The process was a bit of a hassle, but we love our new puppy. After 16 years with our precious Yorkie, getting a new puppy was a bit of a change. Pawrade provided plenty of good information for starting over with a new pup, and their product recommendations were spot on. Kenny, our "Puppy Concierge" was FANTASTIC. The other people we dealt with were awesome too, but I felt like after we received our new pup the service was a bit lacking. Not bad, just not as great as it had been. Overall good experience, and I feel like Pawrade does truly care about the health and well being of the animals.

Honestly don't know where to begin without sounding like a plug! We almost got scammed as over 80% do! Then we read about PAWRADE and started browsing Aussie Shepherds. We called and talked to puppy concierge Kelly Wicoff who took tons of time while we fished through options. The fact that PAWRADE only represents established breeders was awesome! We found BAILEY and knew we wanted him in our Mountain life. Kelly answered an extremely long email thread with questions and concerns. Once we were ready for the dog we emailed and called her then she forwarded us on to customer service liaison Donna Conner. We had questions for breeder etc and she got all the answers during the process. As the dogs pick up got closer we still had questions and she got answers. We then were introduced to Wags On Wheels as needed transport for the dog. Wow...another amazing experience. They use a tracking app so you can see dogs location and update during the ride. The drivers call and text too.

This was an overall positive experience. Our puppy arrived as per the arranged schedule and was in great shape - happy to greet us and get our of her travel crate. We received plenty of information about how to best treat our new arrival and multiple contacts and check-ins from Pawrade. Everything went very well.

The Pawrade team was phenomenal! From Dan with the initial call, to Carli with all her assistance as well as Shannon with all her help with travel I had a wonderful experience! Working with Pawrade was a good experience. We are not so fortunate with the puppy we brought home, she is very sweet but terribly timid and dislikes my husband a great deal.

we took our puppy for her wellness check and it was discovered she had an ear infection. i called pawrade knowing met life has a fifty dollar deductible and was told i had to go through met life even though we both agreed the deductible was more than the thirty dollar drops. i dont really have the time to jump through all these hoops just to get my 30 dollars back when it should be a courtesy for you folks.it definatly left a sour taste in my mouth as the niceness seems to have stopped after we received our puppy.

This would be an easy 5 STAR, if not for travel. Every customer service rep. and manager was knowledgeable, prompt to respond, and helpful. Travel concierge was a nightmare. She couldn't respond in a timely manner, and repeatedly said everything would be fine with dates but then scheduled them on a date unavailable for travel. We had to drive 1,920 miles round trip last minute to the breeder to get puppy in the time frame that was laid out over 2 weeks early. On the bright side the breeder was amazing and super kind. Pawrade was amazing, but they need to adress that travel concierge rep, or outsource it to someone capable. Overall I would use them again as long as they could get me someone else to go through travel booking.

I was very pleased with Pawrade in providing away to obtain a new puppy. He is a joyful new addition to our family. I picked him up in Indiana from the breeder. Every step of the way I was guided in a very professional way. He will provide my wife and I comfort for the years ahead.

After getting scammed by someone on the internet, we did more research and found Pawrade, and we're so glad we did. The entire process, from start to finish has been amazing and our little puppy Louie (was John) is such a precious addition to our family. He is so smart, well behaved and has really brought the cuddles 🥰 If you are on the fence about using Pawrade, don't be and go for it, you won't regret it! We also found that they are reasonably priced.
Communications are a gaping hole in this process in several ways. 1) There are many many expectations of the customer which are not presented until a huge deposit is made on a puppy. There is no explanation given for any of the expectations, e.g. a full body selfie with government-issued picture ID showing. 2) You are encouraged to use the on ground delivery service but not told that delivery will most likely be made in the middle of the night (3:30 AM for me). 3) Little/no breeder information arrives until the puppy arrives. 4) No expectation given that it will take a month (or more) for your "ready now" puppy to arrive. 5) Communications come from many different parts of the company which leaves the customer feeling a little like a darts target. 6) Much of the communications come via a difficult-to-read messaging app and not spell checked. Tiny font with no contrast to background. 7) I have more but apparently there is a character limit on this …

I'm having a really hard time accepting the fact that Pawrade could care less about the pups they sell. I purchased 2 pups from them one female and one boy. The boys situation was a dream. Don't have any complaints besides a few ticks he came with. However when purchasing the female pup it felt like a scam or I was forced to buy her. The rep at Pawrade suggested I take a look at a female pup. Her name was Pippa. I clicked on link and saw the cute pictures then saw a video of Pippa and what seemed to be her breeder.The man kicks Pippa and she goes flying across the room. She is crying and tries to avoid the man after, while he acts like it never happened. It was appalling to say the least. Rep told me if I wanted to buy her I needed to act fast because breeder would be going under "suspension" so I did. I asked for a discount and was denied. Didn't feel right to pay this breeder, but we wanted to save Pippa. Would not use them again. Pippa will need extra training because of the abuse.

The process was long. But, well worth it. I love Tegan. She is so adorable. Teagan is the perfect fit for me. The drop off was at 1:30 am and I am not use to being up that late. But, I do get it. Tegan and I was super tired that day but a little rest she wanted to play. Teagan is doing just fine. She us drinking, eating, playing, and running around the house/yard having fun.

Everything went smoothly but it very much helped that my daughter was able to assist me (I'm 72). Be prepared for paperwork. When my pup was delivered I assumed all the transfer of ownership papers were in order . That turned out not to be so and ultimately I was blocked from signing on line since it was past the deadline. I'm dealing with that right now, hoping it can be resolved. Otherwise, my pup was given his forever name, Scotty, for his forever home. He's healthy, happy and full of energy. That's what counts.

Very disappointed . The puppy is not what we expected . Very hyper. Our vet and groomer agreed he is adorable but more energy than normal. We also had no idea what a F1B is. We are ok with the looks but his behavior is more than we can handle. We would consider putting him back on your market . He is close to being house broken which is a plus because he wasn't close to that when we received him. We wanted a peekapoo 50/50. I have many bites on my arm and hands. What do you suggest? Tom

Whitley's Pawrade pictures didn't do her justice. She is sooo much cuter in person. She healthy, smart, and super sweet. I had a great experience with Pawrade. Excellent customer service and the agents were great about keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
You will not have contact with the breeder so there may be some unseen delays (my little guy had pink eye the weekend we were supposed to come get him). Also the "location" of the pup is a 4 hour area marked to the closest airport. I thought my little guy was in Dallas but was actually another 2+ hours north in Oklahoma. I did not find out the location exactly until after he was bought and paid for. At no time will you be able to decline the pup after you pay for him even if something is a deal breaker. (location, health, etc). Overall my issues were resolved by the resolution coordinator. Not bad, just know exactly what you are getting in to.
