I'm very disappointed with your sales manager named "Dan" who REFUSED to honor the Pawrade Promotion advertised as "Don't miss out on the spooktacular savings! It's the FINAL WEEKEND for our Howl-o-Ween savings at Pawrade.com! Hurry, this fang-tastic offer ends soon! HOWL-®-WEENSPECIAL SALE Code "B00100" I had several emails back/forth with Dan explaining to him that your company Pawrade could be held responsible under "Truth in Advertising" laws for denying a customer an advertised discount yet he didn't care. This is certainly no way to establish trust in your company, an online entity. The refusal to apply the $100 discount promotion to my purchase which was being made in time, caused me to doubt the legitimacy of your company. I suggest you review all of the emails between myself and Pawrade via support@pawrade.com, to see the error made by your sales manager in my transaction. Disturbingly the puppy "Mabel" was delivered to me SICK w/ear infection, costing me $200 for my Vet bill

We enjoyed working with Kira Albano, Carli Rivera, and Cindy Walter at Pawrade to bring our new Sheltie puppy home! Appreciated the prompt and professional communication with all three. Our experience with the breeder was also fantastic; she was very kind and helpful. We are thrilled with our new puppy, who is healthy, seems well socialized, and made the 9-hour drive home with us like a champ! Finley AKA Jack is a little love He came to us potty trained which is wonderful. The only thing that was wrong is he has parasites but our vet said slot of puppies get it. We have medication for him but it doesn't seem to bother him. Thank you so mucj

Transaction and process was smooth, I will likely use this service again in the future. Only issue I had really was not being able to get in contact with the actual breeder until the day before my pickup date, which is unfortunately when I found out they were located an extra hour out from where I was told by Pawrade, which the breeder and I agreed was unnecessary. Other than that, quality service and quality dog.
You all were and continue to be awesome in your communication and transparency! Thanks for your care of our fur baby, newly named Mahala Dinh Davis! =-)

From start to finish everything went smoothly while working with the people at parade. I've got my sweetest Piper now and couldn't be more thrilled. There was a little delay while she was traveling to me because the driver hit a deer but the gentleman was in constant communication with me sending pictures assuring me that my puppy was safe and sound. I couldn't ask for a better broker, service, concierge and entire team. My puppy is extremely healthy eating like a champ. Her bathroom habits are perfect. She is playing and I couldn't be more happy mama.

Brie is a beautiful Scottish Terrier puppy. My Vet confirmed her health on 11/9/23. The man who transported her to me was very kind, professional, and safe. I believe Pawrade handled all my questions and interactions in an excellent manner.

Finding my new fur baby through Pawrade was a breeze! She arrived happy and healthy. I highly recommend the flight nanny option - it's worth the extra expense for peace of mind and less stress on the puppy. During and after the purchase, I found the pawrade customer support team to be kind and highly responsive to my questions and requests. 10 out of 10 recommend!
This was the first time I had ever used Pawrade. My husband had suggested that we start looking for a Golden to add to our family. We had a Golden a few years ago, but he passed at the age of 12. I really did not spend too much time on other sites. Due to SEO, your site came to the top when searching for Goldens. I reviewed the comments and called the main line a few times to ask various people about the company, how long they had been in business, satisfied customers, etc. However, after much consideration, we decided to select Pawrade and our new member of the family - Gracie. Your personnel were very helpful and connected us with the breeder. We decided to drive to pick up Gracie. We are beyond thrilled with Gracie. She is a precious dog, and we are so happy that she is a part of our family. Thank you Pawrade.

Our puppy was delivered Friday night 11/10/23. He is beautiful and so loving. I have already spoken to the breeder and am very happy with this wonderful French bulldog. I must admit I was a little skeptical of the process at first. But everything came together an I could not be happier with this puppy.
Everything went very smooth, we had paperwork from the kennel with shot and health assessments upon arrival. Also, health insurance papers were emailed prior to the puppy's arrival. The delivery agent was very helpful to provide all the information we needed. Pawrade did a great job of keeping us informed through the entire process. Thank You!
My wife and I could not be more satisfied with OUR choice of puppies ( Min. Schnauzer) and the entire process from purchase to air delivery to follow up by Pawrade to insure that our puppy is being cared for properly by folks they don't know. It was all very structured and executed professionally. I am extremely impressed by the breeder to produce high quality puppies. She arrived by air and when we took her out of her crate she was so mellow and calm we were surprised. She took right to us and has never displayed anything other than a well raised and adjusted puppy. We could not ask for a better all around experience. I was especially grateful when I spoke to a young man at a pet store who lost all his money to a disreputable out of state breeder. I recommend Pawrade unequivocally.
My transaction with Pawrade was great. They kept me informed all the way through the transaction and it was easy. Also, the guys that delivered the puppy were great.

We got the puppy we paid for, but the communication throughout the process wasn't great. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. All comms is done through a weird online chat app, where you have multiple people that don't seem to be aware of what the others are doing and it just mostly sends automated messages. Main point of contact / concierge went on PTO a few days after we purchased and there was no handoff of process to anybody else.
