Our puppy arrived on-time by American Airlines air cargo and was not overly stressed by the flight ... which was wonderful. He is a beautiful and lovable 17 week old puppy which we instantly adore! The purchase transaction proceeded timely and without any problems. The transaction process was a bit confusing because of all the paperwork, but did not cause us any issues. Knowing all was done to protect the puppy and have him arrive in great condition made it all worthwhile. The Pawrade folks that assisted with our purchase were extremely nice and very helpful and gave immediate responses to our requests. All in all, due to Pawrade service we now have a new adorable, lovable member of our family. Thank you!

I felt like I was given a bait and switch. This is not the dog I picked. This dog's name was Dezi. The dog I ordered was Francesca. This doh has bleeding eyes. Francesca did not. Also this puppy has had diarrhea for the last 3 days. I got meds from vet but she is not feeling well. I'm very worried.

The process with Pawrade was seamless. Our Wheaten puppy arrived as planned and is a delight. Our only concern and it might be a major one depending on follow-up tests is that he has an undisclosed heart murmur that could require lifelong treatment.

Pawrade was a pleasure with whom to deal - responsible and responsive. We didn't want a very young puppy and were thrilled to find a four month old miniature poodle. I had a lot of questions for the breeder regarding the puppy's temperament, etc., and was able to speak with the breeder's assistant. I requested a video and measurements of our new pup so I could buy the right size collar and harness. These were provided. I enjoyed the experience, even though it was very different than my previous hands- on experience with selecting a puppy at a breeder's place of business. The nanny who flew with our new pup to Los Angeles was caring, calm, and responsible. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone seriously considering adopting a puppy. I've had dogs my entire life and still appreciated the information provided by Pawrade, which would be very important reading for a first time dog owner.

I WAS NEW AT THIS SO I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING. EVERYONE WAS AWESOME AND HELPED ME OUT WITH EVERYTHING. I RECAMEND GOING GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND NOT AIRPORT BECAUSE OF CANCAILATIONS.

Pros & cons in our experience. Pros: wide selection of puppies and prices; Pawrade folks knowledgeable & patient, shared a lot of great information. Cons: Biggest con was travel arrangements. Our puppy needed additional medical care before he could travel (fine & understandable), but transportation wasn't arranged for him for an entire additional week after vet ok'd him. Was told would take a couple days for him to get to us, it took almost a week. No pictures of him being picked up, no updates during the delivery about how he's doing. Second con has been post-delivery; lot of pressure for what's required to be done once puppy arrives, including vet visit within 72 hours. Again, understandable, but - once our puppy was delivered, the entire Pawrade staff has disappeared. No acknowledgement of our document submissions, no check in about how delivery went or how he's doing. Odd for folks who are "all about puppies." Would recommend Pawrade w cautions.

I purchased Aiden, now Brodie, was marketed as a Moyen size poodle. Breeder said stud was 10 lbs. and dam 40 lbs. anticipating this litter to be 30 lbs. Brodie arrived and was huge. He is estimated to be 45-52lbs instead! Although he is adorable I would have passed and looked for a different opportunity to purchase the size needed. There is a disclaimer for size but had the sire and dam been the sizes stated this pup would not be this large. In addition did ground transportation option and would never use it again. No transparency in the delivery and conditions. By the time Brodie got to me he had been traveling for 4 days ( and I live 6 hrs from Breeder) I asked how many pups were in the extended van being transported and the delivery personnel said in this trip 30! A likely opportunity for spreading illness let alone dehydration issues. This is not the first time I have used a broker service but certainly the last time I will use Pawrade.

Very happy with Pawrade and the two men who transported our Golden pup. The (less than 5) 4 star is from a breeder concern after our veterinarian raised the concern and placed our pup on a probiotic.

I had a great experience with Pawrade! I have used family breeders in the past - Pawrade made things so much easier. They centrally coordinate vetting individual breeders, provide an online interface available 24/7 (family breeders vary dramatically in communication practices), and arrange reliable and trustworthy transportation. I was able to select a pup, communicate with my specialist about details and timing, and the pup was delivered to our door as promised using a GPS app that showed her location. She was in excellent health and clearly had already been well socialized by a family breeder with children who played with the pups. My local vet said she was perfect! We adore her, and Pawrade made the process so much easier and less stressful. I know the costs may be a bit higher than some listings, but the price is well worth it for the peace of mind, reliability and efficiency. I have already recommended them to my daughter in law and she is expecting her pup this month!
