The process went well. After the wellness check with our veterinarian on Monday, September 11th, the puppy became hypoglycemic and I rushed her to a Veterinary Emergency Hospital where they performed CPR but she died.

My faithful, loving, canine companion of 13 1/2 years died in July. This left a hole in my heart. I know a pet that has died cannot be replaced, but the hole in the heart can be filled. I was looking for the same breed—half Shih Tzu/half Lhasa Apso, but a little girl this time. Enter Ginnee. This lovely girl has filled my heart completely! Now, about Pawrade…I found them online. Now, I was very hesitant to use a go-between the breeder and me, but I loved the name Pawrade from the get-go! And their guarantee that in the whole process, the puppy comes first hit me just right also! All of the Pawrade personnel I dealt with were so "paw"sitive and professional! I dealt with 3! Then, there was Pet Pay—that process went seamlessly! I loved that their was a choice of having Ginnee driven from Missouri to my home in California, instead of flying her! In the past, I had a very bad experience with flying a puppy! So, I was amazed to deal with a company that gave the option!

I am still amazed at how wonderful Pawrade has made this whole experience. From beginning to end, I was informed supported, and had a warm, professional HUMAN to answer all of my questions seven days a week. I understand many are skeptical about purchasing a dog online without seeing the puppy in person or meeting the breeder, but Pawrade is 100% legitimate and more so. The transport service alone blew me away with their loving care and constant texting all along the way...my puppy was healthy happy, and clean, and I could tell well loved. Don't hesitate to use this company!!!!!

Pawrade was helpful and informative every step of the way. Only wished they would give puppy state locations along with the pictures and other information so we could have found a puppy closer to Washington. That said the puppy is adorable and we are very happy with her.

it's been 3 months from the puppy's arrival and we are still treating her from parasites, she's arrived in a very poor condition, she's been vomiting and having diarrhea from the day of arrival for weeks. taking he rot vet, having 3 rounds of treatments and still seeing the parasites in her poop is annoying. we already regret of this transaction. sales/service reps were so attentive before the transaction, but when I was trying to address our concerns of her health we got ignored. unfortunately, can't recommend this platform.

Communication with Pawrade staff is terrible. Responses took up to 3 days, when asked 3 things I would only get reply for 1. Talking on the phone with the staff was always a problem, they never had a solid answer and always had to reach to other staff members. Transportation date changed continually, not because of any health situation of the puppy, simply because you decided to change the date without informing. Asked to confirm when puppy was picked by transportation company, never happened, asked for contact details of transportation company, never happened. Took my puppy for a health check the day after arrival and was missing 2 vaccinations shots which are mandatory at 4 weeks of birth. Have sent my docs 4 times, and no receipt confirmation whatsoever. Today I am not clear whether the puppy's 3-year guarantee (which I paid for) is active or not. No one has confirmed the receipt of my documents nor sent me a document with such guarantee and terms. I would never recommend Pawrade.

We are happy to have our puppy now. We used Pawrade to purchase our first puppy and had a good experience. This time was not very good. I thought there was a lack of communication between different reps. of Pawrade as well as between Pawrade and the breeder. It made it difficult for us to make plans to pick up the puppy. We drove from North Carolina to Indiana and back. I had to keep rescheduling time off from my employment. I think what upset us the most was when we were told we would get call backs from certain reps. and waited and that never happened. Some of your Reps were very responsive and some were not.
Pawrade was a very professional company. A great communicator, as there are always questions that go beyond the initial excitement and anticipation of getting your puppy. They were always in contact with me, and answered my questions immediately, because they would reach out to the breeder right away. Thank you Pawrade we love our puppy, he's so beautiful, and everything you said he would be.

After looking for a reputable breeder in the state of Texas for a Shiba Inu and finding none, I thought I'd check our Pawrade. First class. All the questions I had were answered, and communication was consistent and clear. We had the little guy shipped via airfare which I was a bit skeptical of, but it was a very transparent process. Pup was exactly as all the photos showed, and we are very happy with the process and the service we received. I highly recommend Pawrade to find your new member of the family!

The team was absolutely amazing!! I found my puppy and got a call soon after I submitted that I was interested. Things got moving super quick and she was able to come home a few weeks later! The drivers were amazing with the delivery. I love my pup so much and I'm so glad she is home with me!!! I would recommend the site to anyone looking for a new addition to the family :)

After getting my first malti-poo in 2020, I thought the process would be just as wonderful. First off, having a puppy travel for 4 days in a cage in a truck, I feel, is inhumane. Then she was dropped off in Massachusetts, by mistake, to a woman who bought a shitzu. The woman signed that she got the right puppy, but 5 hours later, she realized she had the wrong one. The truck had to turn around & drive back to exchange puppies. Then my puppy was put back in a cage in the truck & had to travel to South Carolina to be delivered to me. The puppy was traumatized! I called Pawrade when the arrival time was past & the person I spoke with was unsympathetic. She said she had no way to reach the driver & she couldn't help me. She said that the puppy would need to wait until the next day to be delivered. I told her I had already taken time off of work & the next day was not convenient as I had a medical appt 1 hour away from my home at 11 am. To which she said that was my problem. No more roo…

Was going great until delivery wasn't made because of hurricane. Then the communication seemed to fail. Kelly Hall was away and others wouldn't respond about new delivery date. When WaggnTail and Shana took over saying she had picked Teddy up, was the first communication I had when he might be delivered. She stayed in contact everyday until delivery.
