I am very pleased with the service and continuing contact I received while in the process of adopting my new puppy. Transport of him to me was prompt and flawless and I received a very healthy and active boy. He is the second puppy I have adopted through Pawrade and I have been very pleased both times. A lot of paperwork...but the end result was well worth it. I highly recommend Pawrade.

I loved the entire process from beginning to end. It felt professional and streamlined. My only concern is since you don’t get to meet mom/dad the weight of them is often lied about (per my vet). My puppy I received is tracking to be a much larger size than expected but I still love and adore him 🩵

Very good customer service and made the process so easy going step by step with us! Tony was unbelievably helpful and went over and beyond to make sure everything went through and finalized. He took time to help me and text with me even when he was off the clock to insure my peace. Lois was also amazing with getting in contact with the breeder and answering a lot of my questions. My pup has a respiratory infection and has to be on medicine. When she was delivered I notice immediately a distinctive breathing/respiratory problem and she was coughing - like trying to cough up phlegm and had a runny nose. Luckily, our vet visit was the following day and is not on medicine for 2 weeks. The transporter seemed nice. I do wonder how "pampered" the transportation was as she was very smelly when delivered. It broke my heart to bathe her knowing she had a cold. She is beautiful and we lover her. It's a shame to came to us sick.

We had a fantastic experience with Pawrade & the breeder Kim. We scheduled to meet up & the plans got changed midstream which was great because Kim was so gracious and awesome to come meet us in Branson instead of us having to go all the way to Les Summit, Kansas, which actually saved us three hours. The only not issue we have is the puppy had been wormed a few times with the breeder & everything looked fine. However, even I took her to our vet the following day and they found she had a bacterial/viral something from a contaminated parasite maybe in the water. After the vet charged me $200 for the well visit, which I expected a well visit cost but then I had to go back couple days later & get the medicine for the treatment and that was another $75. I was told I would be reimbursed & I submitted a ticket with copies of the diagnosis of the feces and it’s been a few days & no auto response which I would have expected at least an ETA on when someone would contact me area for improvement

The process was smooth, but it would have been nice to have been able to communicate with the breeder. The communication could have been a little better with the transport company but maybe they were busy with the dogs. I will say that she smelt really bad when she got her and we had to give her a bath right away if I'm being honest.

As discussed with a Pawrade agent, during Breslin's 72 hour check up, after arriving in my home, she tested positive for giardia. My Vet is Craig Lofln at Whipple Creek Vet Hospital. I attached the wellness Invoice and my vet's wellness visit notes. Giardia is very contagious for animals as well as humans. The travel nanny said that Breslin soiled her crate during the flight. During a 20 minute drive to my house she soiled her new crate. Anyone in contact with Breslin, and certainly anything soiled by her, has a very high chance of becoming infected. It is very contagious and can be deadly for people with compromised health conditions. I have a low functioning heart which is why I chose Pawrade. The Pawrade breeder pretty much guaranteed that the pup's parents and puppies would be healthy. I notified the company last week and have not heard back from them. I am very unhappy with a company I thought I could trust. Poor sweet baby-puppy Breslin.

Their communication via email and text was fantastic. The website is easy to navigate and if you call them, they are quick to respond. My puppy arrived today, in excellent health. I would purchase another puppy from them in the future.
