This company was perfect to work with in finding the perfect puppy for me. They had good communication between the breeder and myself and very easy to work with.
From start to finish the experience was really very good. Communication was good, the breeder was great, the transportation was great. Our puppy showed up healthy and with all the required checks and paperwork. Keep up the diligence Pawrade... our experience was as expected and we are happy with our new familiy member. Would recommend.
We had a wonderful experience working with Pawrade. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My many, many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, they provided helpful tips and advice along the way. The courier was top tier and took incredible care of our puppy during transit. She arrived happy, clean, and with a full belly. The whole process was smooth and professional, and we are absolutely in love with our new girl!

We received our puppy Lacey today and she is a doll. We are very happy. The couple from the escort service, Aaron and Karen were very nice and Lacey was bathed before delivery, she smells brand new. Thank you to Pam and Donna at Pawrade too for they're help in the many questions I had. Hey Pam, she was worth the wait, and my wife can't get enoungh of her. Amazing how things work out. It was fate, she was meant to be ours. Thank you!!

Amazing communication from everyone involved. Super sweet and reachable. The people who delivered the puppy were also super sweet and gave fun updates! Highly recommend
First off, I absolutely LOVE my new baby, little Maltipoo Mabel! (formally Duchess). Everyone at Pawrade was amazing to deal with, from the first conversation, to answering ALL my questions, and FaceTiming with the pup and breeder. She was transported by Ground and everyone stayed in touch with me the entire time, putting me at ease. I thank everyone for such a wonderful, ease-free experience, but mostly for sending this beautiful, cute little girl to me safe & sound!!
The delivery was seamless, quick and efficient. The team did an amazing job caring for and dropping off Clyde (Mush!). Cheers to an amazing dog (hes going to have the best life EVER!!! Mascot of Couch HQ!!). Thanks again for everything!!
Odessa is such a sweet puppy. The transporters took very good care of her. She was clean when she arrived here. She is adjusting well. Emily was very helpful doing the process. I can tell that she was exposed to many different situations which makes her able to adjust to her new home easily. She is a joy to have in her in our home. We will take very good care of her.
I had a wonderful experience getting our puppy from this company. We purchased a Great Dane for $3,200, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. One of the best parts was the delivery—our puppy traveled about 18 hours to be delivered directly to us, which made everything so convenient for our family. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. They were quick to respond, answered every question we had, and kept us updated leading up to delivery so we always knew what to expect. It really made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. When our puppy arrived, he was healthy, happy, and clearly very well cared for. You can tell they truly care about their dogs and the families they go to. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and we are so happy with our new furry family member. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-raised puppy and a smooth, professional experience.

This was a very interesting process for getting Jagger. It was overall easy to use but at times needed some clarification. Some of the instructions in the process seemed to conflicted in the timing of what we needed to do, however, our concierge and backup concierge on weekends was able to give us the answers we needed and all were very helpful. There is one thing that should occur early on after purchase, getting talks with the breeder sooner. Otherwise everything was great! Traci our Nanny, was great. She kept us informed at every step of Jagger’s journey flying cross country from Ft Wayne, Indiana to Portland, Oregon. Jagger is now enjoying his new forever home. Jagger Rules!

It was a quick easy service. The people were wonderful. I would recommend them to any one. If want a puppy but can't find one locally they are there to help you.
Pawrade was amazing. I found the perfect puppy and he came to me happy and healthy. Every step of the way was explained and everything went so smooth, I would definitely recommend this service and would use them again if I decide Oliver needs a playmate! The transport service was great as well!
