Eugene and Jennifer was very helpful the day of picking up Bryant. We were able to meet earlier and transfer everything easily.
Everyone at Pawrade was wonderful to work with from the beginning of the process until our puppy arrived.
Your team was very professional and readily available to answer my questions. Rosa is now Megan and is the perfect companion I was looking for. I was impressed with the breeder and felt she showed a definite concern for the welfare of her puppies. Overall, this was a great experience.

I am really happy with our new puppy. He is a male beagle, very healthy and hyper active. We were kept up to date during his travels, he arrived on time via flight cargo. I am totally satisfied and I would highly recommend this company. The staff of Pawrade were wonderful. I worked with Edward Rush who was the puppy concierge, Shannon Gegor was the travel concierge and Destiny Freeman was the customer concierge. Thanks to you all for your timely responses and cheers to the whole team.

Great working with the Team at Pawrade. We absolutely love the process and our new addition. Thank you during this incredibly easy process. I was skeptical about buying through a website and all of the unknowns. But this time, I can say, we do not regret!!!

Service and support was great, I would like to make one recommendation regarding all the instructions provided in a number of emails: consolidate these instructions into a single file that itemizes the tasks based on when they need yo be executed. This file should be made downloadable, as the emsild do not print out all the text.
What a wonderful company! So helpful and kind during this process, as it was our first pup! They provided lots of guidance and ensured we were updated every step of the way, including adorable pictures and videos!

Communication was very poor, you didn't do half of what you said you would. Very disappointed . I was told my puppy was being fed Royal Canin for Goldern Retriever Puppies. So I bought a 30# bag for $120, was told some food would be sent home with her. She wouldn't eat it even with hand feeding, she was having bloody diarrhea, took her to the Vet, stool checked no worms. Stress? No it was the food which didn't look anything like Royal Canin for Gld Rtr puppies. Imagine that! Once on the Royal Canin and another trip to the Vet, she is eating with gusto and had her first non-bloody, formed stool. The run around I got when trying to find out where I was to go to pick her up, pure BS when you are told you give that information 3 days before pick up date. Try less then 15 hours. Don't like not getting to see the puppies parents, or meet the breeder. Now seeing the lack of communication makes me wonder if you truly are hiding something and that I really bought herfrom a puppy mill

We were anxious we finally got no only Marshall but his sister Mallory. The ground delivery was great and informative.
My new furry is perfectly healthy and happy. The whole process was great for 99% of the time. I did not receive a pickup communication until I received a phone call the day of delivery. The carrier was texting a home phone, instead of my mobile number. The little guy was delivered 1:00 am.
Pawrade was wonderful throughout the entire process! They quickly gave me information on puppies I was interested in which helped me choose just the right one for my family! I highly recommend them to help you bring home a new family member!
OMG it's only been 1 week since my baby sheltie Mina was delivered. She is so precious and so smartly raised by the breeder. Everyone involved did a fantastic job especially Carli and the drivers bringing Mina here. Mina is the most perfect dog from the perfect company Pawrade. I would highly recommend them to anyone. She has made me very very happy. I sure am glad I went with this company because they make sure of where puppies came from and what family they are going to.

My experience with Pawrade was subpar. Communication was difficult and lacking. Yes, I did get the perfect puppy and we are completely in love with her, but she did not come without a lot of frustration.
