In the beginning, communication was consistent and there was a quick turnaround for responses which I thought was very professional. I thought I had one main point of contact to stay with me through this whole process but I've had a couple. Which is fine, but it seems like once the transaction was completed and the dog was delivered, getting a response on questions/my concerns to make sure I'm submitting the right items within those important 72 hours is delayed leaving me to feel a bit ghosted. I've called, left a message, and emailed. I never got a call back and I'm still waiting on a response via email if my vet wellness doc was received for the health guarantee.

Pawrade was great to work with. My Customer Service Liaison kept me updated if she was going to be away from the office and gave me phone numbers to call should I have questions in her absence. They provided me with important info on what to do once my furbaby arrived to me. My new little girl arrived already microchipped, vaccine record , health check, happy and clean. The gentleman who drove her out to me from Williams Puppy Carrier kept me updated as best her could while in route, took very good care of her in transit and was very friendly and professional when he delivered her.

You guys did a great job. A bit repetitive when it came to instructions, but understandable. A few suggestions: - I received the transfer of ownership papers before I received the puppy. - I signed the transfer of ownership live when the puppy was delivered. - I e-signed the same doc online the same day but was later told you did not have it. - activating the Metlife policy took too long and could have been done online. It was an obvious play to get me to purchase an annual health insurance plan. I think they would have been just as successful by providing an activation link with an incentive to purchase a permanent policy. In the next few weeks, I plan to 'shop around' to see if there are better products on the market primarily because of the way the policy was sold. I've very happy with the services provided by Pawrade. Thank you!

We purchase both Hattie & Honey which were sisters from the same Litter. Today is officially one week anniversary of them joining our family. THEY ARE PRECIOUS and couldn't be more pleased with both pets and the Pawrade Process. Everything went down as promised. This is the first time we have acquired our fur babies on line and Pawrade has done a great job. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with PuppySpot where they confirmed the acquisition of 2 sisters and then called back two days later and said that only one sister was available. We canceled the acquisition with PuppySpot cause we wanted 2 sisters and they were not able to provide what they had already confirmed. To say that we were HUGELY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. You want your fur babies to be as confirmed. We explained our unfortunate experience when we used Pawrade and they held our hands and delivered as ordered. Communications and expectations set by the Pawrade was excellent and was greatly appreciated.

We are so pleased with pawrade's service! I've never ordered a puppy before. And I was very nervous about flying a puppy across the USA. We opted for a nanny. I was concerned with a small breed being placed under the passenger section.... All worked out wonderfully! The nanny was fantastic, nice, and attentive. He sent me pictures of everything he did with the puppy along the journey.

We love our new puppy. The customer service has been perfect. The staff was very helpful and informative. Our puppy is happy and healthy. I give it four stars (no fault on Pawrade) was the breeder bought the wrong carrier and he missed his flight and we had to pick up the dog in another airport far away and very late at night. It was very difficult on our family, but we picked him up and we have him. American Airlines does not feed and water your pet if they are stuck in an airport for hours. FYI!!

My experience buying Glenda has been perfect from beginning to end. My representative answered all my questions leading up to my purchase, and the Pawrade concierge kept in touch with me every step of the way before and after she arrived. They also sent me very helpful tips for pre-arrival and post-arrival. I chose to have our puppy brought to us in a van and they arrived in a couple of days (though I was told it could take a bit longer): she was washed, happy, healthy, and they must have told her all about us because she nearly leapt into my arms before we were even introduced. During the required Wellness visit, our vet said she is "perfect." I continue to get my questions answered by Pawrade with helpful, friendly advice. She is pure joyful energy.--who doesn't need that these days? Maybe that's why I had to buy a second puppy (a playmate for Glenda); the second one will be here in a week!

This process was exciting and a bit nerve racking all at once, but I was blessed when my little puppy arrived. The staff throughout were very helpful and reassuring. The delivery people were amazing. I now understand the immediate delivery from pickup with the little puppies in trying to reduce any stress until they arrive at their new homes. The emails and literature to read were also overwhelming but this covered so much helpful information. I did have a rough start with low blood sugar causing an issue, but I have her back on track now. I trust that if I call any staff, that my questions will be answered. I would recommend Pawrade with confidence to anyone wishing to adopt a new family member.

Working with Pawrade was fairly smooth while working the breeder was not. This particulare breeder wanted to set up her own transportation rather than using Pawrade's service and it was a mess. The actual nanny was great, kept me informed of their travel and how my puppy was doing. The puppy arrived after midnight as the breeder scheduled pickup for 10am. I feel like the pick up could have been done somewhat earlier so that puppy would have arrived at a decent time. The documents were missing at the time of drop off. I was provided medicine in a syringe with no name on it for what it was for and no directions as to how often to give. I was told by the breeder that the puppy had "championship bloodline" on the mother's side but that was never proven. That was also in the advertisement on Pawrade's website. It said in the advertisement that the puppy was red. The puppy is white and apricot, which I'm fine with but it's the point that concerns me. Ask the questions upfront.

Payment by PetPay.com is easy with including all fees clear and understanding. Pawrade has puppy health insurance included in the total price I don't like it tied with Metlife insurance for pet.

Serenity is cute and playful. She is healthy as well. The breeder did a good job. My only two complaints are I would have liked one representative of the company working w me. The airport person would not take our picture and told me to just take the crate outside. It was raining so I took a picture inside my car.
