Though it was 12:00am when he got here I was so excited and the driver seemed very nice, my whole experience was great from beginning to end.

I loved dealing with Pawrade when looking for my puppy! They were so courteous and helpful, and are really thorough and informative. The delivery was scheduled late, but I'm also 700 miles away. My mini Bernedoodle was well worth it! Teddy has the sweetest personality, and loves everyone. My delivery guys were outstanding! I found out after getting Teddy home, that my brother had also used Pawrade for his dog awhile back. I would recommend this site because they only deal with responsible breeders.

I got my puppy in 2 weeks. Pawrade is legit they kept me updated for the whole 2 weeks letting me know that hat was going on and even had the breeder send me pictures.

Great experience with Pawrade, everything from the purchase, contact over the phone and text message system, and delivery of my pet. I was skeptical at first going through an online service, but everyone at Pawrade made it comfortable, painless and reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's on the fence about trying them out.

Not too happy that my puppies arrived full of ear mites and a yeast infection. Also the instructions on what to do for the insurance and vet appointments all were very confusing. Rather disappointing experience!

My daughter-in-law is a vet and she instilled doubt in my mind when I told her I was purchasing a pet on-line. She was concerned that he was 7 months old ans still not adopted. My son was also concerned that I paid up front. Then, I started worrying about the people that I was picking him up from. I was going all alone. It turns out that all these concerns were unfounded. I renamed my puppy Cinnamon because of his cinbamon color. He is so cute and good. The couple that I got him from were Missouri farmers. They were a little older than me. I could tell that they loved animals and that Cinnamon was well taken care of. The fact that Cinnamon was a little older was good because he was potty trained. We only had a few misshaps. That's because of his new surroundings. Cinnamon was great on the airplane. He was so quiet that when I took his carrier out from under the seat, the woman next to me said she didn't even know that I had a dog! We are going to be great travel companions!

Everyone at Pawrade was so helpful. They walked me through the whole process. Any questions I had they answered me promptly. The communication is great, you are not left wondering about anything. The puppy we got has a wonderful temperament, he is absolutely adorable. We loved this little guy the minute we saw him. Thank you to all involved in the process, from picking our puppy to delivery. We researched the best Breeders we could find in a multi-state area for our Old English Sheep Dog puppy. We finalized our transaction with Pawrade feeling very comfortable that they are legitimate. What a fabulous puppy Tillie is! She is so outgoing and loving and smart! The breeder must have loved her as their own as she started running and playing with toys as soon as came into house. The transport company Puzzle Piece had a wonderful man Christien who was very kind and loved Tillie. We are so happy with her and so glad we found her at Pawrade. Also all the staff at Pawrade were so informative and communicative! Wonderful experience. Thank you!

Some of the process to get my buddy had some hurdles but we got over them and I couldn't be happier! The people at Pawrade were very caring and they did see the whole thing through to delivery. Only suggestion would be I wish I had more information on the breeders as you really have to trust this process as they will not share any information with you.
I am very much in Love with my new puppy Kristoff. He is so handsome and we have bonded wonderfully. He brings much joy and happiness to me. Lois was always very helpful and kind when I had questions about Kristoff and would get answers for me quickly. The Puppy Wagon person was very nice the night he delivered Kristoff to me. What I don't understand is why they took the route they took taking from Monday at some time of day to 12:33am Sunday morning to get him here. He lived in Loogootee, Indiana and only had to travel a little over 1,400 miles to make it here , a two day trip. Yet he went down a southern route through California and back up to Wyoming to be delivered. He was stressed and had been chewing on his foot causing a sore on his left back paw. I was also told by the Puppy Wagon person he was eating the liner which is another sign of stress. For a three month old puppy that just seems to be a lot to put them through especially for the cost of transport.
