I typically don't give glowing reviews much anymore because good service is so hard to find. The team at Pawrade was awesome. I was personally called by staff members to make sure I was informed and educated on the protocol. We made special arrangements for our puppy's delivery and Pawrade made it all happen smoothly. The text chain between all involved on the day of delivery was very comforting as we had our puppy coming from across the country. Even text messages and calls days after delivery looking out for the puppy's wellbeing. All aces in my book!

We got a morkie and ask for a video for my son sent us a still picture instead of a video and was sleepy and depressed when we got him and we took him to the vet for his checkup and they found a bump on his under side and we hade to drive all the way to Chico and he sadly did not make it worst and most neglectful people in the whole world and we only hade him for 3 days.

Colton, now called Pongo, got his bath late Sunday night completely dried off cuddled up had something to eat a little bit to drink and he he slept wonderfully in his kennel throughout the night he loves his kennel he goes in and out of it all the time. He is working on training. I have no doggie doors so he's a little confused but he's working on it, and doing pretty well. We see the veterinarian today. I am very pleased with my lovely little new friend. He is adorable and I would recommend Pawrade to people who ask. Thank you so much
