At first everyone at pawrade seemed eager to help and get me connected to get my frenchbulldog puppy. The process was rather painful after I paid my deposit. I had to keep an eye on their website because no one returned my phone calls. I almost canceled getting the puppy. My initial contact Sarah vanished after I paid my pet deposit. I ended up having to talk and communicate with many people to.get my puppy. This entire process was almost a huge waste of time.

The staff at pawrade were very nice but the traveling situation was very poor . Not the drivers but the amount of days were just horrible to think a puppy at that age had fo travel for 4 days. I was told it would be like 5 to 6 dogs which they had a least 13 states to stop with many within states. I would have never agreed to that. The dog is precious and happy with her just wish I had been better informed.

Pawrade was great on puppy safe service and delivery. I only gave Pawrade FOUR STARS, due to Orla, renamed to ARROW. ARROW had her first Wellness Exam on Jan. 10, 2023 at the Balsum Animal Hospital by Dr. Paul Kern, DVM. Unfortunately, I received a call fom the DVM's Office to come back to pay and pick up ARROW's prescriptions for Whip Worm and Ring worm, as she was prescribed Panacur and Metronidozole. Dr.Kern also prescribed Sentinel for Heartworm prevention and Credelio for Fleas and Ticks. Other than this common worm issue with puppies, ARROW is health and has a great disposition! She's a sweetheart and very passive for a Mini Aussie Shepard per Dr. Kern. I have enrooled ARROW in METLIFE Pet Insurance plan for Comprehensive Wellness and Accident & Illness Policy. Waverly arrived a few hours early. That was good. She was much larger than I expected. She weighed 13+ pounds. I guessed around 6 pounds from the photo, and the parents as well. What really surprised me was her matted fur, and the bad smell, which I found out was an infection in her ears. I took her immediately the following morning to my Vet. They tried to clean her ears, but she is a real handful , consequently they were finally able to put the needed medication in them. I am assuming she was never groomed? I bathed her right away with much difficulty as I can hardly lift her (she is double my other dogs). House breaking is going to be a major problem, I am giving it a major effort! I am awaiting an appointment with the groomer. That'll be a real challenge. Joan

Overall the experience was good. I would have like to have had more information about the dog chosen. I was asked to make choices before I really had information as to where they breeder was located, more details about travel choices and the overall process, information as to how soon the dog could be delivered after paying for the puppy. I love the dog and am very happy with her. She has brightened my world tremendously.

I am a puppy momma for the first time in 14 years. I was very nervous about purchasing a puppy on line for the first time. It's a lot of money to put out there not knowing what was on the other side of the purchase transaction. Pawrade's team walked me through every step of the process. I had a lot of questions and they accommodated every one. The frequency of communication was reassuring they were working to facilitate the process and they let me know each step. I met my new puppy at the airport after she was safely transported by an Air Nanny. She came with vaccine paperwork and a very nice gentleman who was her escort. I have had her a week now and am in love! My first experience purchasing a puppy online and from Pawrade was excellent!
