This was my first time ordering a puppy on line , and I was nervous. From the moment I talked with Pawrade, I felt at ease. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Not only did Pawrade eased my concerns, but they even allowed a zoom call with the breeder, this sold me on the idea. I loved the breeder, she took the time and let us know her, and for her to know us. Pawrade kept in constant contact with texts and emails. There were there through the whole process. My baby girl had to travel, and the nanny took such good card of her. I just got my baby girl on Thursday night, she stole my heart immediately. It was a process, but that was understandable as it had to be safe for her to travel. Took her to her vet appt today and she is perfect. We are so thrilled to have our perfect little angel. Thank you Pawrade, I would definitely buy from you again!

First off, we were promised a healthy puppy but we got a puppy with two parasites. Secondly, we wanted an 8 week old puppy but delayed our travel by more than two weeks due to the breeder only allowing herself to travel one day of the week. The process was pretty frustrating overall. That being said, we love our new puppy very much

We absolutely love our puppy! He is the sweetest boy and fits so well in our family! He was a little nervous but he adjusted quick and I was helped through the whole process and given all the information I needed, Lois even called me to walk me through the information and adjust as we went along. It was a great experience throughout!

This was such a smooth and seamless transaction. Everything from the beginning of the process until driving home from the airport, the whole process was a breeze. So much so, we bought a second puppy, who will be coming home in two weeks. I'm a happy baby Beagle Mama!

We absolutely love our puppy! He is so sweet, in great health, and we can tell he came from a great breeder given how well he sleeps through the night & is adjusted to a crate. We were very pleased with Pawrade up until the transport process. He was originally supposed to be delivered by ground transport, but was somehow not picked up, therefore we were required to pay to fly him to get him. The date changes, miscommunications, etc. were frustrating but we did love the woman who actually flew with our dog. The flight nanny process made us feel so much better about flying him knowing he would not be in cargo.

Pawrade was amazing with getting us our new puppy!! The communication was great! I was a little nervous because I read some bad reviews online but I trusted my gut and I'm glad I did! We got the most perfect puppy ever and he was even cuter than the pictures! In the process of reserving our puppy they helped us every step of the way. After reserving our puppy they kept in contact every day and even sent us updated pictures from the breeder. The day of pick up I got no answers from the customer concierge team but the next day they told me I was texting them in their out of office hours which I didn't know, so that's the only complaint I have. They need to be more clear on when they are in the office and when they are out. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and I would definitely get a puppy through this website again.

Our initial contact with Pawrade was very positive. Devin got us registered to purchase a female toy poodle without any problems. She provided all the information needed to start the transfer of ownership. Christie, our customer service advisor provided detailed information on everything we needed to do and purchase prior to getting our lovely little girl. The only hitch in the process was with our travel coordinator, Morgan. We never seemed to be able to carry on a full conversation to determine the details for the delivery of our puppy. Her text phone number was not able to receive messages and I was told to contact the main Pawrade number. They of course could only read what Morgan had sent them. The communication was not good. Thankfully the breeder herself, who was also frustrated, contacted me directly and we arranged a pickup time and place. I'm sure that Morgan is good at arranging travel arrangements via plane or nanny transports but we needed neither.

I have never gotten a puppy without meeting them first so I was very nervous going into this. My initial fear was this could be a scam but I'm happy to report it is not - I did get my pomsky, Esper (formerly Lucius)! And I wasn't catfished either - he's even cuter than the pictures! Overall, I'm beyond happy with the experience. Everyone I talked to was professional, returned my messages promptly, and gave me all the info I needed to be ready for Esper's arrival. Going thru the payment process, I was happy to see there were even payment plan options thru Klarna. Seeing a reputable third party involved made feel even more at ease. For the travel service, I opted for a nanny to drive the puppy to me. Considering where they were coming from, the travel fee seemed reasonable. MANY thanks to Pawrade and the breeder. Esper is everything I had hoped for and more. I'm so excited for this little bundle of joy to be part of our family - we love him so much already!

For my first time ever purchasing a puppy online, it seemed like adult of hips to jump through for me but I get it cause you got a job to do as well. However I do think the communication could have been better and the fact that the deliver date changed 3 times really had me kinda worried like I was being scammed or something, but in the end you did come through and u couldn't be happier with the new edition to our family, Frances is an amazing little French bulldog and I know she's gonna have an amazing life here in her forever home, she is so loved. Thank you Pawrade.

I had an absolutely fantastic transaction when purchasing Dewey, my Havanese puppy. The only hiccup I experienced was with the delivery process. Let me explain the options: you can either personally pick up your puppy or have their nanny traveler do it for you, delivering your furry friend anywhere you are. I opted for the latter, but it involved a third-party company. Consequently, the nanny had to travel from Minneapolis to the breeder's location to collect Dewey and then deliver him to me. Although I appreciate the convenience, if there's another way to streamline this delivery process and make it even easier, I'm all ears!

Lizette is an Absolute angel ! Amber my salesgirl was incredible. Pawrade guaranteeing that my lizette would be all checked out and healthy when arrived ???? She arrived with giardia worms and ear mites, and I have spent so much on vet visits. YOUR company should have been accountable.

Pawrade was excellent to work with. They communicated clearly every step of the way, and had a very quick response time when I had questions. Their process was flawless, and I was never left wondering what was going on. Everyone that I worked with was pleasant, helpful, and kind. I used the van delivery service (Wags on Wheels) and they were also very communicative and pleasant. Our Cavalier puppy arrived healthy, happy, & clean, and almost potty trained! I would highly recommend Pawrade!!
