“Had a great experience with pawrade. I love my new puppy! They helped ease my nerves about buying from a 3rd party. Tania was great and answered all the questions I had. Only thing was I had to pay for some shots during the very visit that I thought would already be paid for but because I got the puppy at a certain age it was time to get the shots on my own!! Thanks again!!!”

“My puppy is great, but the process was often not what I had hoped. I did not receive pictures or videos when requested and the delivery time was changed so I had to pay an additional $350 in order to get my puppy when expected. This is not a scam but I have to admit that some of the delays and changes made me concerned during the process.”
Response from PawradeHi Debbie, I have reviewed your transaction and I see your puppy JayJay was supposed to be picked up on 9/5 by one of our transport providers, unfortunately on 9/2 we were notified the driver tested positive for Covid-19 and the transportation had to be cancelled. As a result of the cancellation, we worked with you to find the best possible alternatives to get JayJay delivered as soon as possible. We provided you with 2 options, move the delivery of JayJay to 9/12 at no additional fee, or we could have JayJay picked up on 9/4 (one day earlier than previously planned) for a private transport at an additional cost. You decided to go with the private transport and we got JayJay delivered to you earlier than originally scheduled! We sincerely apologize for the troubles, Covid-19 has made it a challenging time for all of us, but we are delighted to hear JayJay arrived happy & healthy!

Every week, we received pictures of our baby, we were assigned a personal contact person if we needed questions answered and when he was picked up for delivery, we received pampered services, along with pictures.
