They sold me a puppy from a puppy mill. His paws and under his chin were discoloured from urine. He wasn’t house or leash trained. He’s anxious and fearful. No self confidence. Barks at anything. When a hand came towards him he cringes. He wasn’t neutered. He has 2 medical conditions that weren’t disclosed until after the sale, contracts were signed and money paid. Do not go through Pawrade.

The people at Pawrade where very friendly, professional and helpful with every step of the process. If I had any questions at all they where quick to answer. Our little guy arrived at our front door with friendly transport team. They were amazing and keep us updated all the way. He was clean, happy little Shih Tzu. I would recommend the Pawrade team any day to anyone looking to add a new four legged family member any day.

The help from the ladies with customer service were awesome: Holly and Lois you ladies deserve a Bonus and or Raise. The one thing I hated is all the paperwork to sign or fill out. I thought I was buying a house. The other thing is getting Angel a Wellness Check in 72 hours. Sometimes you can't get appointments right away. I called to 3 different places. So need to give at least a another 2 days. Some vets don't have a doctor working on a Saturday. So when the pet is delivered in the middle of the week or later. You got to extend more time to get the wellness check. Otherwise, thank you for what you did and Angel is very happy and feel safe at home now.

DO NOT GET A PUPPY from Parade. They have "breeders" that are PUPPY MILL. My puppy arrived filthy, smelling like a barn, crying and having pooped and peed all over herself. And it was the breeder who delivered her.... Also the breeder and I communicated back and forth over email and I was promised that this particular puppy would make a great service dog but when she arrived, she was very nervous, not attentive in the least to people. That is NOT service dog material. Pawrade just wants your money and when I reached out to them to discuss what had transpired, of course, I could not reach anyone. It took MANY phone calls and emails to get the paperwork settled with us have to do the majority of the work. Buy a puppy in person, not from a company like this. They advertise no puppy mills and perhaps they are "family" puppy producers but the care of this puppy was NOWHERE to be found. Just look at the state she was "delivered" in.

Most of the time everything went well. We had to travel to Indiana and needed to make arrangements for a car rental and hotel so we could spend the night on Friday and pick him up the following morning. It was a 6 and a half hour drive. We didn't know until the last minute that we could leave. However, the breeder had excellent living conditions and it was obvious he was well taken care of. Norma (the breeder) was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you to your staffs help. Always either answered the phone or returned our call promptly. Thanks to Tony. Thank you

Everything went great up to delivery. They gave me the wrong dog and it kinda messed up all the excitement I had. I had a friend recording it for memories and to find out I got all that I thought I was planning on and it ended up being the wrong puppy kinda hurt knowing I don’t have any of those memories with my puppy recorded. Besides that everything went well.

The staff was very helpful answering any questions along the way. They supplied all info when requested promptly. Updates were forwarded as needed. I must say I was very impressed with Pawrade and the way they handled everything. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a pup.

A very different experience, very friendly, always answered my questions.had a slight problem with food the puppy was eating but breeder sent plenty with Ella for a week so I had time to order some. She is a great little girl. Love her to pieces & so do my other 2 dogs Thank you.
