I had the Best Experience with Pawrade! I received my Beagle Puppy Hope last night and she Is even I thought she would be!!! So Darling and Petite! She ground travelled So well!!! No cough, no sick eat all! She didn't even need the Nutra cal the driver told Me . I was able to talk tot he Breeder and Tony my Rep was amazing as well as Aaron my concierge and my travel concierge and my Driver Sue was the best and arrived a day early! I would definitely use Pawrade again! The only problem was when I call to Activate her health insurance the Man I dealt with with was extremely rude and mean. I had to call back an make a complaint and ask to talk to another agent! Other then that I give Pawrade 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were very helpful from the beginning to the end of this process. I was very nervous about the whole process but they did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions and getting our little fur baby here to us. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a puppy.

Agreed to labradoodle, but instead we received a blue heeler, lab and austrailian shepard mix. She's still so cute, but not the type of dog we expected, even with the pictures provided. Pawrade process was very easy, fast, quick and no headache at all to go through the process of buying our new adorable puppy.

I had to do a lot of contacting to get my information. And my pick up date was pushed back to me to 72 hour window of my vet visit and I called to find out why I wasn't notified to pick up on the 12th when I was told the pick up date had been changed to the 14th, so I had to make arrangements with my son that were different

Hi Mindy arrived yesterday. She is adorable and sweet. We have a concern about her respiration/heart. She makes clicking sounds when breathing. Last evening she while sleeping (not after active play) she was breathing rapidly and lung and abdomen going up and down and some clicking. Pls advise.

Ellie (renamed Lizzy) is the perfect puppy. She arrived very healthy with a great appetite, and had no health issues — which was surprising after taking three days to reach us from Missouri. Ellie was friendly to all five people at our house who were at our house when she first arrived. She is a beautiful healthy affectionate dog. Thank you!

After looking at puppies from Pawrade for a few months THE ONE ! finally appeared. The process was easy, the agents answered my questions quickly, arranged transportation, organized everything. The only hard part was waiting for Franklin to arrive. Franklin is a great puppy, everything I hoped for!

Pawrade was absolutely a delight to work with. They were totally in touch throughout the entire process from reservation to delivery. Everyone I communicated with was pleasant and caring about my experience and dogs in general. In the delivery process, the driver texted me to let me know he would arrive in 20 minutes, but needed to give my pup a warm bath first. Very thoughtful. The only thing I think would be more helpful is to provide a more detailed explanation of the Ground Delivery Service. I was really surprised when I received the route and realized how long my pup would be on board for the ride. Thank you Pawrade Staff.

The process was difficult and unclear. I had to wait days sometimes for responses from people. No direct contact with the breeder. If the person I was speaking to at one point had a day off, I had to wait for them to come back (understandable) or wait for an agent to fully acclimate themselves with the adoption to get back to me… They don't provide enough information for travel. My puppy was delivered absolutely covered in his own poop to an airport I didn't want him to be flown to originally. However, the agent did accidentally forward me an email from the breeder and I was able to search the breeder. 5/5 rating for him. My puppy is healthy. I'm happy. The process was extremely stressful for my type A personality.
