What a sweet boy, we've named him Dango (Japanese dessert) because he's sweet. It would have been nice to hear if he'd had any training (he is House trained). He's very sweet, a picture of the bag of food would have been helpful so that we could purchase the same brand, the name brought up many results. He's a healthy boy and a super cuddler

We love our new family member. He is active and loving. Our vet said he was too skinny and also found micro parasites in his poop, for which he is being treated over 9 days. There are a lot of players in the transaction which at times was confusing. A flow chart upfront would help. Also, I was unable to know the breeder until the purchase was complete. I didn't like that. It was disclosed to us that the puppy has an underbite the day before he was to travel. A breeder should be able to determine this well before then. And why wasn't the parasite issue caught? Did he get that in the delivery van?

Overall, I am happy with my experience, but it was a bit nerve racking up until the moment I met my puppy. I opted to pick up my puppy and did not receive actual location and contact information of the breeder until a day or two before I was scheduled to fly out for the pickup, even though I completed all of my requirements immediately. The minimal/slow communication with the breeder also left me a little concerned, but she did apologize for that and explained the circumstances when we met. I spent a good amount of time concerned about being scammed because of everything you read online, but I can say that EVERYTHING WAS AS PROMISED, and for that I am very happy I went through Pawrade. We are in love with our healthy Corgi puppy, and she is doing great.

We bought an adorable, loving and healthy mini long-haired dachshund. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, communication, and kindness of all the Pawrade employees we dealt with along the way. Pawrade expertly covered everything from the contract to insurance to flight arrangements to directions on care of our pup . It's always a gamble doing business online, so we were leery at first. Pawrade didn't disappoint! By the way, our "Tiffy" was flown all the way from Missouri.

I have to say I was hesitant as I was part of a scam last year. Devvin was phenomenal, she walked me through the whole process, kept in contact, made me feel comfortable with my decision to go with Pawrade. Kelly, was great to and Dakota with the Travel process. Olive is home and fitting right in with our other dogs and our grandchildren. She us so smart, loves to play and gives kisses all the time. We love her, she makes our family complete. Thank you to everyone involved in the process of bringing her home.

We love our girl and were told by the vet she had great physical features (important on a Saint Bernard, especially hips/legs) and appreciated the fact her nails had been clearly taken care of. Shows they care!! She has a wonderful disposition too. The only thing I would have liked is the microchip info. The vet had no info other than it could be one of 4-6 different companies. I have no way to get it registered in our name. Minor issue maybe but overall we are very happy!!

I'm so happy to finally get a puppy! I am happy. everything went fine with her travel, and my team help me feel, relaxed, calm. Because I was very nervous. Anyways I love everything. My team was on it! So a BIG THANK YOU…. To Morgan and especially KELLY!!🤗🤗. Kelly went out of her way for me. Arranged a Skype call so I can actually talk to my puppy and she could see me and hear my voice before she came I thought that was so so nice! I am so appreciative of Kelly and Morgan so thank you pawrade!!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗😇😘 So far so good! Day one of our life together… my Tes/ Tessie!! I'm so loving her! She has a lot of energy and wants to play! I was very nervous about purchasing a dog online and took me several months to make a decision. I reached out to support several times with question and each contact with an associate was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided a great customer experience. I always say it starts with the service you receive from support. I am very pleased! I was still nervous when I completed the purchases of my fur baby, but there was a lot of communication from them and answered any questions along the way. I received my fur baby today and she is just perfect. The process was very smooth and easy to understand. Thank you so much!!

We have never used Pawrade before and we found it to be very professional and put the pets first. Our puppy was in great health and well adjusted when we received her from the road delivery guys. They seemed to do a great job. We liked that we could track them with the 360 app and have a good idea when they would arrive. Thanks for everything! We would be happy to recommend you.

The whole process was informative, and smooth. We were kept posted on Henrey's(Buck's), progress in his travel to us. We were kept I formed on how and what to feed him. I talked with the breeder and he was very happy to help with questions. The only disappointment, was that in the advertising portion about Buck on line.. we were led to believe we would receive a 30 day trial insurance plan. NY, and South Carolina don't honer this. I would recommend a disclaimer on the advertising page regarding this. It was a little disappointing...but typical NY.
