We just got our puppy on Saturday. I had a great experience with Pawrade. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process - each agent was readily available and walked me through every step. They were not pushy at all when we were deciding whether to move forward but instead gave us the space to figure out what was right for our family. There was a different agent to help us through each part of the process and all of them were great. Only comment there is it would have been nice to know at each transition point that a different agent would be working with us, but that's pretty minor. Like I said, all were super helpful and patient. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because our puppy's paperwork was left at the kennel rather than being sent with him, but I was notified right away while our puppy was en route to us. We used pampered delivery which is a fantastic option if you can't travel to pick up the dog and don't want the dog to fly or pay for nanny service.

Long trip for a 2 lb puppy. I little concerned about her. We go to the vet today for her wellness check! She is not eating or drinking. However the process was a good one. Only worried a couple of times hoping not a scam. 😅 thank you very much Donna and Morgan and the drivers Michael and Martin.

I just wanna thank Dan and Carli for all their help and support. From Day 1 up til our puppy got home they are always available and keeping us updated. We are so happy!! Our toy poodle Lychee (Emma), is so sweet and energetic!

When the puppy arrived she was so matted I had to cut all her fur off. And I don't mean a little tangled. The mats were pulling her skin and she had some red spots left. I took her to the vet the next day and the vet said she was very sure the puppy was from a mill based on the way she was vaccinated. Several were given too early and were essentially worthless abs have to be redone. The notes also said she or her parents were AKC registered but nothing came with her with any information so even if she could be, I can't register her because I don't have the information needed to do it. I also was upset at the time it took to get her to me. She drove for 4.5 days. I was never given any other options. I would if paid to fly to get her or have her flown in.

I LOVE my puppy and appreciate what Pawrade did to help me find her. The people I dealt with were great! I especially appreciated the Zoom call to meet my pup and the breeder! My complaint is that once I had the pup, I couldn't get answers regarding a form I was told I should sign to transfer. I never got the form and when asked about it, I was told they would resend it, but I never got it. My only other issue was that I was told the pup was in OKC, when it was actually in Weatherford, so that was a bit of a drive I wasn't expecting. Other than that, I am very pleased.

This is the most beautiful little pug puppy! We are all blown away by how well the breeder did to prepare our sweet girl for her new home! She is so happy and quickly adjusted. She loves everyone! What an absolute angel. Our driver was wonderful and the whole process was made so easy. Will definitely recommend!!

Pawrade has been amazing. They were always so responsive and kept me informed through the process. I loved getting new pics each week, too! Or pipe was in Arkansas and we are in Ohio. The delivery service they used was amazing. They took such great care of our pup and gave us updates as they traveled. I highly recommend Pawrade.

Very happy with the delivery and the Driver Tyler was amazing. The week leading up could have had a little more effective communication. I know the breeder is involved in that which can cause issues getting answers.

Holly was delivered with nothing other than an envelope for her registration. It advertised that her dewclaws removed. She has her dewclaws. When I reached out to Pawrade they said they would look into it and ghosts use. Not happy with Pawrade at all

Took the time to see who was getting her puppys.I will highly recommend her to friends and family. kelly and lois kept in contact with me through the whole process. I love you guys.

Im bot sure About transaction .. I love my New Baby. Even on here you say i bought Thelma ? All her paper work says Elsa ?? Not very sure if the puppy i bought is the actual puppy i Choose 🤣 But I do love my little girl
