My Puppy Concierge, Tony, was FANTASTIC. He was helpful, responsive, and deserves a promotion! We love our new puppy, Aspen! 🐶❤️ My only issue, and it had nothing to do with Tony, was the communication for delivery. It was a little broken and stressful, but THANKS to Tony, our sweet girl is home, and my kiddos, and I, love her, and my older doodle has a new sister! Thank you!!!

It was time for our family to bring a new puppy into our household. I found Pawrade on the internet, allowing us to view the breed we sought. I couldn't be more pleased with the way the process worked. Pawrade is a first-class company with outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions without applying any pressure to purchase. They were extremely communication throughout the process. It was nice to be informed when our puppy was to be picked up and delivered. It was great to be able to track her journey along the way. Hi Many steps needed to adopt your new puppy. Steps that insure that everyone involved are protected. So get your list ready! It is a long process and is well worth the wait. Many components to this process and the people involved were very professional and helpful. My Coton just went to her first required Vet visit and she was deemed perfect! Just remember, once your puppy is home your sleeping will be interrupted and being there for you puppy every minute will become your new way of life. But well worth it!

We received Roxie on time and were taken with her immediately. She is an English (Cream) Golden Retriever. We have had her for one week tomorrow. She was a little shy at first at 12 weeks old, but is now the life of the party. She has already learned SIT, DOWN, COME, LEAVE IT, and is working on STAY. Oh, and we immediately changed her name to LILY which means white, innocent, pure and loyal. We can tell she will be living up to her name! Glad we found you guys!

The selection of the puppy and purchase was very easy and the information was very The process was easy and the communication from Pawrade was frequent and comprehensive. We were informed of every step needed and kept up to date on the process. The delivery was flawless and the driver kept us updated as to the location and the status of the pickup and delivery of our puppy. Absolutely would recommend this company!!!

I am very pleased with my interactions with Pawrade. They go to all lengths to make sure the animal is healthy (I had been concerned since I had lost a new puppy recently who was ill when I got him). I appreciate that they kept him extra time to make sure he had had pretty much all of his vaccinations. He came to me ready to eat, drink water, meet our German Shepherd, and was happy to be picked up and held by our whole family. He has slept all night and has been a joy. One suggestion I would make is that each client be assigned to only one worker as I was not sure whom to call when I had questions during the process. I would highly recommend Pawrade.

The Pawrade staff addressed all details, including the initial inquiry, transaction, puppy guidance, contracts, transportation and post-delivery follow-up. It was clear that the team, including the breeder, took this process seriously and ensured that our puppy was well cared for during such a delicate time in her life. She arrived safely and was happy to part of our home.........as were we.

I fell in love with a photo of a dog. Bought it on a whim. Then regretted it- everyone I told about it said I was crazy for buying a dog online… that I might not even get the same dog as the one in the picture. I almost cancelled my order. But then they got me a zoom video call with the breeder where I could meet the pup and ask questions. I decided to go for it anyways. The process was pretty easy and they walk you through it in detail. I was very concerned about the transport service as well, but once they left Missouri to come to Cali they came fast and without mishaps. When I first saw my puppy in real life it was love at first sight. I've only had her for 3 days so far, haven't had the wellness check yet, but she's a really good girl, seems healthy to me, is pooping and peeing normal. So far so good.

I am very grateful to have my new beautiful baby girl in my life and am so glad that I found a reliable and legit breeder on Pawrade. I do however wish there was more communication between the breeder and I ask I had to ask for updated photos even after I had already reserved her.

Words can not express how helpful the staff of Pawrade are. They have answer any questions I've had in a timely manner. Never once made it seem like I was a bother no matter how many emails I sent them. I also love the fact that they work directly with the breeder and their Veterinarians to make sure you are getting the most up to date Vet results so you know what you are buying and not being blind sided. Also a shout out to Wags on Wheels!! I love they keep in contact with as soon as they pick up your fur baby and are giving up to date texts and a GPS so you can track them all the way until they drop off your new family member. 200% satisfaction in my book.

My experience with pawrade was wonderful. Thanks to Devin and Lois I was able to get the most beautiful puppy ever. My questions were answered and my fears about using this site were quickly put to rest. I was updated regularly and a going home picture was sent just before my puppy was scheduled to leave. Pawrade made this process so easy. I highly recommend pawrade if you want people you can trust to help you get your new pet.

The purchase of the puppy was very smooth. Honestly after the payment was received I was inundated with emails and text messages of policy & procedures and instructions that I was responsible for and I did the best I could to provide you with it. I've never been through so much to purchase a dog, and I have had many. In the end it was wonderful to finally get the puppy and the transporters were wonderful but the puppy arrived without any vaccination documentation. I was able to obtain but that should not have happened. With all this being said I am overjoyed with the new member of our family.

So far it has been the lifesaving I needed. Oxana and Keiko are such a joy. I've began house training and they seem to be catching on, yes there stil mishaps but when they get a treat we celebrate. When one goes and the other one hasn't the other sees the reward and sometimes that works too
Everything that pawrade did was perfect, I got all the help I needed, I was updated all the time and the shipping of the pet was great!
We just got our new little baby, and we are so excited! Everyone went so smoothly! Thank you Pawrade for helping us extend our family!
