Your Bruno - our Woodford (Woody). Is fitting in with the family just fine. He joined some shepherd brothers, Dalmore and Jameson. They are having a blast, and theyre all settling in together. Woody is a sweet, gentle, snuggly little guy and we cannot wait to see his personality grow!

Lovely puppy, very lazy/unhelpful/bewildering breeder. Made my job as an owner harder. Received India at about 5.5months, but was shocked to hear from breeder that for the entire time this puppy was in her care, she had not been walking them, she let them poo where they sleep and not to rather poo outside, and she came with extreme itching. Keeping a puppy for 5 months and not doing ANY form of remote training makes my job even harder as an owner than having received an even younger puppy at 8 weeks with no training at all. It means that India (Iris) has come with a lot of terrible habits ingrained in her – from pooing in her cage during cage training (which most dogs naturally won't do) to not knowing how to handle going for walks. I love India; but I purposely went with her in the end because she was a little older, and I felt would be a bit more mature to train without putting too much of a strain on my disability/schoolwork. I will NOT be recommending Pawrade to anyone. Oh well.

I loved everyone in the prices of getting Loki! Even being anyone on pawrade or just contacting the transport team, they were so lovely to talk to on their journey to bring me Loki! Y'all did great!!! I would buy another puppy from you guys!
Everything went well, except that the puppy had Heart Murmur which nobody told us. She also has Giardia, which she is treated for 30 days. The murmur will be treated for a year, hope she'll grow out of it. It's costing a lot more $$$ than we planed for. We changed for name to Angel.

We love Stacey but we would not recommend Pawrade to anyone. Your service needs significant changes. Mike

It went well. Need to fix default on checking out. Did not want most of add ons yet it reverted back to charging for all. Now I am waiting for refund. I am very concerned of that issue. Feels like you are pushing for more. Need more info about parents and pictures of parents to see the possible puppy traits. Rest of interactions was pretty good. Thank you.

We absolutely love and adore both our puppy's but with your concern for their health, I was surprised when I found out my second dog came infested with parasites. I suspected something was wrong and it was confirmed when we took both puppies to the Vet. Now, after over a thousand dollars in vet bills because I had to treat both puppies for parasites they both are having side affects from the treatment and we are now having to clean up massive diarrhea from both puppies and this continues for three weeks so please don't tell me you have the dogs best interest it's a business and you are in business for money also the people who you got Tilly from I would really check them out again as I really don't think they have the best interest of the puppies in mind the people who you got Schwartz from seem to have really taken care of him. Again we love our puppies but really and I mean really question the breeders of Tilly would not buy from them again Thank you Jim and Anita Hartzel

So the purchasing experience was good, the puppy is amazing albeit he certainly is not the age that was told to us he's younger. The delivery experience wasn't great. One driver for 3 days and when she handed him to us he was wet with urine. We had to bath him immediately. Packed in her mini van with a bunch of others …. If I were you I would reconsider that mode of delivery.

Evelyn has arrived in Titusville and now she can watch rocket launches from our front yard! This was a challenge for Pawrade as she was out in California and we are in Florida. Air flight regulations stalled Evelyn's arrival due to an August heat wave out west and normal, 95 degree plus weather in Florida. The staff, Cindy, Kelley, and all those behind the scenes made her adoption a major success. Once I committed to Evelyn the staff kept me well informed even when they had additional delays to relay to a worried customer. Pawrade is for real and they are a very customer oriented company. This is a new experience for me and everything came through because of hard work and logistics detail reviews which required constant communication with the breeder. They know their business well at Pawrade and skeptics to online fraud can be rest assured that these folks are 100% true to their word. I would not hesitate to adopt another pet through them. 5 Stars for this company!

The majority of people I had contact with were great to talk to. However, when dealing with Donna she just wasn't 100% there for me. I became frustrated at times with all the instructions and when expressing my concerns to her, she didn't seem to really care or be concerned. You can sense these things through texting. I don't understand why a check list of things I need to do can't be mailed. No text has a subject line therefore I have to go through each text over and over to find out what I have to do. J However, we made it . My first experience with you all two years ago went so much smoother and more helpful. In regards to my new baby Gina, now named Ella, I don't believe the breeder maintained her coat or nails. As adorable and fluffy as she was, underneath she was extremely matted and I had to have her groomed shorter than I wanted. Also her nails literally dug into me when I picked her up, that I had to pull her nails out of my skin. My last breeder did better.

Pawrade was awesome. They were very helpful and so nice. Calls and e-mails were returned immediately. I felt confident that I was getting a good puppy from a reputable breeder.
It was quite a trip from Fort Wayne to NJ with a new puppy. After the 1st hour, he did great! We're all happy to be home! He's perfect!

Very pleased with Pawrade and their process of payment and information on their delivery of my Shiba Pup. Everything went smoothly on medical check-ups and paperwork upon receiving my pup. Using the ground delivery was great with information upon pick date and delivery time, through communication on their phone and messaging. I would recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a pup.
