We bonded immediately, even though it was late at night. Everyone worked to make this an easy process. The breeder and all worked with me having a few medical issues during the process. Communications couldn't have been better. The drivers who delivered him kept me informed as to their location. The only one not overly happy is my old house cat but she is coming around. I would recommend and use Pawrade again, should I buy another puppy.

My new little buddy Kevin has been with me for just over 4 days and I couldn't be happier. We had our first vet checkup today and he's Pawrade had pics and a video online but it couldn't show just how intelligent and loving he is. Everyone I dealt with from Pawrade/PetPals was knowledgeable, professional and offered assistance for any issues, concerns or questions I might have at any time of day. I highly recommend having these folks as your partners in finding your new furry friend.

Tucker arrived around 11:15pm Sunday night. He was very lethargic, refusing to eat or drink. His health did not improve so I took him to the vet for an emergency appt. It turns out, he has Parvovirus. When I received him he was very ill (had a blood sugar level of 35%). When he continued not to eat I called the vet again, they recommended he go to the 24 hour animal hospital. I brought him there immediately and he'll be spending the night in ICU. I am so broken hearted. Someone needs to contact the owners of the other two dogs that shared the same transportation with Tucker because their pups are likely ill as well.

We feel so blessed to have Milly join our family. It was so nice working with all the people at Pawrade. They were all so helpful and everything went smoothly and in no time our little girl was delivered to us and we have been enjoying her since the day she arrived.

The experience was ok. Replies in the chat were pretty slow when it mattered (figuring out when I could go pick up the dog). Then there were too many separate texts and emails of really important information that made it hard for me to wrap things up at the end - it all needs to be consolidated into one spot with all of the links and instructions. The chat feature was nice overall though.

Thank you, Pawrade! All communication and helpfulness was excellent. I felt respected and well-informed. I took away a star because Pawrade should have more information that comes from the breeder; lifestyle, crating, socialization, sleeping, etc., especially for older pups. I received the dog at 18+ weeks and he's very uneducated. I feel like we started at less than square one. The good news is he's smart and has learned the give, sit, and come commands, potty training is progressing, and he can walk on a lead well when not startled or distracted. All within 10 days. He quickly recovered from transport and he's very healthy. And he's always happy to see his new Mama. We are in love. Pups this old should know more than this, though, and Pawrade can vet a pup's education after 10-12 weeks. The breeder should start some training at 10 weeks or so, even just crating would have been an easier start for Mylo and me. But we are good now. Thank you!
This organization is absolutely 5-star. Perfect, scrumptious puppies, impeccable care and great communication every step of the way. It's so comforting to know they vet breeders to the most stringent standards. I couldn't be more thrilled!

The payment and shipment process are separate and do not communicate with eachother. Therefore delivery of said puppy was delayed. The check up vet indicated that the dog with probably be almost twice the size of either supposed parents making us wonder whether the breeder was giving us accurate information. The tail was docked too short. All said, the puppy was healty and lovely. However, I would not use this service again since I would rather use a local breeder so I could personally see the parents, conditions etc. This was a surprise gift which will work out in the end. If you need to find a puppy out of your local area, I guess this service works.

Pawrade was great to work with. They truly care about the puppies they represent and delivered on everything they said. Lola was delivered healthy, happy, and on time including a bath. Every question I had for pawrade was answered in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better experience.
From the time I selected Jason to the time he arrived, everything went smoothly. Payment, transportation and communication by everyone was awesome. I just got back from the vet for his wellness check and he got a wonderful seal of great health. Jason arrived very clean and although I gave him a bath anyway, he took the bath well and did not panic. Upon settling down with him and introducing him to my 4 other dogs, he did not hesitate and was open to playing already. As a matter of fact, the other 4 dogs were the ones afraid of him because he chased each one around the back yard. I would definitely go to Pawrade should I want another puppy.
