pickup went smoothly & Darla is the best puppy ever. Not a peep out of her on the flights home & slept through the night, no accidents, when she whimpered at 7:30 I took her out & she peed. Eating well & getting along with our dogs. Couldn’t be happier!❤️

We are in love with our new 9 week old Bernedoodle! We have never purchased a puppy from a breeder before, but Pawrade made the experience very easy. Their communication was excellent. Once we selected our puppy, they were on it. If you choose the delivery option, please take note that the puppy might come at any time of the day or night (10:30 pm for us, which made for a rough first night...). Also, dates are based on pick up from breeder and NOT delivery, making it somewhat difficult to plan. It is important to know this going in if you choose delivery.

We received Elmo (new name is BEAN) early Sunday, November 23rd. A very tired puppy but he ate, slept, pooped, ate some more and slept more. Its only been a few days but BEAN is wagging his tail, showing his belly for rubs, using his pee pad, brighter today and has the sweetest disposition.

Transportation went smoothly. Your information ahead of time insured I was ready with ID. Transport people were here and gone within a few minutes. Kudos to the breeder. Puppy is well socialized with both people and other dogs. At my age this will be my last puppy. I noticed on Facebook that price is a concern. I would have paid more for the service I received. Worth every penny.

I was sold a puppy that was advertised as having a “small cough,” but she arrived seriously ill and required immediate medical treatment. Even the transport team couldn’t believe she had been cleared to travel. The company ignored the severity of the situation, pushed everything onto insurance, and took zero responsibility for misrepresenting her condition. This experience caused stress, unexpected vet bills, and fear that our new puppy might not survive her first day home. I would never trust this company again.

I was a bit nervous about doing this online but my daughter suggested it and I thought I would give it a try. When I selected Tessy, it was wonderful from the very beginning. They got back to me to let me know Tessy was still available and gave me the next steps. All very helpful, very friendly. I was not available to take her at the time she was delivered, so I asked to delay delivery and the breeder had no problem keeping her for a few more weeks with a very minimal charge. I was very anxious to see how she was doing during that time and they communicated with breeder, sent me a current video and new weight. When delivery was scheduled, it was very fast. They travel 24/7 so it is easier on the pet. It was amazing to receive our little Tessy from loving people! We are on day 5 and Tessy is at least 85% potty trained. She is beautiful, a great, fun personality and a cuddle girl! Just what the doctor ordered for me. I am absolutely amazed at how well this went! Thank you!

Pawrade is a great service and resource to find the perfect fur baby. I spoke with Cynthia, who walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I had support the whole time. I also had the pleasure of working with others who were very helpful. The process went as smoothly as I could have expected and we have the sweeties little fur baby! Thank you!

Pawrade definitely has my highest recommendation! Starting with the obvious, their platform allows for an abundance of dog options, as well as a very user friendly interface. They communicated every step of the way, and made the process seamless. We just received our puppy, in great health and just as advertised. Thank you Pawrade!

Communication became a little difficult at times. But in the end, all worked out. Puppies received in a timely matter. drivers were great and kept us updated. Very happy with our 2 puppies and they are adjusting to their forever home.

When I picked my puppy up from the breeder in a parking lot at a coffee shop it was definitely not the puppy that was advertised. Not even close , as advertised he was 7 months old, this puppy was barely 4 months old according to my vet. He is just now losing his baby teeth and he was skin and bones, very mal nurished. I felt sorry for the little fellow so I literally rescued him at the cost of $2,000.00. I hate having to give this poor rating but I would hate more by not telling the truth.

Pawrade was amazing. I didn't have to do a multitude of searches for breeders, find reviews and find one in my area. Pawrade made finding the puppy we were suppose to have so effortless. The concierge people I dealt with were all so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were very good about staying in touch and responding to questions. Hands down some of the best customer service I have dealt with in quite some time.
