Very unhappy I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. Was skeptical when I couldn't set up a FaceTime with the puppy and then it was time and the puppy was on the way to me. Not sure of the environment the puppy was in but doesn't look good. All my kids are scared of him and nobody will message me back. Please be aware! Purchase locally where you can meet the pup or at least FaceTime to see the dog's environment and behavior.

First time ever purchasing a puppy online--a little intimidating initially. However, after reading many reviews and actually speaking with them on the phone, I was assured that everything should go well--- and it did! My little fur girl arrived a few days ago around midnight-- she is a real charmer. The team of online help on this site was very assuring, helpful and always returned calls. My new girl is very sweet tempered --I'm in love.

I am absolutely FLOORED with how amazing and easy this website has been finding my new fur baby ! For about two months I spent online in groups and in person searching for puppies but almost everywhere I went was just scammers. Luckily I never gave any of them my money but I finally came across Pawrade and fell in love with my now puppy and she's just so perfect ! I would 100000% get another puppy here in the future. Thank you !

We are in love with our puppy. It's been just 3 days but he's settled in nicely. We found he likes a blanket in his bed!! The vet gave him a great report. Everything went off perfectly from purchase to delivery. It was a long trip but the decision to add a puppy to our home, thru the process and now he's made himself at home. Thank you for this adorable puppy!

Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very helpful. Lots of nice people! However, way too many emails....got very confusing for me since I don't do technology! The delivery guys were very nice....called to let me know how things were prceeding.

Phantom now Finnegan is an absolute delight. He is handsome, fun, scary smart and a thousand other things. We will live him forever. Thank you Pawrade even though I was a bit of a pain because I was afraid of the whole transaction, you calmed me down. Because of you guys we have the most joyful blessing in our lives.

Working with Pawrade was very smooth until the puppy came. The trip was way too long! I suggest you have a 2 state maximum distance for travel. Our puppy came stressed out, feeling sick, refusing to eat.She was totally overwhelmed being in a crate for 3days. I had offered to fly to come get her and buy her a ticket so she would be on plane. The breeder didn't want that. The breeder did not leave any instructions on her feed schedule amount. The doggy door potty training is just lazy and teaches dog to pee & poop on concrete, flooring etc. We have retrained her to pee on grass. I am still waiting for paypet to respond to me sending her proof she was seen by Vet. She did on first day because she was sick. We are experienced with dogs and had so much puppy information from our other breeder that we followed her instructions for this new puppy. Lois from pawrade was wonderful and help us get puppy eating again. She is doing great now.

Aces (now called Cooper) is the absolutely perfect puppy! We were so happy with the process from beginning to pickup! I highly recommend Pawrade, their staff, and their assistance every step of the way! The breeder was phenomenal in providing information, photos, etc., and we can tell by Cooper's calm and loving disposition, that he was one loved, and well cared for little puppy! Cooper has truly stolen our hearts within the first 48 hours of his arrival! We haven't even heard him bark yet, but he's a charmer through and through! He's a willing participant for a photo op, but expects kisses in return! Although he's only 12#, Cooper loves playing with "the big dog" toys left behind when our beloved Landseer Newfoundland passed recently. We feel so blessed to have been united with the perfect puppy for us! Thank you to everyone involved throughout the process to give Cooper his "fur-ever" home.

The only reason I'm giving any stars at all is because of the puppy we adopted. Pawrade's communication during the adoption process was frustrating to say the least. They blamed the breeder for delays when in actuality it was on their end. The surcharge for using this service is absolutely NOT worth it. My advice is to do your homework and find a breeder near you. Don't bother with Pawrade. Once they get your money and have you sign their contract you are stuck. Love love love my puppy and the breeder he came from. The puppy and the breeder get 5 stars, Pawrade gets 0.

The people were very knowledgeable and great until we put our money down. Then it was lots of miscommunication, met several different people that we had to talk to and then a bunch of miss information about when we were getting the dog and then the process of him coming on the plane our dog was terribly traumatized when we got him, no one brought him to us. We didn't get to check him out before he left the airport. He was on appellative a bunch of dogs he had fleas and he was in very bad shape when we got him. I know they said that travel is hard on them, but when nobody is there to hand him off to the purchaser, his new family, and he was two hours, left with other screaming dogs and everything, and they are all buckled in a cage on a pallet like that they were a piece of merchandise , that's not OK and then all this stuff with you have to get the 30 day insurance and it doesn't cover anything. What is the point of giving people the free insurance and then they're trying to sell you

Pawrade has been quite the experience and I mean that in every positive way possible. Not to bash anyone but there's a website out there putting out false information about them and I'm here to clear all of that up. My dog is healthy , beautiful and the most precious gift I've ever had. I want to THANK pawrade for taking such good care of my baby throughout the entire process. I want to also give a thanks to the amazing breeders who worked hard in ensuring my precious baby girl was brought to me happy and healthy. Would 10/10 recommend pawrade! Thanks everyone!!

The MetLife Insurance offer free for 30 days is unresponsive. I spoke with agent Kyle and was told the policy would go into effect immediately. There are issues with Chantal's teeth and ear infections which Pawrade said would be covered through MetLife. I have called and emailed MetLife to let them know of the issues and ask how to proceed; however there has been NO response to repeated inquiries. I was not given a policy number and have had to leave phone messages which have not been answered. This is unprofessional

Everything went smoothly from the beginning to end of the adoption and delivery service. Extremely professional and responsive reps and travel personnel. Rosie is healthy and happy and already getting well adjusted after just one day of being home with us. Our entire family is so grateful and couldn't be happier with our new puppy!

She's beautiful. We've had her for two hours and we are happy. We see the vet tomorrow, so we'll know more then, but we are proud parents now. Pawrade (especially Holly and Shannon) were with us every step of the way: answering our numerous questions, giving us the information we needed (sometimes before we knew we needed it). I'm happy we found Pawrade just when we needed them.
