My apologies for the delay in getting our comments out on the adoption of our puppy Beatrix who we have named Athena. We drove to Branson, MO to pick her up on 3/25/2023 at the age of 15 weeks. It's been a busy week since with the travel back to Texas and getting settled in. Athena is a happy and healthy beautiful little girl that we absolutely adore! She travelled very well on the long journey back to Texas and is now almost a week in with getting adjusted to a routine with potty training and chewing on her toys instead of everything else! :) Working with Pawrade was absolutely wonderful! Everyone we worked with was very professional and very helpful. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to adopt a puppy! Words can't even describe how happy we are with Athena and the experience we had with Pawrade!

Transaction was really good, the people at Pawrade kept in touch with us every day until Rhett was delivered safely and full of good health. The delivery guys were awesome and very well mannered, only complaint I have is that it would be wonderful to receive the puppy during the day and not at 3am. A good experience with everyone though and would recommend them to everyone.

I could not give higher praises on my experience getting my new puppy with pawrade! Janell helped me all the way through the process with any questions or concerns I had and reassured me every step of the way. She was so friendly and communicated to me what I should expect through out every part of the process and it helped put my mind at ease while waiting for my new puppy to arrive. I am very pleased with my new puppy. Pawrade was very professional. They kept in constant communication with me, making the process very easy. My puppy as viewed on the website is everything we hoped for and more. They washed the pup before delivery. The drivers where very helpful with their communication throughout the trip to our home. The Vet gave him a clean bill of health. We are very happy to welcome our new puppy into the family. My only complaint is delivery took 5 days instead of the 2-4 expected. E. Vlad

Have had my New Little Guy for a week. (1) Ferrovax (his new name) arrived healthy. No ill effects from his trip that either myself or the vet could find. A case of Giardia which Paycom is now covering. (2) Set up a potty pad by the door (I live in an apartment) and... amazing. ALL BMs on the pad from the getgo. #1, however, will require more work. Generally, 3/4 times but lately it is getting better. (3) Crate training is going well. Today he had 2.5 hours alone, I returned and the crate was SPOTLESS. First time out of three tries so far but it is most encouraging. (4) Would prefer that the breeder or Pawrade had told me that Ferrovax's travel crate was included. No issues, but I now have a unused crate of which I must dispose. (5) Ferrovax has so far fit himself effortlessly into my lifestyle. I was not happy when the vet told me that I must wait SIX WEEKS before I can walk him on a leash outside. But his zoomies have evolved to fit into my small apartment.

We had a good experience. Everything went as planned and was very quick. We were informed of everything as the process went. The only gripe we had was that we provided 3 closest airports to us & ended up having to drive 3-1/2 hrs to a totally different one, our dog was on a flight from about 8:30 am to 9pm & we didn't arrive home that night until about 1am and had to work the next morning! But, we are very happy with our new addition to the family and he received a clean bill of health from our vet!

Everyone was very Helpful and very professional. It would be nice to be able to speak to the breeder a little more frequent. Just to be one hundred percent on a purchase of an animal. But in the end everything worked out and I have a beautiful puppy that loves me to death. And that's what matters to me.
