our puppy came from. I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Do better!!

Love the dog, thank you. Wish I got puppy pictures and more info from breeder -like how much and how often she was fed, what training she had (words used with her). I expected more at delivery time and felt there was a dearth of info considering cost and energy required to use the system. Either breeder or Pawrade was disappointing.

The service team were communicative and responsive, most crucial aspects of the journey. They stayed in touch until my puppies arrived at my home safely, which I appreciated very much.

Love my new puppy Goldie. However, after taking her to the vet as required in our contract, it was disappointing to learn that she had ear mites, giardia, fecal ova parasites.

Everything went well with the adoption process. So many puppies to choose from. Just wish it listed on the website where the puppies are from. We wanted to pick up our puppy and couldn't find out until after we reserved him. Ended up driving from Florida to Ohio. But it all worked out and the process was fairly easy.
