Glitter is now JuJu Bee! She settled right in from the minute she arrived. I was worried because I had a houseful of family that day and I thought she would be overwhelmed. Nope! She immediately enjoyed everyone loving on her. It's been wonderful. Her vet visit went well. No health issues.
We are so happy and excited to have our puppy home with us. He is everything we were hoping for and we were very pleased with working with Pawrade. All of our contacts were polite and helpful. They were there to answer any questions we had, and they did everything they promised they would do to help us find a healthy, happy puppy.
We are in Love with our new Family Member "Winston" - a handsome Pembroke Welsch Corgi "Tri-Color" that has won the household over in just a few short days. His new brother and sister have taken him in with open paws, and so have his human brothers. Mom & Dad could not be happier. The entire process was fantastic from the start, the concierge was kind and extremely helpful then through the payment process to booking transportation. We had Winston fly with a Pet Nanny and that Man was extremely kind and very professional with our new bundle of joy. Everyone did their part professionally and with great care for our puppy. The puppy's safety was and is always at their core. There were some bumps in the transportation road (but when is there not when flying) but the Nanny handled them with grace. The entire time there was communication between us, and no matter what was happening the Nanny and team kept us up to date. The transfer was smooth and so very exciting. Definity recommend them.

It was great up until the day I got Saese (Lane). I have had no communication from Pawrade since the day before I got her. I've sent documentation the require as well as where to send the insurance proof because insurance@petpay.com comes back disabled. Would love to know they have received my documents.

The whole process was so smooth and seamless. I felt fully supported and my questions were always responded to in no time at all. I picked up my puppy and met the breeder at the airport, where she gave me concrete advice, outlined the puppy's needs and schedule, along with her favorite toys, blanket, food, sanitary supplies, etc. all to have her adjust to her new environment. It was so sweet and the puppy is in perfect health, happy, and just a pure angel in our lives. Thank you, Pawrade for coordinating it all!

I love my new fur baby. The transition was easy. Down home transport is great. I tried very hard to not bother them while they were on the road. However when I didn't succeed they answered any and all questions.

This pup has been amazing since the moment I picked her up at the airport. She was a gift for me from my husband. And fortunately with three people in the house she chose me! Yay! A friend had recommended you guys where someone she knew wasn't scammed by y'all. Which is amazing with all the pet scammers out there. I just want to let you know how thankful I am for everything y'all did. I am so in love with this little one. My heart is full again. Thank you so so much. Amazing experience. I will definitely pass the word.

After being scammed twice from fb, I was hesitant to try again. I saw the photos of Gabby and fell in love. My husband was on the phone with Bobbi asking about another puppy. I asked about Gabby, and everything started from there. The process was easy. I was able to zoom with Carli and the breeder. It took Gabby literally 2 minutes to adjust to us at the airport. She is such a joy. She would be on my lap 24 hours a day if she could. Thank you for my wonderful new baby.

I am thrilled with our little puppy. I am less than thrilled with Pawrade. Upfront, the information a representative helped me with on litter sizes, parent pics and info, locations for pick up, etc. was thorough and timely. Once I purchased, not at all. After a date and time had been set, I never heard back from Pawrade or Petpay on how to pick her up, a location, the requirements I had to complete for the health guarantee, etc. I called finally to at least get the breeders name and number so I could arrange pick up, I had already driven seven hours and was in a hotel at that point so good thing it worked out and no vet issues as that wasn't confirmed either before I started driving though I asked twice, the day before and the morning of the drive. And then a day AFTER I picked her up, petpay sends a notice of everything I need to turn into them…I did my best but still haven't heard back on confirmation of receipt. Are we set? For the $, it's like you disappeared…not cool.

I was a little worried getting a dog this way but my worry was for nothing. I was kept informed through the seven weeks we waited for our puppy. All my questions answered in a timely fashion. I appreciated even getting an out of office message before the weekends so that I didn't worry when I wasn't answered immediately. I got updated pictures when I requested them. The breeder was very sweet when we picked up our puppy. I would definitely use this site again.
Everything was great up to the last minute for to pick him up it was nerve-racking with the documentation. Max was very good on the flight home we're home safe, we crate training him it's hard 2 night I hope tonight he'll get better. I activated the Ins. With MetLife and Vet appointment on Monday for wellness check. He's a great puppy we love him so much. Thank you for everything. Pho Miller

A Nightmare! Once you pay for your dog there are numerous steps that are required and must be followed in order to validate the entire process, (from the transportation details to the healthcare, vet requirements and numerous other steps), I had to jump through many hoops in order to get in contact with the related personnel for each of those steps. Therefore, every time you call the main phone number, (If you ALREADY bought AND PAID FOR your dog), you NO LONGER get the immediate attention (with a live person) like you did when you were buying your dog. Instead, you are directed to a secondary line where you are placed on a long (jingle) hold until eventually being promoted to LEAVE A MESSAGE since there is no one to take your call. You are only important UNTIL you pay them. After that you will need to spend DAYS on the phone trying to get the assistance that is required in order to validate all of their requirements. A MAJOR MISTAKE! I will NEVER recommend Pawrade! Rick H
