I could not be happier with the process. Patrick came trained on pads, which I wasn't aware that he would be. That was a great surprise. He is eating wel and is such a happy little soul❣️We bonded immediately and are so in tuned to each other. He doesn't wake me up at night. He seems to just know that it's bedtime and sleeps thru the night. I thank the breeder so very much and Pawrade for your help in finding him. With love from Patrick and I.

The minute we saw BELLA we knew we had to have her. With my first contact with Pawrade we knew we were dealing with a reputable company. We had to pick her up at John Wayne Airport as there was an embargo for Palm Springs because of the heat. Pawrade arranged every little detail for her flight and when we got to American Airlines there were 3 other couples awaiting puppies on same flite. BELLA has the sweetest charming inquisitive personality, loves cuddles. I would not hesitate to recommend Pawrade for a puppy.

I had a fantastic experience from my initial phone call to the delivery of my sweet baby bulldog. Everyone I spoke with, was kind, informative, patient and answered all my questions. My bulldog puppy is beautiful, healthy, and I am thrilled. We love him. We will soon look for a fenchie so he can have a sister to grow up with.

Very upset with pawrade I would not even give them one star. Dog arrived. I took her for her 72 hour check up immediately. She had tons of wax and poop in her ears. And she tested positive for giardia she is not on medication for that and quarantined for 8 weeks until we can get another test done. Several vet bills to say nothing of the fact that I have to quarantine her from other dogs at least for the eight weeks. This never should have happened. She should have been checked before she was delivered.

OH MY! I have never done this before so I cannot compare Pawrade to another. But I cannot for the life of me imagine anyone could have provided a better experience, start to finish, than the one I have just had the priviledge and pleasure of experiencing! WOW! From the beginning at the selection process to the end where we made the shipping arrangements, Pawrade has been top drawer, anticipating our questions/needs before we knew we needed them and providing service levels above and beyond what I had imagined this could be. I cannot reccommend Pawrade more highly. As I write this, my 13 yr old son is now cudding our little Xerxes on our couch and this is all possible because of Pawrade! Blessings .......

You guys were great. Unfortunately when it came time to transport my new baby to me you dropped the ball. You gave the transporter my home phone instead of my cell phone so he was texting my landline which doesn't take texts. When I questioned it after not receiving a text to follow his ride to me I was told I would get a link to track him once he was picked up. I let you know I was at work as I was told 2 to 4 days for transport and his pick up date was scheduled for 6/13. Even though I let you know that you called my house on 6/14 to let me know the driver was at my house for delivery and then after calling you from work to find out where my child was I got a response of you were working on finding out where he was. Then I received a text that the driver was at my house for delivery and if I didn't get there they would have to leave. Luckily my husband works in town and was able to get there quickly and take possession of our new child. All ended well and we are so happy.

We just welcomed a beautiful and healthy dachshund puppy into our home just a couple days ago. We found her on Pawrade a couple weeks ago and instantly fell in love with her and decide to purchase her. The Pawrade team was extremely helpful and responsive every step of the way. There is an enormous amount of care and though put into making sure the puppy is delivered safely to you and making sure you are prepared to care for her when she arrives.
