From the way they present each puppy with detailed information about their nature and lineage and the photo gallery that shows you just who the puppy is, to all the helpful and necessary instructions and tips from the time your choice has been made until he is delivered to you. The process is so smooth, leaving no stone unturned. And the communication was excellent, with quick and full responses to every question. The delivery came in the shortest amount of time, and I had full confidence that his care during the ride was impeccable, as Zach messaged me all along the way. Archie has acclimated so well in three days. He's eating, figured out how to get on the beds and up the stairs, and has had just one accident since the first full day and night. He has a sunny, energetic, very loving disposition, just as we hoped based on your presentation. I would give my unqualified recommendation for your service, and my husband and I thank you!

My puppy “Lenny” was advertised on the website as a male, and the written description beneath the name also referred to a male dog. The photos were accurate, but the gender was not—the puppy delivered to us is actually a female. She arrived after three days of travel. We adore her and have decided to keep her, and she appears healthy so far. However, the incorrect gender listing was a significant mistake, and it does raise concerns about what other information—such as health details—might also be inaccurate. For transparency, we did contact the breeder after delivery, and he consistently referred to her as a female. This suggests the website, not the breeder, may have been responsible for the error. Still, the experience left us questioning the site’s reliability.

We love our new puppy but working with Pawrade was cumbersome. The website & the employees were not easy to get the information needed. There were no pictures of the parent dogs. We dealt with at least 3 employees, maybe 4 & they did not communicate with each other. I was able to get connected with a “supervised” discussion with the breeder. Unfortunately, everything we agreed to (vet visit, pick up, etc) was not communicated to the next person we got “passed off” to. I won’t be recommending or using Pawrade again.

My first choice after making a deposit, was already sold. Still haven't received my refund. I'm still waiting for a recap and each charge to my card to confirm all is correct. Really need to have only one maybe 2 points of contacts. Too many different contacts, phone numbers and emails.

Just due to having raised 7 other Danes over 50 years, they're easy to train, all have loved hiking & swimming with me. Wanted quality breeders and Pawrade has an exceptional protocol that ensures health and happiness for our new family members. The delivery was 3 days earlier than I had planned, yet my work accommodated time off and more to care for a new babe! "In just 2 days "Della" is already feeling at home, laying at my feet, following me everywhere, and with lite command to stop whining into the night, she slept with a lot of blankets and her crate close to my bed, with a nite lite close by and soothing music. Looking forward to her growing deeper into the great life ahead! Thank-Pawrwade!
