A lot to say. Disappointing would definitely describe my experience. Happy my puppy was delivered safely that's probably the better part of this story. However many times information wasn't received in a timely manner. A few people I spoke with about an issue with travel arrangements was completely out of line being rude and demanding. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this company. I was told things about paperwork that has yet to be received & resolved. Like my AKC paperwork wasn't with my dogs travel documents. I will say Charlie the supervisor of resolutions was a great help. He is the only one who has been on top of fixing all the issues. I do appreciate him for doing his job. In my opinion they pawrade needs to change some policies in regards to travel restrictions & not making the same mistake that happened in my situation.Departments aren't sharing important information as they should making situations more complicated. Hopeful that this paperwork situation is resolved quickly

I was so pleased with my transaction and purchase from Pawrade. I was telling a neighbor friend and the very next day he purchased my puppy's brother! So when both have arrived here in Napa CA , they will only live one block apart. We are so excited!

Overall quite good service. The part I didn't like was so much 'paperwork', particularly because there was so many requests for items that either required or strongly encouraged use of 'technology. I'm not sure how to download pictures and send them via phone and text, so I found this difficult at best. Not all of us,certainly in my generation, grew up with high tech or even low tech. Consequently, I don't know how to do some things, especially sending photos or paperwork by phone.

Malti Poo - Maltipoo Puppy

Purchased a maltipoo puppy for my mother and transacted and communicated on her behalf as she does not have an email or internet access. Those my mother and I communicated with were very helpful— professional and friendly. The process was explained and they assisted to ensure everything went smoothly. Transport service did a good job as well. HOWEVER—- the puppy did NOT arrive completely healthy even though Pawrade ensured there was a thorough vet check and there were no issues. Either the vet was incompetent OR a vet check was never performed. Vet check was performed on ownership transfer within 72 hours of receipt, as required. Severe case of ear mites (Vet indicated probably the worst case he's seen in a puppy) and that she'd had it for quite some time. In addition, she had a parasite. Yes, puppies get parasites, but this one arrived with a parasite even though documents indicated a 'clean bill of health'. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

The staff wss courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions. They went step by step on the process of getting my puppy. I was even given a 3 way call with the breeder. Very satisfied

Our experience with Pawrade was amazing from start to finish. Kelly was extremely helpful with any questions that I had throughout the process and got back to me within a couple of hours with her messages. To say that we are happy with this experience is an understatement. Our new family member, Jovie, is such a sweet, lovable girl. The vet told us that she is perfectly healthy and we look forward to spending several years with her in our lives. Thank you for helping to make my family complete with this precious fur baby!

The "only" two areas I can say anything about that were an issue in my mind during this whole endeavor are: Disappointing Air Nanny service that was not available (in retrospect I am glad I went and retrieved the puppy myself but.... it was at a great inconvenience), and the "picking up the puppy from a Walmart parking lot" as this screamed "scam" once I googled pick-up location. Of course it all worked out but when I am to get up at 3 in the morning to board a 7hr plane journey to pick up the puppy and at 9 o'clock at night I google pick-up address you had sent and find out its a Walmart Parking Lot !!!! Panic set in. Would have been nice to have had a "heads up" that this was the policy etc of Pawrade not to go directly to the breeder's home. It also made me wonder if a puppy mill was being utilized AND that is why they don't send you directly there. What all of this does to an "otherwise pleasant" experience is heartbreaking. Someone, at some point, needs to make the buyer ware onc

Everything about the purchase of our new Pug, Coffee, went smoothly. Pawrade kept me informed all the way through and when it came time to take possession of our new Pug, Pawrade put me in touch with the breeder. The breeder met me at the airport and all went well. We are so pleased with our sweet little Pug, Coffee! She is adjusting to life here and with Zach our 7 month old Pug. They are quickly becoming best friends. The on-line Adoption process was completely new to me. The Pawrade team was efficient and responsive to my questions and concerns. After I committed to the puppy of my dreams there was a waiting period for her to mature a bit more and make her trip to her new home with us. While I was waiting for her I would have appreciated communication, photos and updates about her from Pawrade. I contacted my puppy concierge and was given photos and video of her and was even more overjoyed and excited for her arrival. When she arrived she was clean, healthy and well cared for. We are very happy and adore our new fur baby girl!!
