Josephine is a sweet active and affectionate puppy. I believe she was well socialized by Arlene, the breeder, and her family. I enjoyed working with Destiny of Pawrade. I was, however, very disappointed that I was unable to go the breeders home to pick up the puppy. It would have given me a much greater assurance that she wasn't raised in a puppy mill. We've renamed her to Candy. She's fitting right in with our family and is having a lot of fun playing with our 6 year old Boston Terrier Charlie. She's eating well and sleeping well. The entire purchase transaction was conducted over the phone while my wife and I were out shopping. It did take 30 minutes or so, but was quite pleasant using the auto phone Bluetooth. The puppy we selected wasn't old enough to immediately receive, so there was a waiting time until he traveled to us. During that time Pawrade concierge was very communicative. There is a lot of information provide covering all aspects of puppy/dog care, vet care, food, and general recommendations. The information helped us set up the house and back yard prior to receiving. We liked Pawrade assurances that no puppy mills are accepted. Overall it was a great purchasing experience. I'd recommend it for anyone desiring a specific breed.

Tyree, now Lil' Buddy, is a joy. He fits in with my 2 other doxies perfectly. He has not returned to his crate since I picked him up at the airport.

Very professional, informative and helpful staff. Driver was awesome and puppy came clean and happy. Only issue is that South Carolina is not a state covered by the MetLife insurance. Other than that, very pleased with our puppy.

The process was very easy and I felt comfortable with this company. I was hesitant at first but I'm so glad that I went through with it. I absolutely love my baby boy. He is healthy and happy. The guys that brought him to me were professional and very nice.

I watched this puppy online (along with others) for a while before making a decision (had marked about 2 dozen possibilities. She's everything and more than I ever expected; pee, poop, eat, drink and PLAY. She's already obedient for as young as she is. I kept her name (Holly) as I really liked it; she's wonderful. The person working with me took time off (she was entitled to) and although there was backup, it wasn't the same. Also the shipping was confusing as I'd heard from two different companies. The best things were the actual folks that delivered her stayed in touch the whole way; all of her paperwork came with her as well as I'd requested a familiar scented item be placed with her for the trip, and it was. She's wonderful; a blessing and such a character!!! She loves everyone and the other "old lady" dog that also lives here.

Getting our new puppy through Pawrade was a super smooth process. They were very attentive and great communicators. Allowing us to ask questions at each step. & Setting up a call with the breeder so we can get an understanding of our dog's energy and personality. Loved having the messaging app and the reminders of what we needed to do. It did not feel overwhelming as they took us step by step. Delivery was via Wags on Wheels & they sent tracking via Life360 app so it was fun to watch and see "yay, our puppy is in MN...yay he's just a few blocks away!"

Good service, could have been better after we picked up our puppy. I've reached out on multiple occasions trying to get transfer of ownership paperwork with no response. Feels like once I submitted my payment customer service went out the window.

Had a pretty bad experience. Pawrade hid the size of the dog I adopted despite knowing exactly how much she weighed when I first enquired. The dog I purchased was half the size of the standard for the breed, and her litter mates were all much larger. Further, it was like pulling teeth to get information. The poor pup looked like a stray when I picked her up and smelled terrible, like she hadn't had a bath in a very long time. She shows every sign of being from a puppy mill, not a reputable breeder. She didn't know what grass was, despite being 7 months old has has no "potty training" and won't venture out from her safe space without being alone in the room. We will love her through this and help her understand that she is safe now, but I'm def not done with pawrade or the breeder for the obvious cruelty.

Very satisfied with the procedure, delivery and follow up as well as the precise instructions! Arrival of the pup was almost exact to the minute as it had been planned. Condition of the puppy was excellent and vet already confirmed its overall perfectly healthy status! Extremely satisfied with the care and client treatment, Pawrade can only be highly recommended!

When the driver got here he didn't have any food and the envelope said Apollo but the correct info was inside the envelope. You did communicate a lot but in the beginning I was kinda left hanging was he going to fly or be driven. Because I was called and told that transport would not drive from Tx to NH but then a day or two later I was told he would be coming via transport. A lot of messages I received were duplicates

The puppy concierge was amazing. His name is Kenny, and he responded quickly to any question I had and was helpful with the process of purchasing the puppy. Once it moved onto to Morgan the travel person the service dropped off. We wanted to make arrangement to get our puppy on Saturday which Morgan said oh that is pretty quickly. After meeting with the breeder we found out the travel agent asked the breeder to push off the last vet visit to this week. Well trying to get travel set through Morgan was very difficult. They only would answer until 10:00 am and it was stressful. If you aren't going to be available during regular working hours then say so! I am beyond happy with the breeder and my new puppy. Pawrade needs to work out the bugs with arranging travel if you are flying in to another state to get your puppy.

We love Seth so much. He is happy and healthy and fitting in with our family very well. Parade did an excellent job setting up the financial aspects of purchasing our puppy through Petpay, which was quick and easy to do. It took a day or so for him to recover from traveling, but that is too be expected.
