Very disappointed . The puppy is not what we expected . Very hyper. Our vet and groomer agreed he is adorable but more energy than normal. We also had no idea what a F1B is. We are ok with the looks but his behavior is more than we can handle. We would consider putting him back on your market . He is close to being house broken which is a plus because he wasn't close to that when we received him. We wanted a peekapoo 50/50. I have many bites on my arm and hands. What do you suggest? Tom

Whitley's Pawrade pictures didn't do her justice. She is sooo much cuter in person. She healthy, smart, and super sweet. I had a great experience with Pawrade. Excellent customer service and the agents were great about keeping me updated throughout the whole process.

You will not have contact with the breeder so there may be some unseen delays (my little guy had pink eye the weekend we were supposed to come get him). Also the "location" of the pup is a 4 hour area marked to the closest airport. I thought my little guy was in Dallas but was actually another 2+ hours north in Oklahoma. I did not find out the location exactly until after he was bought and paid for. At no time will you be able to decline the pup after you pay for him even if something is a deal breaker. (location, health, etc). Overall my issues were resolved by the resolution coordinator. Not bad, just know exactly what you are getting in to.

Once I understood the process and followed the pawrade route, selecting, paying, and transfer of ownership was smooth and pleasant for the puppy and us. Meeting the breeder at a safe place was stress relieving for everyone too. Pawrade helped make informed and good decisions on how to claim him, get insurance and make sure the health of the puppy with 2 vets checking him over.

From the moment I found an UNDOCKED tail on a cocker spaniel puppy and found her to be available, I sought to find out what the process is to bring this beautiful puppy home! I received immediate responses via both messaging and I even received a phone call inviting me to call if my questions were not answered well enough through the messaging system. When I had deeper questions, Pawrade liaisons reached out directly to the breeder on my behalf. Several people were in constant communication through each step: Seek answers, Reserve once I decided she is the puppy for us, Arranging to bring her home, Steps to activate protection guarding my puppy's health, Steps to make her trip home smooth, Coordinating between the breeder and me to pick my puppy up myself in my car to save her air travel stress. I had so many concerns purchasing a puppy from an online source, but Pawrade made it seem like I was there in person through effective communication at all steps. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!

My puppy is the cuties and sweeties little thing. I would like to thank the people who raised her. I would 100% purchase another puppy from pawrade. My only issue is all of her paperwork says something different about her color. I received 5 documents and they all have a different description, seeing the parents on the website could possibly help too.

Hello everyone, Please spare yourselves the anguish and do not EVER purchase a puppy or dog from this company. They were so nice and kind in finding the puppy. However, the puppy came to me very sick with an upper respiratory disease that we are hoping is Kennel cough because we know a pathway in which to help this diagnosis. I was told by a manager there at Pawpal that Kennel cough is nothing serious and with proper medication will go away. I reminded him that 1. the puppy is a Shih Tzu whose respiratory system is already fragile at birth. 2. the puppy is only 4 lbs. 3.it is not totally sure that the puppy has kennel cough. When the puppy coughs his entire body shakes. His tongue begins to turn blue in color which means lack of oxygen. I, personally, am spending money and time to get this puppy back to health. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, the Humane Society, my Senator and my Congressman. This is totally unacceptable. Lets stop this company!!!

We have a 12 pound maltipoo that we bought during the pandemic in December 2020. He's the center of our life. He recently lost his best friend so we got Shaggy as a companion for him. Shaggy is amazing! Very smart, a furball of fun. He checked out perfect with the vet and we are very pleased. Your delivery app and process was very user friendly and efficient. Vet said puppy is underweight and a lot of deworming means she was in a dirty place. When she arrived she smelled so bad even though I bathed her my vet still smells her bad. But transaction was honest and transparent breeder followed the law but didn't take a good care of puppy. But I'm happy with puppy because she has so loving and sweet temperament.
